Bršljanovo lišće dobar je saveznik kod prehlade, bronhitisa i astme, pomaže ukloniti celulit, bradavice i kurije oči, ali bobice bršljana ne treba dirati jer su vrlo otrovne.

Obični bršljan (Hedera helix L.) je omotač grmlja koji se penje po zemlji i drveću sa svojim mnogobrojnim ljepljivim korijenjem. Poljoprivrednici ga uništavaju na nekim mjestima jer misle da ugrožava šumsko drveće, ali bršljan sa svojim korijenjem na stablu ne usisava hranu ni vodu kao što to čini bijela imela. Stablo mu je samo potpora koju koristi za uspon prema svjetlu.

Listovi bršljana su kožnati i uvijek zeleni. Mladi su dlakavi, a kasnije su goli, svijetli tamno zeleni odozgo i svijetlo zeleni odozdo. Donji listovi su trokutasti ili peterokraki, ali mogu biti i jajoliki i manje kožasti. Blagi zelenkasto-žuti cvjetovi grupirani su u gomoljasto cvatove. Iz njih se razvijaju plodovi veličine graška koji dozrijevaju zimi. Zreli plodovi su tamnoplavi, ponekad gotovo crni.

Bršljan je također vrlo uobičajen omotač koji krasi stare zidine, vrtove, a nalazimo ga i u nekim šumama i na tlu. Listovi bršljana mogu se brati tijekom cijele godine, ali imaju najaktivnije sastojke neposredno prije cvatnje (bršljan cvjeta od kolovoza do studenog). Sakupljeni listovi moraju se pažljivo i polako sušiti na zraku. Listovi bršljana sadrže saponine, glikozide, organske kiseline i razne minerale i koriste se za pripremu čaja, ulja, masti, tinktura...

Umiruje kašalj

Bršljan za internu upotrebu liječi kašalj, bronhitis, gnojni kašalj i astmu. Žene ga koriste kao pomoć kod teških menstrualnih krvarenja. Ubrzava izlučivanje žuči, ima antibakterijsko, protuupalno, antivirusno, antifungicidno djelovanje. Ublažava grčeve, sprječava upale, potiče odvajanje tekućine,djeluje na detoksikaciju pesticidima i radioaktivnim zračenjem. Preporučuje se kod reumatskih bolesti. Regulira imunološki sustav jer uništava parazite. Pomaže kod problema sa želucem i drugim probavnim organima.

Bršljanova mast kod otečenih stopala

Izvana se koristi kod kožnih bolesti, svrbeža kože, teško zacjeljujućih rana, celulita, reumatskih bolova, žuljeva.... Sok od svježeg bršljana koristi se za uklanjanje bradavica.

Čaj za prehladu

Žličicu suhih narezanih bršljanovih listova prelijte šalicom kipuće vode, poklopite i ostavite da odstoji 10 minuta. Procijedite čaj. U slučaju prehlade pijte dva puta na dan šalicu čaja zaslađenog medom.

Čaj za djecu

Žlicu suhih listova bršljana prelijte s dvije šalice kipuće vode, procijedite nakon 15 minuta. Čaj zasladite medom i dajite djeci koju muči kašalj.

Ljekovito ulje protiv celulita

Nasjeckajte šaku svježeg lišća bršljana i prelijte ¼ litre hladno prešanog maslinovog ulja. Stavite u staklenku sa širokim otvorom i dobro zatvorite. Stavite staklenku na prozorsku dasku na suncu šest tjedana. Nakon toga procijedite i dodajte 5 kapi esencijalnog ulja ružmarina, dobro promiješajte i ulje je spremno za upotrebu. Ulje se koristi za masažu protiv celulita i problematične kože i daje izvrstan rezultat.

Ulje za masažu

Trebamo 5 dag lišća bršljana i ½ litre maslinovog ulja. Lišće sitno nasjeckanog bršljana prelijte maslinovim uljem i dobro zatvorite. Stavite bocu na sunce mjesec dana, protresajući je nekoliko puta. Nakon mjesec dana koristite ovo ulje za masažu.

Čaj za grgljanje protiv zubobolje

Dvije šake svježeg lišća običnog bršljana narežite i zalijte s litrom kipuće vode. Pokrijte posudu i pričekajte da se voda ohladi do mlake. Zatim je procijedite, dodajte dvije žlice jodirane morske soli, promiješajte i voda je spremna za grgljanje kod bolesnog grla ili zubobolje. Kad grgljate, morate biti oprezni da ne popijete čaj, već ga svaki put ispljunite.

Upozorenje: Otrovne bobice!

Bobice bršljana su otrovne! Posebno su opasne za djecu, u prošlosti je bilo smrtonosnih trovanja.

Prekomjerna upotreba običnih bršljanovih listova može uzrokovati mučninu, proljev, želučane tegobe, povraćanje, osip i pretjeranu uznemirenost. Trudnice i dojilje ne smiju koristiti bršljan u ljekovite svrhe. Alkaloidni hederin u bršljanu širi krvne žile u malim količinama, ali u većim smanjuje i inhibira rad srca i razgrađuje crvene krvne stanice.

Bršljanovo lišće dobar je saveznik kod prehlade, bronhitisa i astme, pomaže ukloniti celulit, bradavice i kurije oči, ali bobice bršljana ne treba dirati jer su vrlo otrovne.

Obični bršljan (Hedera helix L.) je omotač grmlja koji se penje po zemlji i drveću sa svojim mnogobrojnim ljepljivim korijenjem. Poljoprivrednici ga uništavaju na nekim mjestima jer misle da ugrožava šumsko drveće, ali bršljan sa svojim korijenjem na stablu ne usisava hranu ni vodu kao što to čini bijela imela. Stablo mu je samo potpora koju koristi za uspon prema svjetlu.

Listovi bršljana su kožnati i uvijek zeleni. Mladi su dlakavi, a kasnije su goli, svijetli tamno zeleni odozgo i svijetlo zeleni odozdo. Donji listovi su trokutasti ili peterokraki, ali mogu biti i jajoliki i manje kožasti. Blagi zelenkasto-žuti cvjetovi grupirani su u gomoljasto cvatove. Iz njih se razvijaju plodovi veličine graška koji dozrijevaju zimi. Zreli plodovi su tamnoplavi, ponekad gotovo crni.

Bršljan je također vrlo uobičajen omotač koji krasi stare zidine, vrtove, a nalazimo ga i u nekim šumama i na tlu. Listovi bršljana mogu se brati tijekom cijele godine, ali imaju najaktivnije sastojke neposredno prije cvatnje (bršljan cvjeta od kolovoza do studenog). Sakupljeni listovi moraju se pažljivo i polako sušiti na zraku. Listovi bršljana sadrže saponine, glikozide, organske kiseline i razne minerale i koriste se za pripremu čaja, ulja, masti, tinktura...

Umiruje kašalj

Bršljan za internu upotrebu liječi kašalj, bronhitis, gnojni kašalj i astmu. Žene ga koriste kao pomoć kod teških menstrualnih krvarenja. Ubrzava izlučivanje žuči, ima antibakterijsko, protuupalno, antivirusno, antifungicidno djelovanje. Ublažava grčeve, sprječava upale, potiče odvajanje tekućine,djeluje na detoksikaciju pesticidima i radioaktivnim zračenjem. Preporučuje se kod reumatskih bolesti. Regulira imunološki sustav jer uništava parazite. Pomaže kod problema sa želucem i drugim probavnim organima.

Izvana se koristi kod kožnih bolesti, svrbeža kože, teško zacjeljujućih rana, celulita, reumatskih bolova, žuljeva.... Sok od svježeg bršljana koristi se za uklanjanje bradavica.

Žličicu suhih narezanih bršljanovih listova prelijte šalicom kipuće vode, poklopite i ostavite da odstoji 10 minuta. Procijedite čaj. U slučaju prehlade pijte dva puta na dan šalicu čaja zaslađenog medom.

Žlicu suhih listova bršljana prelijte s dvije šalice kipuće vode, procijedite nakon 15 minuta. Čaj zasladite medom i dajite djeci koju muči kašalj.

Ljekovito ulje protiv celulita

Nasjeckajte šaku svježeg lišća bršljana i prelijte ¼ litre hladno prešanog maslinovog ulja. Stavite u staklenku sa širokim otvorom i dobro zatvorite. Stavite staklenku na prozorsku dasku na suncu šest tjedana. Nakon toga procijedite i dodajte 5 kapi esencijalnog ulja ružmarina, dobro promiješajte i ulje je spremno za upotrebu. Ulje se koristi za masažu protiv celulita i problematične kože i daje izvrstan rezultat.

Trebamo 5 dag lišća bršljana i ½ litre maslinovog ulja. Lišće sitno nasjeckanog bršljana prelijte maslinovim uljem i dobro zatvorite. Stavite bocu na sunce mjesec dana, protresajući je nekoliko puta. Nakon mjesec dana koristite ovo ulje za masažu.

Čaj za grgljanje protiv zubobolje

Dvije šake svježeg lišća običnog bršljana narežite i zalijte s litrom kipuće vode. Pokrijte posudu i pričekajte da se voda ohladi do mlake. Zatim je procijedite, dodajte dvije žlice jodirane morske soli, promiješajte i voda je spremna za grgljanje kod bolesnog grla ili zubobolje. Kad grgljate, morate biti oprezni da ne popijete čaj, već ga svaki put ispljunite.

Bobice bršljana su otrovne! Posebno su opasne za djecu, u prošlosti je bilo smrtonosnih trovanja.

Prekomjerna upotreba običnih bršljanovih listova može uzrokovati mučninu, proljev, želučane tegobe, povraćanje, osip i pretjeranu uznemirenost. Trudnice i dojilje ne smiju koristiti bršljan u ljekovite svrhe. Alkaloidni hederin u bršljanu širi krvne žile u malim količinama, ali u većim smanjuje i inhibira rad srca i razgrađuje crvene krvne stanice.

Bršljanovo lišće dobar je saveznik kod prehlade, bronhitisa i astme, pomaže ukloniti celulit, bradavice i kurije oči, ali bobice bršljana ne treba dirati jer su vrlo otrovne.

Obični bršljan (Hedera helix L.) je omotač grmlja koji se penje po zemlji i drveću sa svojim mnogobrojnim ljepljivim korijenjem. Poljoprivrednici ga uništavaju na nekim mjestima jer misle da ugrožava šumsko drveće, ali bršljan sa svojim korijenjem na stablu ne usisava hranu ni vodu kao što to čini bijela imela. Stablo mu je samo potpora koju koristi za uspon prema svjetlu.

Listovi bršljana su kožnati i uvijek zeleni. Mladi su dlakavi, a kasnije su goli, svijetli tamno zeleni odozgo i svijetlo zeleni odozdo. Donji listovi su trokutasti ili peterokraki, ali mogu biti i jajoliki i manje kožasti. Blagi z...
