Obožavamo razgledavati sve one predivne fotografije hrane na Instagramu, a osobito nas veseli pronaći dobre domaće profile na kojima sve pršti od odličnih ideja za kužinavanje. Jedan od takvih je PiJaT, iza kojeg stoji Imoćanka Jasminka Tolić. Jasminka se kuhanjem i pravljenjem kolača bavim isključivo iz hobija, ali priznaje nam da zaista voli tražiti i proučavati nove recepte pri čemu skoro uvijek doda neki svoj sastojak i/ili malo promijeni tehniku pripreme.
"Volim se igrati s namirnicama, ekspermentirati i svašta novog probati" veli nam spretna Imoćanka koaj već par godina skuplja fotografije svojih jela, ali ih se tek prije par mjeseci, na nagovor djece, odvažila pokazati na Instagramu. Nama su izvrsne!
Jasminka nam još priznaje kako se nada da bi taj hobi jednog dana mogao prerasti u blog ili kuharicu, a do tada će guštati u eksperimentiranju. Među takvim eksperimentima je i predivna sladoledna torta s bademima i mascarponeom za koju smo od Jasminke užicali recept. Vjerujemo da će vam se svidjeti. Sladoled torta s bademima
Sastojci:
20-25 dkg badema
6 jaja
40 dkg šećera u prahu
40 dkg mascarponea
2-3 vanilin šećera
500 ml slatkog vrhnja
Priprema:
Bademe prelijte vrelom vodom, ogulite i zatim pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 160 stupnjeva dok ne dobiju zlatnožuto-smeđu boju. Kad se malo ohlade, sameljite ih i podijelite na tri jednaka dijela.
Za kremu odvojite žumanjke i bjelanjke pa žumanjke dobro izmiksajte te im dodajte šećer, vanilin šećer i mascarpone. Kad ste sve izmiješali, istucite bjelanjke u snijeg pa ih dodajte u kremu zajedno sa slatkim vrhnjem.
Na dno kalupa za tortu pospite 1/3 samljevenih badema, zatim ulijte polovicu kreme, pa stavite drugu trećinu badema, zatim ostatak kreme i ostatak badema. Tortu pospremite u zamrzivač na najmanje šest sati.

Obožavamo razgledavati sve one predivne fotografije hrane na Instagramu, a osobito nas veseli pronaći dobre domaće profile na kojima sve pršti od odličnih ideja za kužinavanje. Jedan od takvih je PiJaT, iza kojeg stoji Imoćanka Jasminka Tolić. Jasminka se kuhanjem i pravljenjem kolača bavim isključivo iz hobija, ali priznaje nam da zaista voli tražiti i proučavati nove recepte pri čemu skoro uvijek doda neki svoj sastojak i/ili malo promijeni tehniku pripreme.
"Volim se igrati s namirnicama, ekspermentirati i svašta novog probati" veli nam spretna Imoćanka koaj već par godina skuplja fotografije svojih jela, ali ih se tek prije par mjeseci, na nagovor djece, odvažila pokazati na Instagramu. Nama su izvrsne!
Jasminka nam još priznaje kako se nada da bi taj hobi jednog dana mogao prerasti u blog ili kuharicu, a do tada će guštati u eksperimentiranju. Među takvim eksperimentima je i predivna sladoledna torta s bademima i mascarponeom za koju smo od Jasminke užicali recept. Vjerujemo da će vam se svidjeti. Sladoled torta s bademima
Sastojci:
20-25 dkg badema
6 jaja
40 dkg šećera u prahu
40 dkg mascarponea
2-3 vanilin šećera
500 ml slatkog vrhnja
Priprema:
Bademe prelijte vrelom vodom, ogulite i zatim pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 160 stupnjeva dok ne dobiju zlatnožuto-smeđu boju. Kad se malo ohlade, sameljite ih i podijelite na tri jednaka dijela.
Za kremu odvojite žumanjke i bjelanjke pa žumanjke dobro izmiksajte te im dodajte šećer, vanilin šećer i mascarpone. Kad ste sve izmiješali, istucite bjelanjke u snijeg pa ih dodajte u kremu zajedno sa slatkim vrhnjem.
Na dno kalupa za tortu pospite 1/3 samljevenih badema, zatim ulijte polovicu kreme, pa stavite drugu trećinu badema, zatim ostatak kreme i ostatak badema. Tortu pospremite u zamrzivač na najmanje šest sati.
