U Obrovcu se obnavlja nekadašnji hotel "Kanjon Zrmanje", smješten u samom centru grada.
Javnost nije u cijelosti bila upoznata što se sve posljednjih godina događalo s tom oronulom nekretninom, no najnovije informacije o objektu su da će njegova namjena ponovno biti hotel, a kupci i ulagači su - stranci. Zgradu s pripadajućim pomoćnim objektima i zemljištem kupili su Mađari Attila i Péter Angyal, koji inače žive u Slovačkoj.
Kupoprodaja je obavljena 11. srpnja i ovjerena u Zagrebu. Niti mjesec dana prije toga, 15. lipnja, oni su u Biogradu osnovali firmu "Kanjon Zrmanje", koja je oronuli obrovački hotel kupila od firme "Puna linija" iz Zagreba.
Prethodno je, pak, ova obrovačka nekretnina bila u vlasništvu tvrtke "Zrmanja Velebit" koja je otišla u stečaj, a hotel je 2020. godine na javnoj dražbi održanoj u sklopu postupka koji je vodio Trgovački sud u Zadru prodan za pola milijuna kuna. Kupac je tada ostao "tajnovit", a nekretnina je već bila proglašena "ukletom" zbog tri propale javne dražbe, a prodana je tek na četvrtoj, elektronskoj.
Prokurist biogradske tvrtke "Kanjon Zrmanje" je Damir Pešić iz Biograda, dok su dvojica slovačkih Mađara na dužnostima članova Uprave.
Parcela koju su kupili ima ukupno 913 četvornih metara, od čega sam hotel ima 630 kvadrata.
Ovo je prvi objekt u Obrovcu u kojem će se moći prenoćiti, nakon niza godina potpunog turističkog mrtvila ovog kraja prebogatog prirodnim ljepotama. U tom cilju primjetne su i prve aktivnosti oko hotela koji je u doba uoči Domovinskog rata bio perjanica turizma u tom dijelu Dalmacije, obgrljenom kanjonom rijeke Zrmanje i mitskim Velebitom.

U Obrovcu se obnavlja nekadašnji hotel "Kanjon Zrmanje", smješten u samom centru grada.
Javnost nije u cijelosti bila upoznata što se sve posljednjih godina događalo s tom oronulom nekretninom, no najnovije informacije o objektu su da će njegova namjena ponovno biti hotel, a kupci i ulagači su - stranci. Zgradu s pripadajućim pomoćnim objektima i zemljištem kupili su Mađari Attila i Péter Angyal, koji inače žive u Slovačkoj.
Kupoprodaja je obavljena 11. srpnja i ovjerena u Zagrebu. Niti mjesec dana prije toga, 15. lipnja, oni su u Biogradu osnovali firmu "Kanjon Zrmanje", koja je oronuli obrovački hotel kupila od firme "Puna linija" iz Zagreba.
Prethodno je, pak, ova obrovačka nekretnina bila u vlasništvu tvrtke "Zrmanja Velebit" koja je otišla u stečaj, a hotel je 2020. godine na javnoj dražbi održanoj u sklopu postupka koji je vodio Trgovački sud u Zadru prodan za pola milijuna kuna. Kupac je tada ostao "tajnovit", a nekretnina je već bila proglašena "ukletom" zbog tri propale javne dražbe, a prodana je tek na četvrtoj, elektronskoj.
Prokurist biogradske tvrtke "Kanjon Zrmanje" je Damir Pešić iz Biograda, dok su dvojica slovačkih Mađara na dužnostima članova Uprave.
Parcela koju su kupili ima ukupno 913 četvornih metara, od čega sam hotel ima 630 kvadrata.
Ovo je prvi objekt u Obrovcu u kojem će se moći prenoćiti, nakon niza godina potpunog turističkog mrtvila ovog kraja prebogatog prirodnim ljepotama. U tom cilju primjetne su i prve aktivnosti oko hotela koji je u doba uoči Domovinskog rata bio perjanica turizma u tom dijelu Dalmacije, obgrljenom kanjonom rijeke Zrmanje i mitskim Velebitom.
