Dok početak kolovoza obara sve turističke rekorde na hrvatskoj obali, posebno na Makarskoj rivijeri, po tisuću gostiju svaki dan pohodi područje Parka prirode Biokovo i predio Stupica kako bi “opalili” selfie s prekrasnim pogledom na dalmatinsku pučinu i srednjodalmatinske otoke.
Dotad, možemo reći otvoreno, divljaci bacaju šutu, građevinski otpad, odmah uz cestu Gornje Igrane – Kozica, uz rub zaštićene zone, prema Saranču, drugom ulazu u Park prirode, onom s vrgorske strane. Prizor koji nas nije ostavio ravnodušnim šokirao je i slovenske turiste iz Maribora koji su parkirali automobil nedaleko od ilegalnog odlagališta, gledajući kako će se popeti na planinu s tog mjesta.
Dok smo fotografirali tu nakupinu smeća, koja je bezobrazlukom pojedinaca nastala odmah uz cestu, gosti iz susjedstva samo su vrtjeli glavom. Mjesecima već upozoravamo na ovu rak-ranu u srcu mitske planine koja je trajno izmijenila prirodnu strukturu biokovskog dijela općine Podgora.

Deponiranje građevinskog otpada posebno je aktualno svake godine u razdoblju od veljače do lipnja, kad se obavljaju radovi na adaptaciji stanova, apartmana ili iskopi za nove zgrade i objekte na Makarskoj rivijeri.
Tada dnevno deseci kamiona voze teret prema području od Gornjih Igrana do Brikve, gdje su narasla brda građevinskog otpada.
No kad počne turistička sezona, tako organizirane ilegalne dopreme šute nema jer je na snazi zabrana građevinskih radova u primorju, koja uglavnom stupa na snagu 15. lipnja. Međutim, tada na scenu stupaju neki drugi “likovi” koji, kad renoviraju apartman, stan ili kuću, ukrcaju to u automobil ili unajme nekoga da im to odveze, a mjesto deponiranja je uglavnom uz cestu ili neki šumarak.
Jedno vrijeme to je sve otišlo toliko daleko da su taj građevinski otpad vozili čak do Dugih Njiva i Kljenka, sela na području Vrgorca, no nakon nekoliko objava na društvenim mrežama prestali su s tim, ali sad su odabrali drugu lokaciju – staru cestu preko Biokova do Kozice, gdje rijetki prolaze i gdje nitko ne živi.

Borba s vjetrenjačama
– Jednostavno, nemoćna sam. Doslovno se borim s vjetrenjačama, vjerujete li da sam se jedno vrijeme skrivala u svojem automobilu i zapisivala registracijske oznake kamiona koji to voze – kaže Petra Radić, načelnica općine Podgora, te dodaje:
– Obavijestili smo sve državne institucije, ali nitko ne reagira u vezi s tim. Trebali smo postaviti kamere, međutim, to će kasniti najmanje pola godine zbog određene procedure.
Tražili smo od Policijske postaje Makarska da postave mjerače težine za kamione, ne znam što je bilo s tim, nitko nas nije dalje obavijestio o epilogu našeg zahtjeva.
Prije početka turističke sezone redovito sam slala komunalne redare u taj dio općine, ali to je uigrana ekipa, kad bi vidjeli komunalce, sve bi stalo. Redari su zbog sezone angažirani uglavnom uz obalu. Borim se svim sredstvima, ali nemoćna sam bez pomoći države.

Načelnica ističe kako u Gornjoj Podgori postoji privremeno reciklažno dvorište.
– Tu se može odložiti građevinski otpad, kauči ili stare sanitarije po simboličnoj cijeni, ali to ne daje rezultata. Velika većina to baca u šumarke ili uz cestu.
Mislim da su to ljudi koji ovdje žive dva-tri mjeseca, po mojoj procjeni, oni to odlažu gdje stignu, a što se tiče kamiona, to je potpuno druga priča – zaključila je prva žena Podgore.

Dok početak kolovoza obara sve turističke rekorde na hrvatskoj obali, posebno na Makarskoj rivijeri, po tisuću gostiju svaki dan pohodi područje Parka prirode Biokovo i predio Stupica kako bi “opalili” selfie s prekrasnim pogledom na dalmatinsku pučinu i srednjodalmatinske otoke.
Dotad, možemo reći otvoreno, divljaci bacaju šutu, građevinski otpad, odmah uz cestu Gornje Igrane – Kozica, uz rub zaštićene zone, prema Saranču, drugom ulazu u Park prirode, onom s vrgorske strane. Prizor koji nas nije ostavio ravnodušnim šokirao je i slovenske turiste iz Maribora koji su parkirali automobil nedaleko od ilegalnog odlagališta, gledajući kako će se popeti na planinu s tog mjesta.
Dok smo fotografirali tu nakupinu smeća, koja je bezobrazlukom pojedinaca nastala odmah uz cestu, gosti iz susjedstva samo su vrtjeli glavom. Mjesecima već upozoravamo na ovu rak-ranu u srcu mitske planine koja je trajno izmijenila prirodnu strukturu biokovskog dijela općine Podgora.

Deponiranje građevinskog otpada posebno je aktualno svake godine u razdoblju od veljače do lipnja, kad se obavljaju radovi na adaptaciji stanova, apartmana ili iskopi za nove zgrade i objekte na Makarskoj rivijeri.
Tada dnevno deseci kamiona voze teret prema području od Gornjih Igrana do Brikve, gdje su narasla brda građevinskog otpada.
No kad počne turistička sezona, tako organizirane ilegalne dopreme šute nema jer je na snazi zabrana građevinskih radova u primorju, koja uglavnom stupa na snagu 15. lipnja. Međutim, tada na scenu stupaju neki drugi “likovi” koji, kad renoviraju apartman, stan ili kuću, ukrcaju to u automobil ili unajme nekoga da im to odveze, a mjesto deponiranja je uglavnom uz cestu ili neki šumarak.
Jedno vrijeme to je sve otišlo toliko daleko da su taj građevinski otpad vozili čak do Dugih Njiva i Kljenka, sela na području Vrgorca, no nakon nekoliko objava na društvenim mrežama prestali su s tim, ali sad su odabrali drugu lokaciju – staru cestu preko Biokova do Kozice, gdje rijetki prolaze i gdje nitko ne živi.

Borba s vjetrenjačama
– Jednostavno, nemoćna sam. Doslovno se borim s vjetrenjačama, vjerujete li da sam se jedno vrijeme skrivala u svojem automobilu i zapisivala registracijske oznake kamiona koji to voze – kaže Petra Radić, načelnica općine Podgora, te dodaje:
– Obavijestili smo sve državne institucije, ali nitko ne reagira u vezi s tim. Trebali smo postaviti kamere, međutim, to će kasniti najmanje pola godine zbog određene procedure.
Tražili smo od Policijske postaje Makarska da postave mjerače težine za kamione, ne znam što je bilo s tim, nitko nas nije dalje obavijestio o epilogu našeg zahtjeva.
Prije početka turističke sezone redovito sam slala komunalne redare u taj dio općine, ali to je uigrana ekipa, kad bi vidjeli komunalce, sve bi stalo. Redari su zbog sezone angažirani uglavnom uz obalu. Borim se svim sredstvima, ali nemoćna sam bez pomoći države.

Načelnica ističe kako u Gornjoj Podgori postoji privremeno reciklažno dvorište.
– Tu se može odložiti građevinski otpad, kauči ili stare sanitarije po simboličnoj cijeni, ali to ne daje rezultata. Velika većina to baca u šumarke ili uz cestu.
Mislim da su to ljudi koji ovdje žive dva-tri mjeseca, po mojoj procjeni, oni to odlažu gdje stignu, a što se tiče kamiona, to je potpuno druga priča – zaključila je prva žena Podgore.
