Virna Mudnić, vlasnica privatnog dječjeg vrtića "Čarobni pianino" iz Splita, koji je 2009. otvorio podružnicu u Sinju da bi osam godina kasnije otvorio i objekt na Hanu, pisanim putem izvijestila je lokalnu vlast da će 31. prosinca zatvoriti predškolski prostor u mjestu uz rijeku Cetinu koje administrativno pripada alkarskom gradu.

Sva djeca iz toga vrtića, njih 51, ako to prihvate njihovi roditelji, dobit će smještaj u "Čarobnom pianinu" u Sinju koji pohađa 100 mališana. Mudnić u pismu gradskoj upravi navodi da će krajem aktualne pedagoške godine zatvoriti i objekt u Sinju.

To će, kako je obrazložila, biti primorani napraviti ako im Grad ne poveća sufinanciranje i ne donese odluku o povećanom sudjelovanju roditelja u troškovima smještaja djece. Ukratko, o poskupljenju programa za odgoj mališana.

Tu privatnu pedagošku ustanovu u Sinj je dovela tadašnja vlast na čelu s Nezavisnom listom dr. Stipislava Jadrijevića neposredno nakon pobjede na lokalnim izborima 2009. godine. Njihovo geslo je bilo da sve treba dati u privatne ruke, pa tako i skrb o najmlađima, te su dajući prednost "Čarobnom pianinu" zakočili razvoj gradskog vrtića "Bili cvitak".

Takav potez bio je obrazložen navodima kako je javna predškolska institucija dosegnula maksimalno dopuštenih 600 polaznika. Stanje je trajalo punih 12 godina, za vrijeme dok je lista dr. Jadrijevića uživala povjerenje većine birača alkarskoga grada.

U tom razdoblju izgrađen je samo mali područni vrtić u Turjacima. U međuvremenu je udjel "Čarobnog pianina" samo rastao, a rastao je i iznos kojim su na račun svih poreznih i komunalnih obveznika sufinancirani troškovi skrbi o djeci.

Najavljujući zatvaranje vrtića, najprije na Hanu, a ako se stanje ne promijeni i u Sinju, vlasnica Mudnić ističe da je Grad preuzeo obvezu sufinanciranja rada njezinih podružnica, ali je od 2018. godine u više navrata upozoravan kako je iznos nedostatan za održavanje propisanog pedagoškog standarda pa je stoga "Čarobni pianino" doveden u financijske poteškoće.

Tomu su dodali da je s gradonačelnikom Mirom Buljem (Most) u više navrata usmeno dogovoreno kako će od 1. rujna ove godine iznos sufinanciranja po djetetu biti podignut na 1700 kuna što je, kako kažu, minimum za održavanje rada predškolske ustanove.

Prvi čovjek Sinja tvrdi da se ne uzbuđuje se previše najavom privatnog vrtića o zatvaranju objekta na Hanu.

- Ako iz "Čarobnog pianina" provedu svoju najavu o zatvaranju, što smatram ucjenom na koju nikako ne možemo pristati, vrtić na Hanu nastavit će radom u sklopu gradskog vrtića "Bili cvitak". Prošle godine Grad je povećao subvenciju "Čarobnom pianinu" s 950 na 1450 kuna po djetetu.

Istim iznosom po djetetu sufinanciramo i "Bili cvitak" i vjerski vrtić "Blagovijest". Po nezasitnosti nekih Grad bi svaka dva mjeseca trebao povećavati iznos koji se izdvaja za ovu namjenu.

Kada donesemo odluku o povećanju participacije, koja će morati biti dobro obrazložena, to će vrijediti za sva tri vrtića, a ne samo za "Čarobni pianino" – kaže Bulj i najavljuje da će lokalna vlast u najskorije vrijeme donijeti odluku o osnivanju još jednog gradskog vrtića.

Virna Mudnić, vlasnica privatnog dječjeg vrtića "Čarobni pianino" iz Splita, koji je 2009. otvorio podružnicu u Sinju da bi osam godina kasnije otvorio i objekt na Hanu, pisanim putem izvijestila je lokalnu vlast da će 31. prosinca zatvoriti predškolski prostor u mjestu uz rijeku Cetinu koje administrativno pripada alkarskom gradu.

Sva djeca iz toga vrtića, njih 51, ako to prihvate njihovi roditelji, dobit će smještaj u "Čarobnom pianinu" u Sinju koji pohađa 100 mališana. Mudnić u pismu gradskoj upravi navodi da će krajem aktualne pedagoške godine zatvoriti i objekt u Sinju.

To će, kako je obrazložila, biti primorani napraviti ako im Grad ne poveća sufinanciranje i ne donese odluku o povećanom sudjelovanju roditelja u troškovima smještaja djece. Ukratko, o poskupljenju programa za odgoj mališana.

Tu privatnu pedagošku ustanovu u Sinj je dovela tadašnja vlast na čelu s Nezavisnom listom dr. Stipislava Jadrijevića neposredno nakon pobjede na lokalnim izborima 2009. godine. Njihovo geslo je bilo da sve treba dati u privatne ruke, pa tako i skrb o najmlađima, te su dajući prednost "Čarobnom pianinu" zakočili razvoj gradskog vrtića "Bili cvitak".

Takav potez bio je obrazložen navodima kako je javna predškolska institucija dosegnula maksimalno dopuštenih 600 polaznika. Stanje je trajalo punih 12 godina, za vrijeme dok je lista dr. Jadrijevića uživala povjerenje većine birača alkarskoga grada.

U tom razdoblju izgrađen je samo mali područni vrtić u Turjacima. U međuvremenu je udjel "Čarobnog pianina" samo rastao, a rastao je i iznos kojim su na račun svih poreznih i komunalnih obveznika sufinancirani troškovi skrbi o djeci.

Najavljujući zatvaranje vrtića, najprije na Hanu, a ako se stanje ne promijeni i u Sinju, vlasnica Mudnić ističe da je Grad preuzeo obvezu sufinanciranja rada njezinih podružnica, ali je od 2018. godine u više navrata upozoravan kako je iznos nedostatan za održavanje propisanog pedagoškog standarda pa je stoga "Čarobni pianino" doveden u financijske poteškoće.

Tomu su dodali da je s gradonačelnikom Mirom Buljem (Most) u više navrata usmeno dogovoreno kako će od 1. rujna ove godine iznos sufinanciranja po djetetu biti podignut na 1700 kuna što je, kako kažu, minimum za održavanje rada predškolske ustanove.

Prvi čovjek Sinja tvrdi da se ne uzbuđuje se previše najavom privatnog vrtića o zatvaranju objekta na Hanu.

- Ako iz "Čarobnog pianina" provedu svoju najavu o zatvaranju, što smatram ucjenom na koju nikako ne možemo pristati, vrtić na Hanu nastavit će radom u sklopu gradskog vrtića "Bili cvitak". Prošle godine Grad je povećao subvenciju "Čarobnom pianinu" s 950 na 1450 kuna po djetetu.

Istim iznosom po djetetu sufinanciramo i "Bili cvitak" i vjerski vrtić "Blagovijest". Po nezasitnosti nekih Grad bi svaka dva mjeseca trebao povećavati iznos koji se izdvaja za ovu namjenu.

Kada donesemo odluku o povećanju participacije, koja će morati biti dobro obrazložena, to će vrijediti za sva tri vrtića, a ne samo za "Čarobni pianino" – kaže Bulj i najavljuje da će lokalna vlast u najskorije vrijeme donijeti odluku o osnivanju još jednog gradskog vrtića.
