U prostorijama Županijske uprave za ceste (ŽUC) potpisan je ugovor, vrijedan 5,36 milijuna kuna, s tvrtkom "Patrlji" iz Podbablja Gornjeg kod Imotskog, o nastavku radova na prometnici Vrgorac – Stilja, u dužini od 2,2 kilometra.

U rujnu 2016. puštena je u promet prva modernizirana dionica te ceste do Prapatnica, duga 2,7 kilometara, čija je vrijednost bila oko devet milijuna kuna. U međuvremenu su ishođene sve dozvole i otkupljeno zemljište za nastavak radova do Stilja.

Radi se o prilično zahtjevnom terenu, jer će izgradnja ceste ići većim dijelom preko postojeće ceste koja prolazi uz same obiteljske kuće. Riječ je o jednoj od opasnijih prometnica, ne samo na području Vrgorske krajine, jer se na njoj dogodilo nekoliko teških nesreća.

Među ostalim, na toj se brdskoj cesti prije 16 godina prevrnuo školski autobus u kojem je jedna učenica smrtno stradala, a nekoliko osnovaca bilo je ozlijeđeno. Osim toga, cesta vodi do vrgorskih brdsko-planinskih sela koja su dosta prometno izolirana, ali i prema jugoistočnom dijelu Imotske krajine.

– Izgradnja nove dionice ceste potvrđuje našu tezu za ravnomjernim razvojem infrastrukture na području cijele županije. Investiranjem u prometnu infrastrukturu Vrgorske krajine stvaraju se preduvjeti za razvoj turizma i gospodarstva, kao i za demografsku revitalizaciju ovih graničnih područja – kazao je Petar Škorić, ravnatelj ŽUC-a.

U prostorijama Županijske uprave za ceste (ŽUC) potpisan je ugovor, vrijedan 5,36 milijuna kuna, s tvrtkom "Patrlji" iz Podbablja Gornjeg kod Imotskog, o nastavku radova na prometnici Vrgorac – Stilja, u dužini od 2,2 kilometra.

U rujnu 2016. puštena je u promet prva modernizirana dionica te ceste do Prapatnica, duga 2,7 kilometara, čija je vrijednost bila oko devet milijuna kuna. U međuvremenu su ishođene sve dozvole i otkupljeno zemljište za nastavak radova do Stilja.

Radi se o prilično zahtjevnom terenu, jer će izgradnja ceste ići većim dijelom preko postojeće ceste koja prolazi uz same obiteljske kuće. Riječ je o jednoj od opasnijih prometnica, ne samo na području Vrgorske krajine, jer se na njoj dogodilo nekoliko teških nesreća.

Među ostalim, na toj se brdskoj cesti prije 16 godina prevrnuo školski autobus u kojem je jedna učenica smrtno stradala, a nekoliko osnovaca bilo je ozlijeđeno. Osim toga, cesta vodi do vrgorskih brdsko-planinskih sela koja su dosta prometno izolirana, ali i prema jugoistočnom dijelu Imotske krajine.

– Izgradnja nove dionice ceste potvrđuje našu tezu za ravnomjernim razvojem infrastrukture na području cijele županije. Investiranjem u prometnu infrastrukturu Vrgorske krajine stvaraju se preduvjeti za razvoj turizma i gospodarstva, kao i za demografsku revitalizaciju ovih graničnih područja – kazao je Petar Škorić, ravnatelj ŽUC-a.

U prostorijama Županijske uprave za ceste (ŽUC) potpisan je ugovor, vrijedan 5,36 milijuna kuna, s tvrtkom "Patrlji" iz Podbablja Gornjeg kod Imotskog, o nastavku radova na prometnici Vrgorac – Stilja, u dužini od 2,2 kilometra.

U rujnu 2016. puštena je u promet prva modernizirana dionica te ceste do Prapatnica, duga 2,7 kilometara, čija je vrijednost bila oko devet milijuna kuna. U međuvremenu su ishođene sve dozvole i otkupljeno zemljište za nastavak radova do Stilja.

Radi se o prilično zahtjevnom terenu, jer će izgradnja ceste ići većim dijelom preko postojeće ceste koja prolazi uz same obiteljske kuće. Riječ je o jednoj od opasnijih prometnica, ne samo na području Vrgorske krajine, jer se na njoj dogodilo nekoliko teških nesreća.
