Zbog manjka novaca mnogi sve češće razmišljaju o kupnji starijih kuća i pokušaju njihove renovacije. Koliko je to dobro u odnosu na kupnju nove nekretnine svatko mora sam prosuditi. Naime, u današnje vrijeme ne dolazi se lako do kvalitetnih majstora, pa se sve češće čuje kako je netko mjesecima čekao da mu se napokon nešto dogovoreno napravi u kući.

Laura Reynolds i njezin partner Ed iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva nisu imali dovoljno novca za novu kuću pa su odlučili kupiti staru i renovirati je. Par je odlučio da će većinu stvari sami napraviti te na taj način uštedjeti novac potreban za druge stvari. Ed je profesionalni vodoinstalater i, na kraju se ispostavilo,  majstor za razne kućanske poslove, piže The Sun.

Na društvenim mrežama  detaljno su opisali transformaciju stare kuće u novu dvokatnicu s balkonom.

- Kad nemaš dovoljno novca da platiš nekome da ti sagradi kuću iz snova, trebaš to napraviti sam - napisala je Laura u videu. 

Par je potpuno demolirao kuću, pa raščistio dvorište kako bi imao prostora kada krenu radovi. Nakon dobijanja građevinske dozvole krenula je izgradnja. Imali su sreću što su tgemelji bili kvalitetni te ih nisu morali pojačavati. Zidovi, krov, prozori.... kuća se polako gradila. Laura i Ed su sve radove koje su mogli sami napravili.

- Mnogo smo uštedjeli radeći što smo mogli sami. On je vodoinstalater, ali sve drugo se kroz ovu našu avanturu usudio napraviti, I u svemu je uspio - kaže Laura i otkriva da su radili procjenu kuće i ona iznosi oko 400.000 eura. Rekla je da ih je materijal došao preko 100.00 eura.

Jedan pratitelj na TikToku je napisao: "Gledao sam ovu kuću za kupiti, ali sam odustao, sada izgleda nevjerojatno", dok je drugi dodao "Ovo je zapanjujuće! Ne mogu vjerovati da je to ista kuća"

Zbog manjka novaca mnogi sve češće razmišljaju o kupnji starijih kuća i pokušaju njihove renovacije. Koliko je to dobro u odnosu na kupnju nove nekretnine svatko mora sam prosuditi. Naime, u današnje vrijeme ne dolazi se lako do kvalitetnih majstora, pa se sve češće čuje kako je netko mjesecima čekao da mu se napokon nešto dogovoreno napravi u kući.

Laura Reynolds i njezin partner Ed iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva nisu imali dovoljno novca za novu kuću pa su odlučili kupiti staru i renovirati je. Par je odlučio da će većinu stvari sami napraviti te na taj način uštedjeti novac potreban za druge stvari. Ed je profesionalni vodoinstalater i, na kraju se ispostavilo,  majstor za razne kućanske poslove, piže The Sun.

Na društvenim mrežama  detaljno su opisali transformaciju stare kuće u novu dvokatnicu s balkonom.

- Kad nemaš dovoljno novca da platiš nekome da ti sagradi kuću iz snova, trebaš to napraviti sam - napisala je Laura u videu. 

Par je potpuno demolirao kuću, pa raščistio dvorište kako bi imao prostora kada krenu radovi. Nakon dobijanja građevinske dozvole krenula je izgradnja. Imali su sreću što su tgemelji bili kvalitetni te ih nisu morali pojačavati. Zidovi, krov, prozori.... kuća se polako gradila. Laura i Ed su sve radove koje su mogli sami napravili.

- Mnogo smo uštedjeli radeći što smo mogli sami. On je vodoinstalater, ali sve drugo se kroz ovu našu avanturu usudio napraviti, I u svemu je uspio - kaže Laura i otkriva da su radili procjenu kuće i ona iznosi oko 400.000 eura. Rekla je da ih je materijal došao preko 100.00 eura.

Jedan pratitelj na TikToku je napisao: "Gledao sam ovu kuću za kupiti, ali sam odustao, sada izgleda nevjerojatno", dok je drugi dodao "Ovo je zapanjujuće! Ne mogu vjerovati da je to ista kuća"
