Pušenje uzrokuje 25 bolesti od čijih posljedica godišnje umire oko šest milijuna ljudi. Iako je za prestanak pušenja potrebna prije svega volja, postoje trikovi koji vam mogu pomoći da se riješite ružne i skupe navike kojom štetite sebi i drugima, piše Zadovoljna.hr.

2. Cuclajte tvrde slatkiše. Šećer pomaže kod suzbijanja želje za cigaretom, ali nemojte pretjerivati već kombinirajte i bombone bez šećera. I čaša hladne vode može smanjiti želju za cigaretom.

3. Šetnje i tjelovježba savršeni su u borbi protiv pušenja. Tijelo će na taj način brže prebroditi nikotinsku krizu koja je normalna kod prestanka pušenja.

4. Osjetite li snažnu želju za cigaretom pripremite si ugodnu kupku s eteričnim uljima poput lavande ili jasmina ili topao tuš. To će vas smiriti i opustiti.

Pušenje uzrokuje 25 bolesti od čijih posljedica godišnje umire oko šest milijuna ljudi. Iako je za prestanak pušenja potrebna prije svega volja, postoje trikovi koji vam mogu pomoći da se riješite ružne i skupe navike kojom štetite sebi i drugima, piše Zadovoljna.hr.

1. Kada osjetite snažnu želju za pušenjem zabilježite koliko taj jaki poriv traje. Nikotinske krize dolaze u ‘valovima‘, a traju oko tri minute. Biti će vam puno lakše kada znate da će i taj val proći.

2. Cuclajte tvrde slatkiše. Šećer pomaže kod suzbijanja želje za cigaretom, ali nemojte pretjerivati već kombinirajte i bombone bez šećera. I čaša hladne vode može smanjiti želju za cigaretom.

3. Šetnje i tjelovježba savršeni su u borbi protiv pušenja. Tijelo će na taj način brže prebroditi nikotinsku krizu koja je normalna kod prestanka pušenja.

4. Osjetite li snažnu želju za cigaretom pripremite si ugodnu kupku s eteričnim uljima poput lavande ili jasmina ili topao tuš. To će vas smiriti i opustiti.

5. Nikotinske gume za žvakanje također pomažu prebroditi nikotinsku krizu, posebno u prvih desetak dana. Pogledajte ostale saveznike u borbi protiv pušenja.

6. U trenutku kada osjetite krizu, operite zube. Menta će trenutno smanjiti vašu želju za cigaretom.

7. Zamijenite kavu za čaj jer tein ima slično djelovanje kao kofein. Isto tako, na taj ćete se način barem u prvom djelu odvikavanja riješiti navike ispijanja kave uz koju ste sa zadovoljstvom popušili cigaretu.

8. Žvačite gume za žvakanje s okusom mente ili štapiće od cimeta. To također pomaže kod suzbijanja želje za pušenjem i ne zaboravite kriza traje samo 3 minute.

9. Pripremite tijelo za prestanak pušenja i pijte multivitamine i jedite puno voća. Isto tako pola decilitra jabučnog octa pomiješanog s 2 decilitra vode napitak je koji može smanjiti želju za cigaretom.

Pušenje uzrokuje 25 bolesti od čijih posljedica godišnje umire oko šest milijuna ljudi. Iako je za prestanak pušenja potrebna prije svega volja, postoje trikovi koji vam mogu pomoći da se riješite ružne i skupe navike kojom štetite sebi i drugima, piše Zadovoljna.hr.

1. Kada osjetite snažnu želju za pušenjem zabilježite koliko taj jaki poriv traje. Nikotinske krize dolaze u ‘valovima‘, a traju oko tri minute. Biti će vam puno lakše kada znate da će i taj val proći.

2. Cuclajte tvrde slatkiše. Šećer pomaže kod suzbijanja želje za cigaretom, ali nemojte pretjerivati već kombinirajte i bombone bez šećera. I čaša hladne vode može smanjiti želju za cigaretom.

3. Šetnje i tjelovježba savršeni su u borbi protiv pušenja. Tijelo će na taj način brže prebroditi nikotinsku krizu koja je normalna kod prestanka pušenja.

4. Osjetite li snažnu želju za cigaretom pripremite si ugodnu kupku s eteričnim uljima poput lavande ili jasmina ili topao tuš. To će vas smiriti i opustiti.

5. Nikotinske gume za žvakanje također pomažu prebroditi nikotinsku krizu, posebno u prvih desetak dana. Pogledajte ostale saveznike u borbi protiv pušenja.

6. U trenutku kada osjetite krizu, operite zube. Menta će trenutno smanjiti vašu želju za cigaretom.

7. Zamijenite kavu za čaj jer tein ima slično djelovanje kao kofein. Isto tako, na taj ćete se način barem u prvom djelu odvikavanja riješiti navike ispijanja kave uz koju ste sa zadovoljstvom popušili cigaretu.

8. Žvačite gume za žvakanje s okusom mente ili štapiće od cimeta. To također pomaže kod suzbijanja želje za pušenjem i ne zaboravite kriza traje samo 3 minute.

9. Pripremite tijelo za prestanak pušenja i pijte multivitamine i jedite puno voća. Isto tako pola decilitra jabučnog octa pomiješanog s 2 decilitra vode napitak je koji može smanjiti želju za cigaretom.
