Na zimskim dionicama javnih cesta u Hrvatskoj, kojima je obuhvaćeno 840 kilometara autocesta, te 1523 kilometra državnih i županijskih prometnica, od 15. studenog pa do 15. travnja iduće godine obvezna je zimska oprema. To je odluka Ministarstva pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture koja je stupila na snagu još 6. prosinca 2013. godine, a obvezna uporaba zimske opreme odnosi se na sve vrste motornih vozila bez obzira na vremenske uvjete i stanje kolnika.

Pod zimskom opremom motornih vozila čija najveća dopuštena masa ne prelazi 3,5 tona, sukladno posebnom propisu, podrazumijevaju se zimske gume (M+S) na svim kotačima ili ljetne gume s najmanjom dubinom profila od 4 mm i s lancima za snijeg pripravnim za postavljanje na pogonske kotače. Zabrana prometa na određenoj dionici nastupa proglašenjem zimskih uvjeta, a odnosi se na vozila koja nemaju propisanu zimsku opremu. Ako policajac zatekne vozilo bez zimske opreme na dijelu ceste i u vrijeme kada je zimska oprema obvezna, te vozač na njegovo upozorenje na prekine vožnju, slijedi mu novčana kazna od 1000 kuna.

Odlukom Ministarstva pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture obuhvaćene su autoceste A1, ali samo od Zagreba do Maslenice, potom A2 (Zagreb – Macelj), A3 (Bregana – Zagreb – Lipovac), A4 (Zagreb – Goričan), A5 (Beli Manastir – Osijek – granica BiH), A6 (Zagreb – Rijeka), A7 (Rupa – Rijeka), dok pod zimske dionice ne spadaju autoceste u Dalmaciji i Istarski ipsilon.

Za vozače iz Dalmacije bitno je da znaju kako zimske gume nisu zakonska obveza u priobalju, ali isto tako ni u Dalmatinskoj zagori. Jedine dvije dionice koje su uvrštene u zimske na dalmatinskom području su Maslenica – Zaton Obrovački, te dio državne ceste od Knina prema Gračacu. Međutim, kada se proglase zimski uvjeti ili je kolnik pod snijegom, tada vozila moraju imati zimsku opremu. Ipak, bez obzira na to što zakon ne obvezuje vozače iz Dalmacije da moraju imati zimsku opremu, bilo bi dobro da svi koji su u mogućnosti zamijene ljetne gume zimskima.

Jasno je da zimske gume – a riječ je o sva četiri pneumatika – imaju svoju cijenu, minimalnu od 1600 kuna, no kupnjom novih guma vozači su mirni iduće četiri ili više godina. U prosječnom broju kilometara koje prelazi hrvatski vozač, a to je oko tisuću mjesečno, zimske će gume prelaziti po prilici pet ili nešto više tisuća, tako da im je vijek trajanja do pet godina. Osim toga, već pri temperaturi nižoj od sedam Celzijevih stupnjeva ljetne gume gube elastičnost, kao i svojstva prianjanja na podlogu koja imaju u uvjetima za koja su predviđena.

Zato je najbolje već sredinom studenog staviti sve četiri zimske gume, istog proizvođača, marke i modela, te dimenzija koje je propisao proizvođač automobila. Ljetna guma po snijegu ima daleko veći zaustavni put i s njom vozač nema gotovo nikakve šanse na vrijeme zaustaviti automobil. Kad se shvati što se dobiva montažom zimskih guma, sve dvojbe i analize o suvišnosti njihova korištenja padaju u vodu.

Kod temperature od minus 10 Celzijevih stupnjeva, automobil s ljetnim gumama pri brzini od 60 kilometara na sat zaustavit će se nakon 55 metara, dok će se automobil koji na kotačima ima zimske gume zaustaviti nakon 44 metra. Na nižim temperaturama put kočenja još je duži. Ako automobil ima ljetne gume, zaustavit će se nakon 62 metra, a sa zimskim gumama najdalje do 50 metara.

Osim toga, ne smije se zanemariti činjenica da je obvezna upotreba dnevnih ili oborenih/kratkih svjetala započela 1. studenog i traje do 31. ožujka, bez obzira na početak ljetnog računanja vremena.

Zimska oprema u Europi

U mnogim državama Europe zakoni u pogledu zimske opreme vozila su vrlo različiti. U većini zemalja ta je obveza datumski određena, dok je kod drugih na snazi u vrijeme proglašenih zimskih uvjeta na cestama, dakle kad je na kolniku snijeg, ugaženi snijeg ili poledica.

Zimsku opremu u većini europskih zemalja čine četiri zimske gume, ali ima nekih gdje su dovoljne i ljetne gume s lancima za snijeg u prtljažniku. Minimalna dubina profila na zimskim gumama je od 3 do 4 mm, a ljetnih od 4 do 6 mm.

Na zimskim dionicama javnih cesta u Hrvatskoj, kojima je obuhvaćeno 840 kilometara autocesta, te 1523 kilometra državnih i županijskih prometnica, od 15. studenog pa do 15. travnja iduće godine obvezna je zimska oprema. To je odluka Ministarstva pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture koja je stupila na snagu još 6. prosinca 2013. godine, a obvezna uporaba zimske opreme odnosi se na sve vrste motornih vozila bez obzira na vremenske uvjete i stanje kolnika.

Pod zimskom opremom motornih vozila čija najveća dopuštena masa ne prelazi 3,5 tona, sukladno posebnom propisu, podrazumijevaju se zimske gume (M+S) na svim kotačima ili ljetne gume s najmanjom dubinom profila od 4 mm i s lancima za snijeg pripravnim za postavljanje na pogonske kotače. Zabrana prometa na određenoj dionici nastupa proglašenjem zimskih uvjeta, a odnosi se na vozila koja nemaju propisanu zimsku opremu. Ako policajac zatekne vozilo bez zimske opreme na dijelu ceste i u vrijeme kada je zimska oprema obvezna, te vozač na njegovo upozorenje na prekine vožnju, slijedi mu novčana kazna od 1000 kuna.

Odlukom Ministarstva pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture obuhvaćene su autoceste A1, ali samo od Zagreba do Maslenice, potom A2 (Zagreb – Macelj), A3 (Bregana – Zagreb – Lipovac), A4 (Zagreb – Goričan), A5 (Beli Manastir – Osijek – granica BiH), A6 (Zagreb – Rijeka), A7 (Rupa – Rijeka), dok pod zimske dionice ne spadaju autoceste u Dalmaciji i Istarski ipsilon.

Za vozače iz Dalmacije bitno je da znaju kako zimske gume nisu zakonska obveza u priobalju, ali isto tako ni u Dalmatinskoj zagori. Jedine dvije dionice koje su uvrštene u zimske na dalmatinskom području su Maslenica – Zaton Obrovački, te dio državne ceste od Knina prema Gračacu. Međutim, kada se proglase zimski uvjeti ili je kolnik pod snijegom, tada vozila moraju imati zimsku opremu. Ipak, bez obzira na to što zakon ne obvezuje vozače iz Dalmacije da moraju imati zimsku opremu, bilo bi dobro da svi koji su u mogućnosti zamijene ljetne gume zimskima.

Jasno je da zimske gume – a riječ je o sva četiri pneumatika – imaju svoju cijenu, minimalnu od 1600 kuna, no kupnjom novih guma vozači su mirni iduće četiri ili više godina. U prosječnom broju kilometara koje prelazi hrvatski vozač, a to je oko tisuću mjesečno, zimske će gume prelaziti po prilici pet ili nešto više tisuća, tako da im je vijek trajanja do pet godina. Osim toga, već pri temperaturi nižoj od sedam Celzijevih stupnjeva ljetne gume gube elastičnost, kao i svojstva prianjanja na podlogu koja imaju u uvjetima za koja su predviđena.

Zato je najbolje već sredinom studenog staviti sve četiri zimske gume, istog proizvođača, marke i modela, te dimenzija koje je propisao proizvođač automobila. Ljetna guma po snijegu ima daleko veći zaustavni put i s njom vozač nema gotovo nikakve šanse na vrijeme zaustaviti automobil. Kad se shvati što se dobiva montažom zimskih guma, sve dvojbe i analize o suvišnosti njihova korištenja padaju u vodu.

Kod temperature od minus 10 Celzijevih stupnjeva, automobil s ljetnim gumama pri brzini od 60 kilometara na sat zaustavit će se nakon 55 metara, dok će se automobil koji na kotačima ima zimske gume zaustaviti nakon 44 metra. Na nižim temperaturama put kočenja još je duži. Ako automobil ima ljetne gume, zaustavit će se nakon 62 metra, a sa zimskim gumama najdalje do 50 metara.

Osim toga, ne smije se zanemariti činjenica da je obvezna upotreba dnevnih ili oborenih/kratkih svjetala započela 1. studenog i traje do 31. ožujka, bez obzira na početak ljetnog računanja vremena.

Zimska oprema u Europi

U mnogim državama Europe zakoni u pogledu zimske opreme vozila su vrlo različiti. U većini zemalja ta je obveza datumski određena, dok je kod drugih na snazi u vrijeme proglašenih zimskih uvjeta na cestama, dakle kad je na kolniku snijeg, ugaženi snijeg ili poledica.

Zimsku opremu u većini europskih zemalja čine četiri zimske gume, ali ima nekih gdje su dovoljne i ljetne gume s lancima za snijeg u prtljažniku. Minimalna dubina profila na zimskim gumama je od 3 do 4 mm, a ljetnih od 4 do 6 mm.

Stupila je na snagu odluka o uporabi zimske opreme: u priobalju i Dalmatinskoj zagori zimske gume nisu obvezne

Na zimskim dionicama javnih cesta u Hrvatskoj, kojima je obuhvaćeno 840 kilometara autocesta, te 1523 kilometra državnih i županijskih prometnica, od 15. studenog pa do 15. travnja iduće godine obvezna je zimska oprema. To je odluka Ministarstva pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture koja je stupila na snagu još 6. prosinca 2013. godine, a obvezna uporaba zimske opreme odnosi se na sve vrste motornih vozila bez obzira na vremenske uvjete i stanje kolnika.

Pod zimskom opremom motornih vozila čija najveća dopuštena masa ne prelazi 3,5 tona, sukladno posebnom propisu, podrazumijevaju se zimske gume (M+S) na svim kotačima ili ljetne gume s najmanjom dubinom profila od 4 mm i s lancima za snijeg pripravnim za postavljanje na pogonske kotače. Zabrana prometa na određenoj dionici...
