Liječnica Sarah Jarvis, direktorica Patient Access-a, rekla je kako je bez sumnje jedan od najozbiljnijih uzroka krvi u vašoj stolici rak crijeva. To je jedan od simptoma bolesti - pa ako primijetite krv, odmah zakažite pregled kod liječnika opće prakse.

Simptomi uključuju bol u trbuhu, promjenu uobičajenih toaletnih navika, kvržice u rektumu, potrebu za naprezanjem radi obavljanje nužde i krv u izmetu.

U Hrvatskoj je rak debelog crijeva drugi karcinom po učestalosti i kod muškaraca i kod žena. Kod muškaraca prvi je rak pluća, a kod žena rak dojke.

Krv također može biti znak:

- čira na želucu

- gastroenteritisa

- ulceroznog kolitisa

Ali prije nego što se uplašite, provjerite je li doista krv. Ako ste jeli ciklu, kupine ili neke druge crvene namirnice, vaša stolica može postati crvenkaste boje. Isto tako, određeni lijekovi mogu promijeniti boju vaše stolice.

Međutim, ako niste jeli ništa od toga, svakako se što prije obratite liječniku.

Oštra bol - upala slijepog crijeva ili čir na želucu

Bol popraćena osjećajem mučnine - virus

Bolovi u trbuhu su jedan od najčešćih simptoma zbog kojih pacijenti dolaze u liječničku ordinaciju. KAKO PREPOZNATI BOL ZBOG KOJE TREBATE POSJETITI LIJEČNIKA?

Liječnica Sarah Jarvis, direktorica Patient Access-a, rekla je kako je bez sumnje jedan od najozbiljnijih uzroka krvi u vašoj stolici rak crijeva. To je jedan od simptoma bolesti - pa ako primijetite krv, odmah zakažite pregled kod liječnika opće prakse.

Simptomi uključuju bol u trbuhu, promjenu uobičajenih toaletnih navika, kvržice u rektumu, potrebu za naprezanjem radi obavljanje nužde i krv u izmetu.

U Hrvatskoj je rak debelog crijeva drugi karcinom po učestalosti i kod muškaraca i kod žena. Kod muškaraca prvi je rak pluća, a kod žena rak dojke.

Krv također može biti znak:

- čira na želucu

- gastroenteritisa

- ulceroznog kolitisa

Ali prije nego što se uplašite, provjerite je li doista krv. Ako ste jeli ciklu, kupine ili neke druge crvene namirnice, vaša stolica može postati crvenkaste boje. Isto tako, određeni lijekovi mogu promijeniti boju vaše stolice.

Međutim, ako niste jeli ništa od toga, svakako se što prije obratite liječniku.

Oštra bol - upala slijepog crijeva ili čir na želucu

- Iznenadna, vrlo jaka bol vjerojatno označava nešto ozbiljno pa ju je najbolje provjeriti - ističe dr. Jarvis koja navodi kako iznenadna oštra bol može biti simptom brojnih neugodnih stanja.

Mogući uzroci uključuju:

- bubrežni kamenac

- upalu slijepog crijeva

- čir na želucu

Bol popraćena osjećajem mučnine - virus

- Mučnina koju prate bolovi u trbuhu može biti pokazatelj virusa ili trovanja hranom. Bol se obično širi po cijelom trbuhu i pojavljuju se grčevi, a često je popraćena i proljevom - kaže dr. Jarvis.

Također mogu se javiti i neka druga zdravstvena stanja:

- problemi sa žuči

- iritabilno crijevo

- vjetrovi u crijevima

- probavne smetnje

- zatvor

- proljev

Uz to, upala slijepog crijeva također može uzrokovati da se osjećate prilično bolesno pa ako se ne osjećate dobro i patite od oštrih bolova, svakako posjetite liječnika.

Bol popraćena neobjašnjivim gubitkom težine - rak

Neočekivani gubitak težine može zvučati kao odgovor na naše želje, ali ako ne pokušavate aktivno smršavjeti, to je često krajnje zabrinjavajući znak da nešto nije u redu.

Ako se uz gubitak težine javljaju bolovi u trbuhu, to može biti:

- rak

- rak gušterače

- Crohnova bolest ili kolitis

Čak i ako nemate bolove, javite se liječniku obiteljske prakse.

Bol popraćena temperaturom - upala

- Temperatura često ukazuje na infekciju ili upalu - navodi dr. Jarvis.

Mogući uzroci bi uključivali:

- upala slijepog crijeva (bol često počinje oko pupka, a zatim se pomiče u donji desni dio trbuha)

- trovanje hranom

- infekcija u žučnom mjehuru

- divertikulitis

- infekcija zdjelice kod žena ili apsces u želučanoj šupljini


Dugotrajna bol u trbuhu - probavne smetnje

U većini slučajeva bol u trbuhu su samo zarobljeni vjetrovi ili probavne smetnje. A ako se oni nastave neko vrijeme, možda bi bilo vrijedno pogledati što jedete, svoje držanje i razinu aktivnosti, koliko brzo jedete i koliko žvačete.
