Nakon što je u petak u nesreći na državnoj cesti Benkovac – Biljane Donje, kod skretanja za Nadin, život izgubila jedna osoba, a ozlijeđeno je njih čak 10, mještani Nadina podsjećaju na to da već godinama upozoravaju na loše prometno rješenje na spomenutoj dionici, kao i na činjenicu da od nadležnih ne dobivaju nikakav odgovor na zahtjev za rekonstrukcijom prometnice.
– Godinama tražimo da se na raskrižju prema Nadinu doda treći trak za skretanje. Upravo je ta dionica državne ceste, kojom se redovito vozi brže od propisanog, prometni i sigurnosni problem za naše sumještane, ali i za sve ostale koji tuda voze. Kao dokaz koji potkrepljuje ove tvrdnje, u prilogu vam dostavljamo zapisnik sa sjednice Vijeća Mjesnog odbora koja je održana u listopadu 2021. godine – tvrde Nadinjani u dopisu upućenom našoj redakciji.

Kao jedan od zahtjeva koje su uputili Gradu Benkovcu, kojem administrativno pripadaju, stanovnici tog dijela Ravnih kotara navode da im treba proširenje županijske ceste, odnosno novi ulaz u selo. Projekt je izrađen prije više od 10 godina.
– Svoj smo zahtjev ponovili 11. studenoga u dopisu Gradu kojim tražimo rekonstrukciju seoske ceste, koja je devastirana izgradnjom vodovodne mreže koja je financirana europskim novcem. Podsjećamo kako je aktualna benkovačka vlast u Intervencijskom planu, na temelju kojeg su dobivena sredstva EU-a, navela kako će se rekonstruirati cesta do nadinske Gradine.
Taj je dio izbačen iz provedbe plana. Umjesto toga, gradonačelnik Tomislav Bulić odlučio je graditi cestu u svome selu Korlatu, koja nije uopće bila predviđena planom – naglašavaju Nadinjani.
Za komentar smo pitali prozvanoga gradonačelnika Bulića (HDZ):
– Bilo je upita prije možda tri-četiri godine da bi trebalo napraviti skretače na toj prometnici. Sad ne mogu pouzdano odgovoriti u tom smislu, jer mi se čini da smo čak pisali "Hrvatskim cestama" (HC), budući da se radi o državnoj cesti, da se to riješi ako postoji mogućnost.
Nismo to mogli pratiti jer ta cesta nije u nadležnosti Grada niti mene kao gradonačelnika. Mogu biti odgovoran, ali za ono što je u mojoj nadležnosti. Na cestama se, nažalost, gine svugdje, kao i na autocestama, o tome je uopće bespredmetno govoriti.
Prvi čovjek Benkovca osvrnuo se i na prigovore da gradi cestu prema svojem selu bez predviđenih planova.

– Ovo aludiranje na cestu u Korlatu, to je prvorazredna bezobraština koju ne znam bih li uopće komentirao. Mi provodimo intervencijski plan, to je zadnji od projekata u drugoj fazi nerazvrstanih cesta, kroz sam Benkovac prethodno je bilo obuhvaćeno pet cesta, uključujući i mjesto Miranje, a druga faza bile su nerazvrstane ceste u Korlatu prema projektima i u skladu sa zakonima i odlukama predstavničkog tijela. Tako da dovođenje u korelaciju Korlata i te priče nema apsolutno nikakve veze. Tko je to pisao, nije dobronamjerno, sigurno – rekao je Bulić.
Na pitanje namjerava li ipak kontaktirati HC zbog prometnice kod Nadina, ističe kako je Grad davno kontaktirao spomenutu državnu tvrtku, a i mještani Nadina mogli su to učiniti.
– To nitko nikome ne brani, to je najmanji problem. Mislim da su čak bili sporni imovinskopravni odnosi za otkup privatnih zemljišta za izgradnju traka za skretanje, za što se mora osigurati novac i provesti određena procedura. Radi se, ponavljam, o državnoj cesti nad kojom gradonačelnik Benkovca nema ingerenciju. Žao mi je svakog ljudskog života, ali za to ne osjećam niti malo odgovornosti, osim što mi je žao čovjeka – zaključio je Bulić.

Nakon što je u petak u nesreći na državnoj cesti Benkovac – Biljane Donje, kod skretanja za Nadin, život izgubila jedna osoba, a ozlijeđeno je njih čak 10, mještani Nadina podsjećaju na to da već godinama upozoravaju na loše prometno rješenje na spomenutoj dionici, kao i na činjenicu da od nadležnih ne dobivaju nikakav odgovor na zahtjev za rekonstrukcijom prometnice.
– Godinama tražimo da se na raskrižju prema Nadinu doda treći trak za skretanje. Upravo je ta dionica državne ceste, kojom se redovito vozi brže od propisanog, prometni i sigurnosni problem za naše sumještane, ali i za sve ostale koji tuda voze. Kao dokaz koji potkrepljuje ove tvrdnje, u prilogu vam dostavljamo zapisnik sa sjednice Vijeća Mjesnog odbora koja je održana u listopadu 2021. godine – tvrde Nadinjani u dopisu upućenom našoj redakciji.

Kao jedan od zahtjeva koje su uputili Gradu Benkovcu, kojem administrativno pripadaju, stanovnici tog dijela Ravnih kotara navode da im treba proširenje županijske ceste, odnosno novi ulaz u selo. Projekt je izrađen prije više od 10 godina.
– Svoj smo zahtjev ponovili 11. studenoga u dopisu Gradu kojim tražimo rekonstrukciju seoske ceste, koja je devastirana izgradnjom vodovodne mreže koja je financirana europskim novcem. Podsjećamo kako je aktualna benkovačka vlast u Intervencijskom planu, na temelju kojeg su dobivena sredstva EU-a, navela kako će se rekonstruirati cesta do nadinske Gradine.
Taj je dio izbačen iz provedbe plana. Umjesto toga, gradonačelnik Tomislav Bulić odlučio je graditi cestu u svome selu Korlatu, koja nije uopće bila predviđena planom – naglašavaju Nadinjani.
Za komentar smo pitali prozvanoga gradonačelnika Bulića (HDZ):
– Bilo je upita prije možda tri-četiri godine da bi trebalo napraviti skretače na toj prometnici. Sad ne mogu pouzdano odgovoriti u tom smislu, jer mi se čini da smo čak pisali "Hrvatskim cestama" (HC), budući da se radi o državnoj cesti, da se to riješi ako postoji mogućnost.
Nismo to mogli pratiti jer ta cesta nije u nadležnosti Grada niti mene kao gradonačelnika. Mogu biti odgovoran, ali za ono što je u mojoj nadležnosti. Na cestama se, nažalost, gine svugdje, kao i na autocestama, o tome je uopće bespredmetno govoriti.
Prvi čovjek Benkovca osvrnuo se i na prigovore da gradi cestu prema svojem selu bez predviđenih planova.

– Ovo aludiranje na cestu u Korlatu, to je prvorazredna bezobraština koju ne znam bih li uopće komentirao. Mi provodimo intervencijski plan, to je zadnji od projekata u drugoj fazi nerazvrstanih cesta, kroz sam Benkovac prethodno je bilo obuhvaćeno pet cesta, uključujući i mjesto Miranje, a druga faza bile su nerazvrstane ceste u Korlatu prema projektima i u skladu sa zakonima i odlukama predstavničkog tijela. Tako da dovođenje u korelaciju Korlata i te priče nema apsolutno nikakve veze. Tko je to pisao, nije dobronamjerno, sigurno – rekao je Bulić.
Na pitanje namjerava li ipak kontaktirati HC zbog prometnice kod Nadina, ističe kako je Grad davno kontaktirao spomenutu državnu tvrtku, a i mještani Nadina mogli su to učiniti.
– To nitko nikome ne brani, to je najmanji problem. Mislim da su čak bili sporni imovinskopravni odnosi za otkup privatnih zemljišta za izgradnju traka za skretanje, za što se mora osigurati novac i provesti određena procedura. Radi se, ponavljam, o državnoj cesti nad kojom gradonačelnik Benkovca nema ingerenciju. Žao mi je svakog ljudskog života, ali za to ne osjećam niti malo odgovornosti, osim što mi je žao čovjeka – zaključio je Bulić.
