O katastrofi u Černobilu iz 1986. godine zna se gotovo sve, a kreativni prilog nesreći bila je i nedavna odlična igrana serija koju je producirao HBO. Međutim, čovjek koji vodi YouTube kanal That Chernobyl Guy objavio je dosad nepoznatu priču o kamionu Mercedes-Benza koji se našao u središtu katastrofe. Narančasti kamion dosad je viđen na nekoliko fotografija, ali nitko se njime dosad nije bavio, piše Jalopnik, a prenosi HAK Revija .
Dakle, što je Mercedesov kamion tamo radio? Ugrađene jeftinije turbine u nuklearnim reaktorima Černobila često su bile neispravne i trebale su prilagodbe korištenjem naprednih senzora. Tehničarima je bio potreban pokretni laboratorij koji bi mogao putovati od reaktora do reaktora obavljajući delikatne korekcije. Upravo zato je služio kamion Mercedes-Benz LK. Bilo je to rijetko i skupo vozilo, s unikatnom opremom (za SSSR). Dvojica tehničara kasnije će umrijeti od trovanja radijacijom jer su htjeli izvući kamion iz zone nesreće.

Ovaj kamion je bio star samo nekoliko mjeseci kada se našao ispred izvora katastrofe, jedinice četiri. Kad je reaktor eksplodirao, kamion je bio u neposrednoj blizini. Mercedes i njegovu četveročlanu posadu prekrila je radioaktivna prašina i jadnim ljudima vjerojatno ne bi bilo spasa čak i da se nisu duže zadržali na mjestu eksplozije. No tehničari su zanemarili sigurnost i pokušavali su izvući Mercedes iz zone nesreće.
Tu priča prestaje jer se, osim sudbine tehničara, ništa više ne spominje. Na zna se jesu li spasili Mercedes i gdje je on na kraju završio. Kao što znate, SSSR je imao dugu tradiciju zataškavanja događaja koje je smatrao škakljivima. Mogli bismo zaključiti da se ista navika odnosi i na današnju Rusiju…

O katastrofi u Černobilu iz 1986. godine zna se gotovo sve, a kreativni prilog nesreći bila je i nedavna odlična igrana serija koju je producirao HBO. Međutim, čovjek koji vodi YouTube kanal That Chernobyl Guy objavio je dosad nepoznatu priču o kamionu Mercedes-Benza koji se našao u središtu katastrofe. Narančasti kamion dosad je viđen na nekoliko fotografija, ali nitko se njime dosad nije bavio, piše Jalopnik, a prenosi HAK Revija .
Dakle, što je Mercedesov kamion tamo radio? Ugrađene jeftinije turbine u nuklearnim reaktorima Černobila često su bile neispravne i trebale su prilagodbe korištenjem naprednih senzora. Tehničarima je bio potreban pokretni laboratorij koji bi mogao putovati od reaktora do reaktora obavljajući delikatne korekcije. Upravo zato je služio kamion Mercedes-Benz LK. Bilo je to rijetko i skupo vozilo, s unikatnom opremom (za SSSR). Dvojica tehničara kasnije će umrijeti od trovanja radijacijom jer su htjeli izvući kamion iz zone nesreće.

Ovaj kamion je bio star samo nekoliko mjeseci kada se našao ispred izvora katastrofe, jedinice četiri. Kad je reaktor eksplodirao, kamion je bio u neposrednoj blizini. Mercedes i njegovu četveročlanu posadu prekrila je radioaktivna prašina i jadnim ljudima vjerojatno ne bi bilo spasa čak i da se nisu duže zadržali na mjestu eksplozije. No tehničari su zanemarili sigurnost i pokušavali su izvući Mercedes iz zone nesreće.
Tu priča prestaje jer se, osim sudbine tehničara, ništa više ne spominje. Na zna se jesu li spasili Mercedes i gdje je on na kraju završio.
