Kroketi od krumpira zgodan su prilog uz jela od mesa, jaja i gljiva, a ako ih poslužite s umakom i malo "jačom" salatom mogu biti vrlo ukusan samostalan obrok. Ujedno su super zgodno rješenje za iskoristiti ostatke pirea jer - šteta je bacit‘! Ako volite krokete od krumpira, obavezno isprobajte i ovaj recept koji klasičnim sastojcima dodaje još jedan: ribani cheddar sir. Zahvaljujući njemu, okus je puniji, a tekstura bogatija i otporna na raspadanje prilikom prženja - sve u svemu, puni pogodak koij će vas oboriti s nogu.
Kroketi od krumpira
Sastojci:
750 g brašnastog krumpira
125 g zrelog chedara
malo začina po izboru
1 jaje + 1 žumanjak
70 g krušnih mrvica
750 ml ulja za prženje
sol
Priprema:
Ogulite krumpir i narežite ga na kockice, pa ga skuhajte i ocijedite. Kad se malo ohladi, dodajte mu sir, sol, malo začina i žumanjak. Dobro zgnječite gnječilicom za krumpir ili vilicom dok ne postane glatko. Probajte je li dovoljno začinjeno pa prilagodite okus po potrebi.
Kad se smjesa dovoljno ohladi da se njome može rukovati, mokrim rukama oblikujte 16 kroketa pa ih umočite u razmućeno jaje, ubacite u mrvice i zatim ih pospremite u hladnjak na jedan sat da se stisnu. Nakon toga ih pržite u vrelom ulju, u nekoliko serija po oko tri minute, a možete ih i ispeći u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzija 20-25 minuta.

Kroketi od krumpira zgodan su prilog uz jela od mesa, jaja i gljiva, a ako ih poslužite s umakom i malo "jačom" salatom mogu biti vrlo ukusan samostalan obrok. Ujedno su super zgodno rješenje za iskoristiti ostatke pirea jer - šteta je bacit‘! Ako volite krokete od krumpira, obavezno isprobajte i ovaj recept koji klasičnim sastojcima dodaje još jedan: ribani cheddar sir. Zahvaljujući njemu, okus je puniji, a tekstura bogatija i otporna na raspadanje prilikom prženja - sve u svemu, puni pogodak koij će vas oboriti s nogu.
Kroketi od krumpira
Sastojci:
750 g brašnastog krumpira
125 g zrelog chedara
malo začina po izboru
1 jaje + 1 žumanjak
70 g krušnih mrvica
750 ml ulja za prženje
sol
Priprema:
Ogulite krumpir i narežite ga na kockice, pa ga skuhajte i ocijedite. Kad se malo ohladi, dodajte mu sir, sol, malo začina i žumanjak. Dobro zgnječite gnječilicom za krumpir ili vilicom dok ne postane glatko. Probajte je li dovoljno začinjeno pa prilagodite okus po potrebi.
Kad se smjesa dovoljno ohladi da se njome može rukovati, mokrim rukama oblikujte 16 kroketa pa ih umočite u razmućeno jaje, ubacite u mrvice i zatim ih pospremite u hladnjak na jedan sat da se stisnu. Nakon toga ih pržite u vrelom ulju, u nekoliko serija po oko tri minute, a možete ih i ispeći u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzija 20-25 minuta.
