Svečanim polaganjem kamena temeljca u solinskom predjelu Sveti Kajo i službeno je započela izgradnja zgrade iz programa poticane stanogradnje (POS) za 17 obitelji.

Za planiranih 14 mjeseci prvi stanari bi mogli ući u svoje prostore i pripadajuća parkirališna mjesta, skladišne prostore, te jedan poslovni prostor, sve na 1500 četvornih metara. Ukupna vrijednost važnog projekta je oko 14,8 milijuna kuna, a početak radova koju će provesti "Dom commerce" iz Podstrane itekako raduje budući da su dosad bila počištena čak tri natječaja za izbor izvođača.

Kamen temeljac položili su Dalibor Ninčević, solinski gradonačelnik, u pratnji Dragana Hristova, direktora APN-a, te Ante Šošića, dožupana splitsko-dalmatinskog, i Ivana Andabaka, predsjednika Gradskog vijeća.

- U ovaj projekt smo se uključili još 2016. godine, no trebalo je proći poprilično muke i vremena da bismo započeli s gradnjom.

Osim što je Grad osigurao ovo atraktivno zemljište u centru Svetog Kaja, izradio dokumentaciju, dobio dozvole i na sebe preuzeo potpuno komunalno opremiti lokaciju, kako bi se mogao potpisati ugovor s izabranim izvođačem, morali smo i dodatno intervenirati, odnosno osigurati milijun i 600 tisuća kuna u svom proračunu kako bi projekt mogao ići dalje – istaknuo je poteštat Ninčević, zadovoljan što Solin na ovaj način rješava stambeno pitanje za mlade obitelji.

Inače, prijave za listu prvenstva tko će postati vlasnik prostora, po cijeni kvadrata od 1350 eura, počet će uskoro. Naime, 2017. godine formirana je lista koja je vrijedila četiri godine, te je dodatno produžena za godinu dana, no sada se više ne može koristiti, pa treba napraviti novu, uz najavljenu izmjenu i samog pravilnika.

Novom gradnjom zadovoljan je i čelnik državne agencije Hristov, budući da su u suradnji s ostale četiri agencije koje rade po sistemu poticajne stanogradnje, izgradili više od 8500 stanova, ukupne vrijednosti 4,3 milijarde kuna, od čega više od milijardu kuna državnih poticaja.

- U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji do sada smo izgradili 1188 stanova u sedam jedinica lokalne samouprave, od čega će Solin, uz ovih 17 stanova, biti treći po redu. Ispred APN-a mogu samo iskazati zadovoljstvo time, jer to je konkretna demografska mjera – naglasio je prvi čovjek APN-a, očekujući i pomoć resornog ministarstva zbog poskupljenja u građevinskom sektoru:

- Nadamo se kako će Ministarstvo graditeljstva pripremiti neke norme, tako da u budućnosti lakše dođemo do dobavljača, jer ne možemo utjecati na sve resurse, što se tiče građevinskih materijala i situacije u građevinskom sektoru.

Ali, uz velik napor APN-a i lokalnih zajednica, ipak se radi dosta - rezimirao je Hristov.

Sad se samo treba nadati kako će se gradnja i okončati u zadanom roku, te kako neće biti dodatnih komplikacija s listom potencijalnih vlasnika i izborom kojih će to 17 obitelji dobiti svoj stan u Svetom Kaji.

Svečanim polaganjem kamena temeljca u solinskom predjelu Sveti Kajo i službeno je započela izgradnja zgrade iz programa poticane stanogradnje (POS) za 17 obitelji.

Za planiranih 14 mjeseci prvi stanari bi mogli ući u svoje prostore i pripadajuća parkirališna mjesta, skladišne prostore, te jedan poslovni prostor, sve na 1500 četvornih metara. Ukupna vrijednost važnog projekta je oko 14,8 milijuna kuna, a početak radova koju će provesti "Dom commerce" iz Podstrane itekako raduje budući da su dosad bila počištena čak tri natječaja za izbor izvođača.

Kamen temeljac položili su Dalibor Ninčević, solinski gradonačelnik, u pratnji Dragana Hristova, direktora APN-a, te Ante Šošića, dožupana splitsko-dalmatinskog, i Ivana Andabaka, predsjednika Gradskog vijeća.

- U ovaj projekt smo se uključili još 2016. godine, no trebalo je proći poprilično muke i vremena da bismo započeli s gradnjom.

Osim što je Grad osigurao ovo atraktivno zemljište u centru Svetog Kaja, izradio dokumentaciju, dobio dozvole i na sebe preuzeo potpuno komunalno opremiti lokaciju, kako bi se mogao potpisati ugovor s izabranim izvođačem, morali smo i dodatno intervenirati, odnosno osigurati milijun i 600 tisuća kuna u svom proračunu kako bi projekt mogao ići dalje – istaknuo je poteštat Ninčević, zadovoljan što Solin na ovaj način rješava stambeno pitanje za mlade obitelji.

Inače, prijave za listu prvenstva tko će postati vlasnik prostora, po cijeni kvadrata od 1350 eura, počet će uskoro. Naime, 2017. godine formirana je lista koja je vrijedila četiri godine, te je dodatno produžena za godinu dana, no sada se više ne može koristiti, pa treba napraviti novu, uz najavljenu izmjenu i samog pravilnika.

Novom gradnjom zadovoljan je i čelnik državne agencije Hristov, budući da su u suradnji s ostale četiri agencije koje rade po sistemu poticajne stanogradnje, izgradili više od 8500 stanova, ukupne vrijednosti 4,3 milijarde kuna, od čega više od milijardu kuna državnih poticaja.

- U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji do sada smo izgradili 1188 stanova u sedam jedinica lokalne samouprave, od čega će Solin, uz ovih 17 stanova, biti treći po redu. Ispred APN-a mogu samo iskazati zadovoljstvo time, jer to je konkretna demografska mjera – naglasio je prvi čovjek APN-a, očekujući i pomoć resornog ministarstva zbog poskupljenja u građevinskom sektoru:

- Nadamo se kako će Ministarstvo graditeljstva pripremiti neke norme, tako da u budućnosti lakše dođemo do dobavljača, jer ne možemo utjecati na sve resurse, što se tiče građevinskih materijala i situacije u građevinskom sektoru.

Ali, uz velik napor APN-a i lokalnih zajednica, ipak se radi dosta - rezimirao je Hristov.

Sad se samo treba nadati kako će se gradnja i okončati u zadanom roku, te kako neće biti dodatnih komplikacija s listom potencijalnih vlasnika i izborom kojih će to 17 obitelji dobiti svoj stan u Svetom Kaji.
