Ako netko traži jednostavan odvijač ili nastavak za bušilicu, tvornica alata Paul Horn GmbH u Tübingenu vjerojatno je pogrešna adresa. Ova tvrtka koja reklamira sustave za izradu zupčanika i zavrtanje navoja više podsjeća na „Bauhaus" za industriju. Paul Horn proizvodi precizne i specijalne alate od 1969. godine, često napravljene po mjeri za specifične radne procese u nekoj tvornici.

Najvažniji kupac ove firme je autoindustrija. Direktor Matthias Rommel neće tako brzo zaboraviti 2023. godinu: "Bila je to nevjerojatna godina." Rommel pri tome misli na nevjerojatne turbulencije. "Imali smo briljantan početak u branši, s vrlo dobrim prvim polugodištem", prenosi Jutarnji list.

No kako kaže, proteklih nekoliko mjeseci bilo je teško. Nedostajalo je narudžbi, a u tvornici se bile primjetne i posljedice inflacije. „Za mene je to bila godina ekstremnih, neplanskih i djelomično kaotičnih povećanja troškova", ističe Rommel.

Raspoloženje u Njemačkoj, koja slovi kao zemlja automobila, je pomućeno: dok su njemački proizvođači Volkswagen, Mercedes i BMW najavljivali povećanje prodaje za razdoblje od siječnja do rujna 2023., a izvoz automobila i broj novih registriranih vozila rasli, dobavljači su se žalili na pad proizvodnje i masovno ukidanje radnih mjesta u branši.

"Sada postaje sve jasnije što ta transformacija zaista znači", kaže stručnjak za autoindustriju Stefan Bratzel iz Centra za automobilski menadžment iz Bergisch Gladbacha. Njega ne iznenađuju planovi najvećeg svjetskog proizvođača automobilskih dijelova, firme Bosch, da ukine 1.500 radnih mjesta na području razvoja, administracije i prodaje. Ne iznenađuje ga ni planirano zatvaranje tvornice za proizvodnju alata za autoindustriju ZF Friedrichshafen.

"Ako elektromobilnost dobije na značaju, to će imati posljedice na radna mjesta u cijeloj branši”, kaže Bratzel. On očekuje da će kroz tu transformaciju biti izgubljeno do 160.000 radnih mjesta. No, njegova prognoza nije ništa novo. "Nju smo dali još prije pet godina.” U 2024. godini, smatra Bratzel, taj trend će se još više pogoršati.

Tradicionalni proizvođači automobila morali bi se više razvijati u smjeru softverskih kompanija, smatra stručnjak iz Bergisch Gladbacha: "Softver će biti suštinski dio stvaranja nove vrijednosti. U skladu s tim mora se promijeniti cjelokupna korporativna kultura. A time su pred etabliranim proizvođačima automobila izuzetno teška vremena."

S jedne strane, to je zato što su se dugi niz godina morala opsluživati dva poslovna modela: pored sektora motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem, tu je i novi sektor elektromobilnosti. S druge strane, velike etablirane tvrtke morale bi ponovo preuzeti vodeću ulogu u inovacijama. "Cijela Njemačka se sada u suštini nalazi u ovoj transformaciji. Njemačka autoindustrija je godinama stagnirala, ali sada sama branša mora ponovo biti u napadačkom modusu", smatra Bratzel.

Ovaj stručnjak za autoindustriju siguran je da problem predstavlja konkurencija iz Azije. I jedna aktualna studija konzultantske kuće Roland Berger i investicijske banke Lazard dolazi do zaključka da su azijski proizvođači i dobavljači pobjednici na tržištu.

Zato imaju koristi od „elektrifikacije pogonskog sklopa i digitalizacije – od tehnologija na koje se proizvođači u Aziji koncentriraju već duže vrijeme i za kojima tamo vlada veća potražnja nego u drugim regijama", stoji u „Globalnoj studiji dobavljača automobila". Autori studije su uvjereni da će tržište dobavljača u autoindustriji i dalje rasti, "ali s različitim komponentama, s različitim kupcima i za druge dobavljače".

I tvornica alata Paul Horn iz Tübingena pažljivo prati tržište i sve više ulaže u inozemstvu jer se, na primjer, proizvodnja auto-dijelova za motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem seli u istočnu Europu. "Pratimo naše kupce,” kaže direktor Rommel.

"Mi u Njemačkoj smo trenutno zaokupljeni sustizanjem trendova u mnogim procesima,” naglašava Stefan Bratzel iz Centra za automobilski menadžment. "Ako u narednih 10 do 15 godina želimo ponovo postati uspješniji, moramo biti spremni za ono što će se događati na tom tržištu."

Da bi se to postiglo, mora se fokusirano ulagati, kaže ovaj stručnjak koji, primjerice, u segmentu automatizirane i autonomne vožnje vidi dobre šanse. Njemački proizvođači u tom segmentu, kako kaže, već prednjače, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Očekuje se da će situacija u tvornici alata Paul Horn tijekom 2024. ostati napeta. Njen direktor Matthias Rommel će biti zadovoljan ako ne dođe do daljnjeg pada prodaje. "Mi smo prisiljeni biti optimisti", kaže Rommel.

Ako netko traži jednostavan odvijač ili nastavak za bušilicu, tvornica alata Paul Horn GmbH u Tübingenu vjerojatno je pogrešna adresa. Ova tvrtka koja reklamira sustave za izradu zupčanika i zavrtanje navoja više podsjeća na „Bauhaus" za industriju. Paul Horn proizvodi precizne i specijalne alate od 1969. godine, često napravljene po mjeri za specifične radne procese u nekoj tvornici.

Najvažniji kupac ove firme je autoindustrija. Direktor Matthias Rommel neće tako brzo zaboraviti 2023. godinu: "Bila je to nevjerojatna godina." Rommel pri tome misli na nevjerojatne turbulencije. "Imali smo briljantan početak u branši, s vrlo dobrim prvim polugodištem", prenosi Jutarnji list.

No kako kaže, proteklih nekoliko mjeseci bilo je teško. Nedostajalo je narudžbi, a u tvornici se bile primjetne i posljedice inflacije. „Za mene je to bila godina ekstremnih, neplanskih i djelomično kaotičnih povećanja troškova", ističe Rommel.

Raspoloženje u Njemačkoj, koja slovi kao zemlja automobila, je pomućeno: dok su njemački proizvođači Volkswagen, Mercedes i BMW najavljivali povećanje prodaje za razdoblje od siječnja do rujna 2023., a izvoz automobila i broj novih registriranih vozila rasli, dobavljači su se žalili na pad proizvodnje i masovno ukidanje radnih mjesta u branši.

"Sada postaje sve jasnije što ta transformacija zaista znači", kaže stručnjak za autoindustriju Stefan Bratzel iz Centra za automobilski menadžment iz Bergisch Gladbacha. Njega ne iznenađuju planovi najvećeg svjetskog proizvođača automobilskih dijelova, firme Bosch, da ukine 1.500 radnih mjesta na području razvoja, administracije i prodaje. Ne iznenađuje ga ni planirano zatvaranje tvornice za proizvodnju alata za autoindustriju ZF Friedrichshafen.

"Ako elektromobilnost dobije na značaju, to će imati posljedice na radna mjesta u cijeloj branši”, kaže Bratzel. On očekuje da će kroz tu transformaciju biti izgubljeno do 160.000 radnih mjesta. No, njegova prognoza nije ništa novo. "Nju smo dali još prije pet godina.” U 2024. godini, smatra Bratzel, taj trend će se još više pogoršati.

Tradicionalni proizvođači automobila morali bi se više razvijati u smjeru softverskih kompanija, smatra stručnjak iz Bergisch Gladbacha: "Softver će biti suštinski dio stvaranja nove vrijednosti. U skladu s tim mora se promijeniti cjelokupna korporativna kultura. A time su pred etabliranim proizvođačima automobila izuzetno teška vremena."

S jedne strane, to je zato što su se dugi niz godina morala opsluživati dva poslovna modela: pored sektora motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem, tu je i novi sektor elektromobilnosti. S druge strane, velike etablirane tvrtke morale bi ponovo preuzeti vodeću ulogu u inovacijama. "Cijela Njemačka se sada u suštini nalazi u ovoj transformaciji. Njemačka autoindustrija je godinama stagnirala, ali sada sama branša mora ponovo biti u napadačkom modusu", smatra Bratzel.

Ovaj stručnjak za autoindustriju siguran je da problem predstavlja konkurencija iz Azije. I jedna aktualna studija konzultantske kuće Roland Berger i investicijske banke Lazard dolazi do zaključka da su azijski proizvođači i dobavljači pobjednici na tržištu.

Zato imaju koristi od „elektrifikacije pogonskog sklopa i digitalizacije – od tehnologija na koje se proizvođači u Aziji koncentriraju već duže vrijeme i za kojima tamo vlada veća potražnja nego u drugim regijama", stoji u „Globalnoj studiji dobavljača automobila". Autori studije su uvjereni da će tržište dobavljača u autoindustriji i dalje rasti, "ali s različitim komponentama, s različitim kupcima i za druge dobavljače".

I tvornica alata Paul Horn iz Tübingena pažljivo prati tržište i sve više ulaže u inozemstvu jer se, na primjer, proizvodnja auto-dijelova za motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem seli u istočnu Europu. "Pratimo naše kupce,” kaže direktor Rommel.

"Mi u Njemačkoj smo trenutno zaokupljeni sustizanjem trendova u mnogim procesima,” naglašava Stefan Bratzel iz Centra za automobilski menadžment. "Ako u narednih 10 do 15 godina želimo ponovo postati uspješniji, moramo biti spremni za ono što će se događati na tom tržištu."

Da bi se to postiglo, mora se fokusirano ulagati, kaže ovaj stručnjak koji, primjerice, u segmentu automatizirane i autonomne vožnje vidi dobre šanse. Njemački proizvođači u tom segmentu, kako kaže, već prednjače, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Očekuje se da će situacija u tvornici alata Paul Horn tijekom 2024. ostati napeta. Njen direktor Matthias Rommel će biti zadovoljan ako ne dođe do daljnjeg pada prodaje. "Mi smo prisiljeni biti optimisti", kaže Rommel.
