Velika većina populacije, točnije njih trideset posto sklona je ružnoj navici griženja noktiju.

Smatra se kako je griženje noktiju porok nervoznih ljudi, sklonih stresu pa tako ljudi kada su gladni ili kada im je dosadno rade upravo to, piše Greatist.

Studije pokazuju kako ta iznimno odbojna i nehigijenska navika pruža ugodu i zadovoljstvo kada smo isfrustrirani nekim događajem ili isprovocirani određenom situacijom, a vjeruje se kako se time otklanja nagomilana nervoza prouzrokovana stresom. 

No, ta navika ima mnoge svoje nezdrave posljedice, kako za zube, tako i za vilicu i za same nokte naravno. A oni koji to rade trebali bi biti svjesni da griženjem noktiju unose u usnu šupljinu i veliki broj bakterija te tako povećavaju mogućnost zaraze i oboljenja od herpesa, ali i bradavica.

Nemojte se iznenaditi ni ako vas uhvati proljev, mučnina ili želučani bolni grčevi jer tako izgleda kada se bakterije i prašina te prljavština s noktiju i prstiju prenese u usnu šupljinu te dođe do crijeva, a i nokti će vam podleći infekcijama pa nastojte prekinuti s tom odvratnom navikom što prije te pokušajte animirati ruke na neke druge. A možete pokušati i s lakom za nokte koji ima gorak okus jer je napravljen baš za ljude koji grizu nokte te im ta gorčina odnemaže i odvraća ih od tih nehigijenskih radnji.

Velika većina populacije, točnije njih trideset posto sklona je ružnoj navici griženja noktiju.

Smatra se kako je griženje noktiju porok nervoznih ljudi, sklonih stresu pa tako ljudi kada su gladni ili kada im je dosadno rade upravo to, piše Greatist.

Studije pokazuju kako ta iznimno odbojna i nehigijenska navika pruža ugodu i zadovoljstvo kada smo isfrustrirani nekim događajem ili isprovocirani određenom situacijom, a vjeruje se kako se time otklanja nagomilana nervoza prouzrokovana stresom. 

No, ta navika ima mnoge svoje nezdrave posljedice, kako za zube, tako i za vilicu i za same nokte naravno. A oni koji to rade trebali bi biti svjesni da griženjem noktiju unose u usnu šupljinu i veliki broj bakterija te tako povećavaju mogućnost zaraze i oboljenja od herpesa, ali i bradavica.

Nemojte se iznenaditi ni ako vas uhvati proljev, mučnina ili želučani bolni grčevi jer tako izgleda kada se bakterije i prašina te prljavština s noktiju i prstiju prenese u usnu šupljinu te dođe do crijeva, a i nokti će vam podleći infekcijama pa nastojte prekinuti s tom odvratnom navikom što prije te pokušajte animirati ruke na neke druge. A možete pokušati i s lakom za nokte koji ima gorak okus jer je napravljen baš za ljude koji grizu nokte te im ta gorčina odnemaže i odvraća ih od tih nehigijenskih radnji.
