Domagoj Tomašević, unuk Joze Tomaševića, slavodobitnika 229. Sinjske alke, ustupio je slavodobitnički plamenac koji je njegov djed osvojio u nadmetanju održanom 20. kolovoza 1944. godine na korištenje Muzeju Sinjske alke.
Ugovor o tome s Tomaševićem je u Zagrebu potpisao Boris Filipović Grčić, ravnatelj Muzeja, a sve je organizirao zagrebački Klub Sinjana. Plamenac će biti dio stalnog postava sinjske kulturne ustanove, ali ostaje u vlasništvu Domagoja Tomaševića.
Alkar Jozo Tomašević, zvani Pićurin, bio je dvostruki slavodobitnik Alke. Prvu pobjedu ostvario je na 207. Alci, koja je održana 7. lipnja 1922. godine u Beogradu u čast vjenčanja kralja Srba, Hrvata i Slovenaca Aleksandra Karađorđevića i rumunjske princeze Marije. Tek vjenčani par osobno je nazočio trećoj alkarskoj trci održanoj na Tašmajdanu.
Najuspješniji među 17 alkara kopljanika bio je Tomašević. Nakon što ga je vojvoda Vicko Grabovac proglasio slavodobitnikom, Jozi Tomaševiću je kralj Aleksandar, poslije kraćega govora i čestitki, darovao zlatnu tabakeru ukrašenu brilijantima i kraljevskim grbom.
Nedugo poslije beogradske Alke, a treba znati da se 1922. nadmetanje nije održalo u Sinju, slavodobitnik je založio kraljev dar kod jednog splitskog trgovca. Držeći taj Tomaševićev čin nečasnim i neprihvatljivim, tadašnja uprava Viteškog alkarskog društva (VAD) isključila ga je iz članstva.
Odmah su se angažirali iz sinjske obitelji Tripalo te su, poslije dugotrajnih pregovaranja, uspjeli otkupiti zlatnu tabakeru od trgovca i darovali su je VAD-u, a ona je danas također među artefaktima Muzeja Sinjske alke.
Jozo Tomašević ipak je ponovno sjeo u alkarsko sedlo. Naime, bio je jedan od 10 kopljanika 229. Sinjske alke, održane 20. kolovoza 1944. godine, jedinog nadmetanja za vrijeme NDH, održane pod pokroviteljstvom poglavnika dr. Ante Pavelića.
Tog ljetnog jutra američki zrakoplovi bombardirali su Sinj. Veliki broj bombi pao je oko staze alkarskoga trkališta, a u gradu je bilo mnogo mrtvih i ranjenih. Unatoč tomu, Alka je održana.
Tomašević je slavodobitnički plamenac osvojio s osam punata, pri čemu je u prvoj i trećoj trci pogodio "u sridu", a u drugoj trci "u dva". Osebujni Pićurin nije s plamencem postupio kao s kraljevom tabakerom.
Sačuvao ga je, što je kao vrijedni dio obiteljske povijesti naslijedio Jozin sin, a potom i unuk Domagoj, koji je odlučio taj artefakt zadržati u vlasništvu, ali uz ustupanje Muzeju Sinjske alke kao dio njegova stalnog postava.

Domagoj Tomašević, unuk Joze Tomaševića, slavodobitnika 229. Sinjske alke, ustupio je slavodobitnički plamenac koji je njegov djed osvojio u nadmetanju održanom 20. kolovoza 1944. godine na korištenje Muzeju Sinjske alke.
Ugovor o tome s Tomaševićem je u Zagrebu potpisao Boris Filipović Grčić, ravnatelj Muzeja, a sve je organizirao zagrebački Klub Sinjana. Plamenac će biti dio stalnog postava sinjske kulturne ustanove, ali ostaje u vlasništvu Domagoja Tomaševića.
Alkar Jozo Tomašević, zvani Pićurin, bio je dvostruki slavodobitnik Alke. Prvu pobjedu ostvario je na 207. Alci, koja je održana 7. lipnja 1922. godine u Beogradu u čast vjenčanja kralja Srba, Hrvata i Slovenaca Aleksandra Karađorđevića i rumunjske princeze Marije. Tek vjenčani par osobno je nazočio trećoj alkarskoj trci održanoj na Tašmajdanu.
Najuspješniji među 17 alkara kopljanika bio je Tomašević. Nakon što ga je vojvoda Vicko Grabovac proglasio slavodobitnikom, Jozi Tomaševiću je kralj Aleksandar, poslije kraćega govora i čestitki, darovao zlatnu tabakeru ukrašenu brilijantima i kraljevskim grbom.
Nedugo poslije beogradske Alke, a treba znati da se 1922. nadmetanje nije održalo u Sinju, slavodobitnik je založio kraljev dar kod jednog splitskog trgovca. Držeći taj Tomaševićev čin nečasnim i neprihvatljivim, tadašnja uprava Viteškog alkarskog društva (VAD) isključila ga je iz članstva.
Odmah su se angažirali iz sinjske obitelji Tripalo te su, poslije dugotrajnih pregovaranja, uspjeli otkupiti zlatnu tabakeru od trgovca i darovali su je VAD-u, a ona je danas također među artefaktima Muzeja Sinjske alke.
Jozo Tomašević ipak je ponovno sjeo u alkarsko sedlo. Naime, bio je jedan od 10 kopljanika 229. Sinjske alke, održane 20. kolovoza 1944. godine, jedinog nadmetanja za vrijeme NDH, održane pod pokroviteljstvom poglavnika dr. Ante Pavelića.
Tog ljetnog jutra američki zrakoplovi bombardirali su Sinj. Veliki broj bombi pao je oko staze alkarskoga trkališta, a u gradu je bilo mnogo mrtvih i ranjenih. Unatoč tomu, Alka je održana.
Tomašević je slavodobitnički plamenac osvojio s osam punata, pri čemu je u prvoj i trećoj trci pogodio "u sridu", a u drugoj trci "u dva". Osebujni Pićurin nije s plamencem postupio kao s kraljevom tabakerom.
Sačuvao ga je, što je kao vrijedni dio obiteljske povijesti naslijedio Jozin sin, a potom i unuk Domagoj, koji je odlučio taj artefakt zadržati u vlasništvu, ali uz ustupanje Muzeju Sinjske alke kao dio njegova stalnog postava.
