Danas je gotovo nemoguće zamisliti da je Zemlja ravna ploča, ali većinu povijesti ljudi su vjerovali da je naš planet ravan, prenosi National Geographic. 

Međutim, jedna od stvari koju su naši preci zanemarili bila je gravitacija. Kako bi općenito gravitacija djelovala na ravnu ploču? Mnogi čudni učinci na Zemlji proizašli bi iz odnosa između ravne ploče i gravitacije. Ova osnovna sila svemira značajno bi promijenila "planet palačinki" na nekoliko nevjerojatnih načina.

Gravitacija ne bi povukla samo ljude i životinje, već bi povukla i svu vodu na svijetu prema sredini. Kao rezultat toga, naš planet bi imao jedan veliki ocean u sredini, ostavljajući rubove izvan oceana suhe. U tom prstenu oko oceana živjele bi kopnene životinje.. Zbog fenomena zvanog gravitropizam, zbog kojeg biljke usmjeravaju svoje korijenje prema centru gravitacije, sva stabla i grmlje bi se izobličili.

Što bi se tada dogodilo sa svemirom?

U poznatom modelu Sunčevog sustava, Zemlja je okrugla i kruži oko Sunca, koje je također okruglo. Ali da je Zemlja ravna, ne bi kružila oko Sunca. Umjesto toga, Sunce bi bilo puno manje od Zemlje i kretalo bi se, zajedno s Mjesecom, visoko iznad ploče kao da je vezano za Sjeverni pol. Postoji samo jedan problem - što ih drži gore? Ne postoji poznata sila koja bi mogla levitirati dva nebeska tijela visoko iznad masivnog objekta, držeći ih u stalnom kružnom kretanju.

Prema klasičnoj karti ravne Zemlje, perimetar svijeta je ledeni zid koji se naziva Antarktika, a sam centar je Sjeverni pol. Ideja da se Sunce okreće oko vanjskog okvira može objasniti zašto su dani tako kratki, a noći tako duge u nekim mjesecima dok se približavate Arktičkom krugu.

No, to ne objašnjava kako se situacija mijenja tijekom druge polovice godine, s mračnim danima na jugu i vječnim zrakama sunca uz obalu Islanda.

Sve ovo izostavlja činjenicu da satelitska komunikacija ne bi bila moguća na ravnoj Zemlji. Ne bismo mogli lansirati objekte u orbitu da ne znamo ni koje sile održavaju Sunce i Mjesec. Sateliti bi se morali nositi s tim snagama da ostanu gore. A budući da, zapravo, postoje sateliti u orbiti, moramo doći do zaključka da je Zemlja još uvijek okrugla.

Danas je gotovo nemoguće zamisliti da je Zemlja ravna ploča, ali većinu povijesti ljudi su vjerovali da je naš planet ravan, prenosi National Geographic. 

Međutim, jedna od stvari koju su naši preci zanemarili bila je gravitacija. Kako bi općenito gravitacija djelovala na ravnu ploču? Mnogi čudni učinci na Zemlji proizašli bi iz odnosa između ravne ploče i gravitacije. Ova osnovna sila svemira značajno bi promijenila "planet palačinki" na nekoliko nevjerojatnih načina.

Gravitacija ne bi povukla samo ljude i životinje, već bi povukla i svu vodu na svijetu prema sredini. Kao rezultat toga, naš planet bi imao jedan veliki ocean u sredini, ostavljajući rubove izvan oceana suhe. U tom prstenu oko oceana živjele bi kopnene životinje.. Zbog fenomena zvanog gravitropizam, zbog kojeg biljke usmjeravaju svoje korijenje prema centru gravitacije, sva stabla i grmlje bi se izobličili.

Što bi se tada dogodilo sa svemirom?

U poznatom modelu Sunčevog sustava, Zemlja je okrugla i kruži oko Sunca, koje je također okruglo. Ali da je Zemlja ravna, ne bi kružila oko Sunca. Umjesto toga, Sunce bi bilo puno manje od Zemlje i kretalo bi se, zajedno s Mjesecom, visoko iznad ploče kao da je vezano za Sjeverni pol. Postoji samo jedan problem - što ih drži gore? Ne postoji poznata sila koja bi mogla levitirati dva nebeska tijela visoko iznad masivnog objekta, držeći ih u stalnom kružnom kretanju.

Prema klasičnoj karti ravne Zemlje, perimetar svijeta je ledeni zid koji se naziva Antarktika, a sam centar je Sjeverni pol. Ideja da se Sunce okreće oko vanjskog okvira može objasniti zašto su dani tako kratki, a noći tako duge u nekim mjesecima dok se približavate Arktičkom krugu.

No, to ne objašnjava kako se situacija mijenja tijekom druge polovice godine, s mračnim danima na jugu i vječnim zrakama sunca uz obalu Islanda.

Sve ovo izostavlja činjenicu da satelitska komunikacija ne bi bila moguća na ravnoj Zemlji. Ne bismo mogli lansirati objekte u orbitu da ne znamo ni koje sile održavaju Sunce i Mjesec. Sateliti bi se morali nositi s tim snagama da ostanu gore. A budući da, zapravo, postoje sateliti u orbiti, moramo doći do zaključka da je Zemlja još uvijek okrugla.

Danas je gotovo nemoguće zamisliti da je Zemlja ravna ploča, ali većinu povijesti ljudi su vjerovali da je naš planet ravan, prenosi National Geographic. 

Međutim, jedna od stvari koju su naši preci zanemarili bila je gravitacija. Kako bi općenito gravitacija djelovala na ravnu ploču? Mnogi čudni učinci na Zemlji proizašli bi iz odnosa između ravne ploče i gravitacije. Ova osnovna sila svemira značajno bi promijenila "planet palačinki" na nekoliko nevjerojatnih načina.

Gravitacija ne bi povukla samo ljude i životinje, već bi povukla i svu vodu na svijetu prema sredini. Kao rezultat toga, naš planet bi imao jedan veliki ocean u sredini, ostavljajući rubove izvan oceana suhe. U tom prstenu oko oceana živjele bi kopnene životinje..
