Pohani pileći odrezak s razlogom je jedno od najomiljenijih jela od piletine: kombinacija zlatne, hrskave korice i mekane piletine jednostavno je fantastična. Toliko fantastična da ćemo se u njihovu pripremu upustiti unatoč pepavom procesu i neizvjesnom rezultatu, jer s pohanjem pilećih odrezaka toliko toga može poći po zlu... Želite li izbjeći razočaranja kao što su presušeno meso i koricu koja otpada za vrijeme prženja, isprobajte ovaj trik za savršeno pohanu, hrskavu i sočnu piletinu.

Umjesto da meso po standardnom postupku uvaljate u brašno pa umočite u jaja i potom uvaljate u krušne mrvice, preskočite brašno, a cijelo jaje zamijenite bjelanjkom pomiješanim s kukuruznim škrobom. Još jedan detalj: pokušajte pronaći panko mrvice, koje su krupnije i rezultiraju hrskavijim pohanim, a za još bolji okus dodajte im začine po želji. 

Kako je bjelanjak pola jajeta, trebat će vam ih dva. Škroba će biti dovoljna jedna žlica. Sve dobro istucite vilicom dok se ne sjedini i zapjeni, potom meso umočite u tu smjesu te zatim u mješavinu mrvica i začina. Bjelanjci će koricu učiniti nevjerojatno hrskavom i nježnom, a kako korica neće pucati ni otpadati, meso će se unutar nje dobro i brzo ispeći zadržavajući sočnost.

Pohani pileći odrezak s razlogom je jedno od najomiljenijih jela od piletine: kombinacija zlatne, hrskave korice i mekane piletine jednostavno je fantastična. Toliko fantastična da ćemo se u njihovu pripremu upustiti unatoč pepavom procesu i neizvjesnom rezultatu, jer s pohanjem pilećih odrezaka toliko toga može poći po zlu... Želite li izbjeći razočaranja kao što su presušeno meso i koricu koja otpada za vrijeme prženja, isprobajte ovaj trik za savršeno pohanu, hrskavu i sočnu piletinu.

Umjesto da meso po standardnom postupku uvaljate u brašno pa umočite u jaja i potom uvaljate u krušne mrvice, preskočite brašno, a cijelo jaje zamijenite bjelanjkom pomiješanim s kukuruznim škrobom. Još jedan detalj: pokušajte pronaći panko mrvice, koje su krupnije i rezultiraju hrskavijim pohanim, a za još bolji okus dodajte im začine po želji. 

Kako je bjelanjak pola jajeta, trebat će vam ih dva. Škroba će biti dovoljna jedna žlica. Sve dobro istucite vilicom dok se ne sjedini i zapjeni, potom meso umočite u tu smjesu te zatim u mješavinu mrvica i začina. Bjelanjci će koricu učiniti nevjerojatno hrskavom i nježnom, a kako korica neće pucati ni otpadati, meso će se unutar nje dobro i brzo ispeći zadržavajući sočnost.

Pohani pileći odrezak s razlogom je jedno od najomiljenijih jela od piletine: kombinacija zlatne, hrskave korice i mekane piletine jednostavno je fantastična. Toliko fantastična da ćemo se u njihovu pripremu upustiti unatoč pepavom procesu i neizvjesnom rezultatu, jer s pohanjem pilećih odrezaka toliko toga može poći po zlu... Želite li izbjeći razočaranja kao što su presušeno meso i koricu koja otpada za vrijeme prženja, isprobajte ovaj trik za savršeno pohanu, hrskavu i sočnu piletinu.

Umjesto da meso po standardnom postupku uvaljate u brašno pa umočite u jaja i potom uvaljate u krušne mrvice, preskočite brašno, a cijelo jaje zamijenite bjelanjkom pomiješanim s kukuruznim škrobom. Još jedan detalj: pokušajte pronaći panko mrvice, koje su krupnije i rezultiraju hrskavijim pohanim, a za još bolji okus dodajte im začine po želji. 

Kako je bjelanjak pola jajeta, trebat će vam ih dva. Škroba će biti dovoljna jedna žlica. Sve dobro istucite vilicom dok se ne sjedini i zapjeni, potom meso umočite u tu smjesu te zatim u mješavinu mrvica i začina. Bjelanjci će koricu učiniti nevjerojatno hrskavom i nježnom, a kako korica neće pucati ni otpadati, meso će se unutar nje dobro i brzo ispeći zadržavajući sočnost.
