Gastroenterolog prof. dr Vojislav Perišić ispričao je u Jutarnjem programu Televizije K1 zbog čega ljudi na ljetovanju dobivaju proljev i druge želučane probleme.

Broj turista koji je u Crnoj Gori doživio simptome slične crijevnnom virusu je, neslužbeno, povećan, a prof. dr Perišić je iznio objašnjenje. Neće vam se dopasti!

"U želudac ulazi sve što unesemo, Bog nam je dao da tu bude mnogo kiseline kako bi uništila sve što ne valja. Malo patogena uspije ući u naš sistem zbog toga, ali postoji neravnoteža između onoga čime se branimo i same infekcije, onda dolazi do pojave proljeva, posebno ljeti", rekao je on na K1, a prenosi Mondo.

"Crna Gora - odmah dijareja! Objasnit ću i zašto, vrlo je jednostavno. Morska voda je koncentrirani rastvor soli, bakterije propadaju u njemu. Kada puno ljudi koristi plažu za ono za što ne bi smjelo, koncentracija soli je nedovoljna da uništi sve te mikroorganizme. Smanjujemo razinu soli", rekao je on, a voditeljica napravila grimasu kada je shvatila na što misli.

'Neispravna voda u Crnoj Gori'

Profesor Perišić nam je nedavno otkrio koja je voda najopasnija, barem kada je u pitanju ona u boci, a sada je rekao što sve vreba iz morske!

"Kupamo se i uvijek malo te vode popijemo! Ako uđemo četiri-pet puta u more, unesemo oko 50 mililitara vode pune bakterija. I eto proljeva, ove godine je to izraženije nego ikada. Bakterija ima mnogo, ali i tri virusa. Rotavirus, norovirus i adenovirusi. Inkubacije su kratke, a simptomi mogu biti veoma teški", rekao je on.

Bakterije, ali i druge "gadosti", vrebaju sa svježeg voća i povrća koje ćemo jesti na odmoru.

"Pod mlazom vode moramo prati voće i povrće, postoje i trikovi s natrij kloridom, napravite rastvor, ostavite da stoji, i ubije bakterije na kori voća", rekao je on.

"Ne volim ono kada se servira, kao all inclusive. Svaki dan imam pacijente sa crijevnim infekcijama, a to je sve posljedica kontaminirane hrane i vode. Kod vode, sve se slijeva s krova i skuplja, prolazi kroz neki filter i stoji u betoniranim kontejnerima. Vrlo je to opasno. I kako se tu radi dezinfekcija? Beogradska voda je ispravna potpuno, ali u Crnoj Gori nije", rekao je on, piše Mondo.

Gastroenterolog prof. dr Vojislav Perišić ispričao je u Jutarnjem programu Televizije K1 zbog čega ljudi na ljetovanju dobivaju proljev i druge želučane probleme.

Broj turista koji je u Crnoj Gori doživio simptome slične crijevnnom virusu je, neslužbeno, povećan, a prof. dr Perišić je iznio objašnjenje. Neće vam se dopasti!

"U želudac ulazi sve što unesemo, Bog nam je dao da tu bude mnogo kiseline kako bi uništila sve što ne valja. Malo patogena uspije ući u naš sistem zbog toga, ali postoji neravnoteža između onoga čime se branimo i same infekcije, onda dolazi do pojave proljeva, posebno ljeti", rekao je on na K1, a prenosi Mondo.

"Crna Gora - odmah dijareja! Objasnit ću i zašto, vrlo je jednostavno. Morska voda je koncentrirani rastvor soli, bakterije propadaju u njemu. Kada puno ljudi koristi plažu za ono za što ne bi smjelo, koncentracija soli je nedovoljna da uništi sve te mikroorganizme. Smanjujemo razinu soli", rekao je on, a voditeljica napravila grimasu kada je shvatila na što misli.

'Neispravna voda u Crnoj Gori'

Profesor Perišić nam je nedavno otkrio koja je voda najopasnija, barem kada je u pitanju ona u boci, a sada je rekao što sve vreba iz morske!

"Kupamo se i uvijek malo te vode popijemo! Ako uđemo četiri-pet puta u more, unesemo oko 50 mililitara vode pune bakterija. I eto proljeva, ove godine je to izraženije nego ikada. Bakterija ima mnogo, ali i tri virusa. Rotavirus, norovirus i adenovirusi. Inkubacije su kratke, a simptomi mogu biti veoma teški", rekao je on.

Bakterije, ali i druge "gadosti", vrebaju sa svježeg voća i povrća koje ćemo jesti na odmoru.

"Pod mlazom vode moramo prati voće i povrće, postoje i trikovi s natrij kloridom, napravite rastvor, ostavite da stoji, i ubije bakterije na kori voća", rekao je on.

"Ne volim ono kada se servira, kao all inclusive. Svaki dan imam pacijente sa crijevnim infekcijama, a to je sve posljedica kontaminirane hrane i vode. Kod vode, sve se slijeva s krova i skuplja, prolazi kroz neki filter i stoji u betoniranim kontejnerima. Vrlo je to opasno. I kako se tu radi dezinfekcija? Beogradska voda je ispravna potpuno, ali u Crnoj Gori nije", rekao je on, piše Mondo.
