Uzeti motiku u ruke, zasukati rukave i pljunuti u šake, davno je zaboravljeni dio poljoprivredne tradicije posebno one vezane uz vinogradarstvo gdje bez te alatke, priznaju vinogradari, ne možeš “ni živit ni umrit”.

Ona im je kao jušna žlica. Othranila je puk iza Mosora i Biokova. S njom se živjelo i umiralo jer loza ‘oće svako jutro - dobro jutro, a svaku večer - laku noć.

Zna to i 26-godišnja Marta Biskupović iz Kreševa Brda u općini Šestanovac koja je u nasljeđe dobila nešto više od 7500 trsova, većinom sivog pinota, nešto merlota i crnog pinota, ali ne misli na tome stati. Motike se, kako kaže, ne boji.

Dizajnerica interijera

Zbog nje je ostavila splitske kale i nakon završenog srednjoškolskog obrazovanja za zvanje dizajnerice interijera, vratila se iskonu, u vinorodno Kreševo gdje na očevim i majčinim trudima sada dizajnira nešto drugo, danas etiketirano vrhunsko vino koje se može kušati u svim znamenitijim ugostiteljskim objektima diljem Dalmacije, pa i u Bosni i Hercegovini.

- Sve je počelo negdje koncem devedesetih godina prošlog stoljeća kada je otac iz ljubavi prema ovom sivom kamenjaru udario temelje prvog vinograda.

Par godina kasnije počeo se intenzivno baviti tim poslom. Za vinograd je trebalo kupiti zemljište i malo po malo sve ovo što okom vidite on je kupio i oplemenio.

Danas je narušenog zdravlja, pa nije u mogućnosti nastaviti s radom, ali zato sam se ja odlučila vratiti u rodni kraj. Ostavila sam Split i došla na naš krš, ali danas ne bježim i od onih najteških fizičkih poslova. Uglavnom, veliki dio obavi mama, ali ni ja ne sjedim u hladovini.

Vinogradarstvo je vrlo zahtjevno. Dug je to put od pupa do grozda, od mladice do kapljice. Potrebno je gotovo pa devet, deset mjeseci provesti u vinogradu. Od rezidbe, izbiranja i prskanja do berbe. I svaki taj dan provedeš strepeći jer nikad ne znaš hoće li udariti suša, krupa ili povodanj, a u zadnje vrijeme strepite i od životinja.

Sve je više divljih svinja i ptica koje u sušnom razdoblju ne biraju je li to naš vinograd ili susjedov. To je tvornica pod otvorenim nebom - nije da ne zna svoj posao mlada kreševska vinogradarka, tvrdeći da ne želi ostati na aktualnoj razini.

U planu joj je proširenje nasada za dodatne 2000 “panjeva”. Volje ima, a i kapaciteta. Potrebna joj je, kako ističe, konzultantska i financijska podrška. To je našla u Općini Šestanovac gdje joj podršku pružaju u poduzetničkom inkubatoru preko kojeg je “povukla” pedesetak tisuća eura za uređenje vinarije, a za dodatnih petnaestak prijavit će se u svrhu agroturističkih poboljšica odnosno uređenja soba za iznajmljivanje.

Nedostaje ruku za jematvu

Na površini nešto većoj od hektara, osim vinograda, Biskupovići su podigli obiteljsku kuću, dvoranu za degustaciju, te vinariju i podrum.

- Počela sam raditi od svoje petnaeste godine i vjerujem da ću se i dalje nastaviti baviti time. Posla je uistinu mnogo. Teško je doći do radne snage. U samom jeku berbe potrebno nam je minimalno pedesetak ljudi zato što je sivi pinot rana sorta, pa je važno grožđe obrati u jedan dan. Naše vrhunsko vino ima svoj slijed. Sve prati budno oko naših enologa i ne smije biti pogreške.

Trenutno proizvedemo i prodamo trideset hektolitara vrhunskog vina, što je za sada sasvim dovoljno, jer se više baziramo na kvalitetu nego kvantitetu - dodaje Marta Biskupović, djevojka s motikom zbog koje se, mislimo na alatku, malo koji momak približava Biskupovića dvorima, jer, kroz smijeh će Marta, kada im spomeneš što i čime radiš, pobjegnu kao vrag od tamjana. •

Uzeti motiku u ruke, zasukati rukave i pljunuti u šake, davno je zaboravljeni dio poljoprivredne tradicije posebno one vezane uz vinogradarstvo gdje bez te alatke, priznaju vinogradari, ne možeš “ni živit ni umrit”.

Ona im je kao jušna žlica. Othranila je puk iza Mosora i Biokova. S njom se živjelo i umiralo jer loza ‘oće svako jutro - dobro jutro, a svaku večer - laku noć.

Zna to i 26-godišnja Marta Biskupović iz Kreševa Brda u općini Šestanovac koja je u nasljeđe dobila nešto više od 7500 trsova, većinom sivog pinota, nešto merlota i crnog pinota, ali ne misli na tome stati. Motike se, kako kaže, ne boji.

Dizajnerica interijera

Zbog nje je ostavila splitske kale i nakon završenog srednjoškolskog obrazovanja za zvanje dizajnerice interijera, vratila se iskonu, u vinorodno Kreševo gdje na očevim i majčinim trudima sada dizajnira nešto drugo, danas etiketirano vrhunsko vino koje se može kušati u svim znamenitijim ugostiteljskim objektima diljem Dalmacije, pa i u Bosni i Hercegovini.

- Sve je počelo negdje koncem devedesetih godina prošlog stoljeća kada je otac iz ljubavi prema ovom sivom kamenjaru udario temelje prvog vinograda.

Par godina kasnije počeo se intenzivno baviti tim poslom. Za vinograd je trebalo kupiti zemljište i malo po malo sve ovo što okom vidite on je kupio i oplemenio.

Danas je narušenog zdravlja, pa nije u mogućnosti nastaviti s radom, ali zato sam se ja odlučila vratiti u rodni kraj. Ostavila sam Split i došla na naš krš, ali danas ne bježim i od onih najteških fizičkih poslova. Uglavnom, veliki dio obavi mama, ali ni ja ne sjedim u hladovini.

Vinogradarstvo je vrlo zahtjevno. Dug je to put od pupa do grozda, od mladice do kapljice. Potrebno je gotovo pa devet, deset mjeseci provesti u vinogradu. Od rezidbe, izbiranja i prskanja do berbe. I svaki taj dan provedeš strepeći jer nikad ne znaš hoće li udariti suša, krupa ili povodanj, a u zadnje vrijeme strepite i od životinja.

Sve je više divljih svinja i ptica koje u sušnom razdoblju ne biraju je li to naš vinograd ili susjedov. To je tvornica pod otvorenim nebom - nije da ne zna svoj posao mlada kreševska vinogradarka, tvrdeći da ne želi ostati na aktualnoj razini.

U planu joj je proširenje nasada za dodatne 2000 “panjeva”. Volje ima, a i kapaciteta. Potrebna joj je, kako ističe, konzultantska i financijska podrška. To je našla u Općini Šestanovac gdje joj podršku pružaju u poduzetničkom inkubatoru preko kojeg je “povukla” pedesetak tisuća eura za uređenje vinarije, a za dodatnih petnaestak prijavit će se u svrhu agroturističkih poboljšica odnosno uređenja soba za iznajmljivanje.

Nedostaje ruku za jematvu

Na površini nešto većoj od hektara, osim vinograda, Biskupovići su podigli obiteljsku kuću, dvoranu za degustaciju, te vinariju i podrum.

- Počela sam raditi od svoje petnaeste godine i vjerujem da ću se i dalje nastaviti baviti time. Posla je uistinu mnogo. Teško je doći do radne snage. U samom jeku berbe potrebno nam je minimalno pedesetak ljudi zato što je sivi pinot rana sorta, pa je važno grožđe obrati u jedan dan. Naše vrhunsko vino ima svoj slijed. Sve prati budno oko naših enologa i ne smije biti pogreške.

Trenutno proizvedemo i prodamo trideset hektolitara vrhunskog vina, što je za sada sasvim dovoljno, jer se više baziramo na kvalitetu nego kvantitetu - dodaje Marta Biskupović, djevojka s motikom zbog koje se, mislimo na alatku, malo koji momak približava Biskupovića dvorima, jer, kroz smijeh će Marta, kada im spomeneš što i čime radiš, pobjegnu kao vrag od tamjana. •
