Imate li problem s tlakom čim zahladi? Niste sami, vrijeme zaista utječe na krvni tlak, evo i kako.

Niske temperature dovode do sužavanja krvnih žila, što povećava tlak jer je potrebno više sile da bi se krv "natjerala" da prođe kroz sužene vene i arterije, piše Bojana Zimonjić Jelisavac za Mondo.

Pravilo je da je tijekom hladnih mjeseci tlak visok, a da opada ljeti, ali hladnoća nije jedino na što tijelo reagira. Oluje, promjene atmosferskog tlaka i vlage, jak vjetar ili oblaci, sve su to faktori koji mogu pridonijeti promjeni tlaka. Ovakvi efekti najčešći su kod osoba koje imaju više od 65 godina.

Da je povećan broj pacijenata koji se žale na probleme s tlakom, potvrdila je i liječnica Ivana Stefanović iz Urgentnog centra.

"Najviše su se javljali pacijenti sa sumnjom na moždani udar, zbog hladnih jutarnjih temperatura, savjetuje se oprez. Osobe koje imaju visok tlak moraju paziti da ne bi došlo do neželjenih koronarnih ili cerebralnih sindroma. Vrijeme nije faktor rizika, ali jest faktor koji može pridonijeti problemu", rekla je ona.

Ako vam smeta promjena vremena, konzultirajte se s izabranim liječnikom jer je možda neophodno da se terapija prilagodi vremenskim uvjetima, piše Mondo.

Imate li problem s tlakom čim zahladi? Niste sami, vrijeme zaista utječe na krvni tlak, evo i kako.

Niske temperature dovode do sužavanja krvnih žila, što povećava tlak jer je potrebno više sile da bi se krv "natjerala" da prođe kroz sužene vene i arterije, piše Bojana Zimonjić Jelisavac za Mondo.

Pravilo je da je tijekom hladnih mjeseci tlak visok, a da opada ljeti, ali hladnoća nije jedino na što tijelo reagira. Oluje, promjene atmosferskog tlaka i vlage, jak vjetar ili oblaci, sve su to faktori koji mogu pridonijeti promjeni tlaka. Ovakvi efekti najčešći su kod osoba koje imaju više od 65 godina.

Da je povećan broj pacijenata koji se žale na probleme s tlakom, potvrdila je i liječnica Ivana Stefanović iz Urgentnog centra.

"Najviše su se javljali pacijenti sa sumnjom na moždani udar, zbog hladnih jutarnjih temperatura, savjetuje se oprez. Osobe koje imaju visok tlak moraju paziti da ne bi došlo do neželjenih koronarnih ili cerebralnih sindroma. Vrijeme nije faktor rizika, ali jest faktor koji može pridonijeti problemu", rekla je ona.

Ako vam smeta promjena vremena, konzultirajte se s izabranim liječnikom jer je možda neophodno da se terapija prilagodi vremenskim uvjetima, piše Mondo.

Imate li problem s tlakom čim zahladi? Niste sami, vrijeme zaista utječe na krvni tlak, evo i kako.

Niske temperature dovode do sužavanja krvnih žila, što povećava tlak jer je potrebno više sile da bi se krv "natjerala" da prođe kroz sužene vene i arterije, piše Bojana Zimonjić Jelisavac za Mondo.

Pravilo je da je tijekom hladnih mjeseci tlak visok, a da opada ljeti, ali hladnoća nije jedino na što tijelo reagira. Oluje, promjene atmosferskog tlaka i vlage, jak vjetar ili oblaci, sve su to faktori koji mogu pridonijeti promjeni tlaka. Ovakvi efekti najčešći su kod osoba koje imaju više od 65 godina.

Da je povećan broj pacijenata koji se žale na probleme s tlakom, potvrdila je i liječnica Ivana Stefanović iz Urgentnog centra.
