Je li bolje brati Kerumove masline ili neretvanske mandarine i grožđe. Na čemu će se bolje zaraditi?-pitanje je to koje ovih dana postavljaju brojni radnici iz Dalmacije i Hercegovine.
Nekadašnji splitski gradonačelnik Željko Kerum na društvenim mrežama oglasio je da traži berače maslina. Ponudio je četiri kune za ubrani kilogram plodova uz napomenu da jedan berač može ubrati dnevno 100 kilograma, dakle zaraditi 400 kuna, te uz to ima i osiguranu marendu.

U startu se čini da je bolja zarada kod Keruma, ali bolji poznavatelji prilika u poljoprivredi i iskusni berači reći će da berba mandarina i maslina nije usporediva. Dok se kilogram mandarina ubere vrlo lako, sa nekoliko vještih pokreta rukom i škaricama, za ubrati kilogram maslina potrebno je deseterostruko više vremena.
Jedna maslina može dati dvadesetak kilograma ploda pa se lako da izračunati da berač koji zadovoljava Kreumove maslinarske zahtjeve za 400 kuna obrati pet maslina (100 kilograma).
S druge strane dnevnica u berbi mandarina je 300 kuna uz plaćene putne troškove i marendu. Za taj iznos radnik treba ubrati tridesetak gajbi (oko 600 kilograma), no gazde na plantažama se ne ljute ako i količina bude nešto manja jer jednostavno nema zainteresiranih radnika za berbu.
Društvene mreže i lokalni zavodi za zapošljavanje su zatrpani oglasima kojima se traže radnici za poslove oko mandarina. Traže se iskusni berači no vlasnici plantaža prihvaćaju i one malo sporije i one koji su prvi put u mandarinama.

Da bi se obrale neretvanske mandarine (ovogodišnji urod se procjenjuje na oko 35 tisuća tona) dnevno je na plantažama potrebno oko tisuću radnika, koji malim škaricama i vještim pokretima ruke beru žute plodove.
Osim radnika u polju na poslovima u otkupnim centrima zaposleno je oko 500 radnika, koji mandarine kalibriraju, sortiraju i pakiraju za tržište.
Sezonski radnici osim na plantažama mandarina nedaleko od Ušća Neretve traže se i za berbu grožđa u vinogradima u jezersko-vrgorskom polju.
Za 270 kuna koliko im je dnevnica beru plavinu, merlot, cabernet, ine blan. Plaća im se i prijevoz od kuće do plantaže ali radnici nemaju topli obrok pa suhu marendu nose sa sobom.

U Pojezerju dolaze radnici iz Hercegovine, većina ih je iz Bobanova sela između Čapljine i Stoca kamo su nakon rata doselili iz Kaknja i Kraljeve Sutjeske. Svi sa kojima smo razgovarali kažu da su zadovoljni uvjetima rada.
Prijavljeni su na mirovinsko i zdravstveno osiguranje, gazda je za njih platio porez državi. Zapravo sve se to riješi kupovinom markice u Fini koja se nalijepi u predviđeni obrazac za svaki radni dan sezonskog radnika, koji se ne treba bojati inspekcije rada jer je tako sve legalno.
Najstariji radnik u vinogradu ima 75 godina, a najmlađi 19 godina. Svi su iz Bobanova sela. Miroslav Filipović, pa otac i sin Zdravko i Ivan Botić.
Kažu nam da stalno rade sezonske poslove u poljoprivredi. Devetnaestogodišnji Ivan je završio srednju prometnu školu u Mostaru, posla u struci nema pa se snalazi na ovakav način.

Svake godine u sezoni berbe mandarina i grožđa iznova se ponavlja problem nedostatka radne snage. Radnika je sve manje jer ljudi odlaze u zemlje zapadne Europe. Takav trend je u Dalmaciji te još i više u susjednoj Hercegovini otkuda dolazi glavnina radne snage u poljoprivredi.
Osim toga dio potencijalnih radnika koji su sezonski radili u turizmu još uvijek je na obali gdje imaju ugovore do kraja listopada.
Stoga će biti zanimljivo pratiti hoće li Željko Kerum naći radnike koji će u njegovim maslinicima dnevno, kako on to predviđa, brati 100 kilograma maslina za 400 kuna dnevnice. I marendu, dakako.

Nekadašnji splitski gradonačelnik Željko Kerum na društvenim mrežama oglasio je da traži berače maslina. Ponudio je četiri kune za ubrani kilogram plodova uz napomenu da jedan berač može ubrati dnevno 100 kilograma, dakle zaraditi 400 kuna, te uz to ima i osiguranu marendu.

U startu se čini da je bolja zarada kod Keruma, ali bolji poznavatelji prilika u poljoprivredi i iskusni berači reći će da berba mandarina i maslina nije usporediva. Dok se kilogram mandarina ubere vrlo lako, sa nekoliko vještih pokreta rukom i škaricama, za ubrati kilogram maslina potrebno je deseterostruko više vremena.
Jedna maslina može dati dvadesetak kilograma ploda pa se lako da izračunati da berač koji zadovoljava Kreumove maslinarske zahtjeve za 400 kuna obrati pet maslina (100 kilograma).
S druge strane dnevnica u berbi mandarina je 300 kuna uz plaćene putne troškove i marendu. Za taj iznos radnik treba ubrati tridesetak gajbi (oko 600 kilograma), no gazde na plantažama se ne ljute ako i količina bude nešto manja jer jednostavno nema zainteresiranih radnika za berbu.
Društvene mreže i lokalni zavodi za zapošljavanje su zatrpani oglasima kojima se traže radnici za poslove oko mandarina. Traže se iskusni berači no vlasnici plantaža prihvaćaju i one malo sporije i one koji su prvi put u mandarinama.

Da bi se obrale neretvanske mandarine (ovogodišnji urod se procjenjuje na oko 35 tisuća tona) dnevno je na plantažama potrebno oko tisuću radnika, koji malim škaricama i vještim pokretima ruke beru žute plodove.
Osim radnika u polju na poslovima u otkupnim centrima zaposleno je oko 500 radnika, koji mandarine kalibriraju, sortiraju i pakiraju za tržište.
Sezonski radnici osim na plantažama mandarina nedaleko od Ušća Neretve traže se i za berbu grožđa u vinogradima u jezersko-vrgorskom polju.
Za 270 kuna koliko im je dnevnica beru plavinu, merlot, cabernet, ine blan. Plaća im se i prijevoz od kuće do plantaže ali radnici nemaju topli obrok pa suhu marendu nose sa sobom.

U Pojezerju dolaze radnici iz Hercegovine, većina ih je iz Bobanova sela između Čapljine i Stoca kamo su nakon rata doselili iz Kaknja i Kraljeve Sutjeske. Svi sa kojima smo razgovarali kažu da su zadovoljni uvjetima rada.
Prijavljeni su na mirovinsko i zdravstveno osiguranje, gazda je za njih platio porez državi. Zapravo sve se to riješi kupovinom markice u Fini koja se nalijepi u predviđeni obrazac za svaki radni dan sezonskog radnika, koji se ne treba bojati inspekcije rada jer je tako sve legalno.
Najstariji radnik u vinogradu ima 75 godina, a najmlađi 19 godina. Svi su iz Bobanova sela. Miroslav Filipović, pa otac i sin Zdravko i Ivan Botić.
Kažu nam da stalno rade sezonske poslove u poljoprivredi. Devetnaestogodišnji Ivan je završio srednju prometnu školu u Mostaru, posla u struci nema pa se snalazi na ovakav način.

Svake godine u sezoni berbe mandarina i grožđa iznova se ponavlja problem nedostatka radne snage. Radnika je sve manje jer ljudi odlaze u zemlje zapadne Europe. Takav trend je u Dalmaciji te još i više u susjednoj Hercegovini otkuda dolazi glavnina radne snage u poljoprivredi.
Osim toga dio potencijalnih radnika koji su sezonski radili u turizmu još uvijek je na obali gdje imaju ugovore do kraja listopada.
Stoga će biti zanimljivo pratiti hoće li Željko Kerum naći radnike koji će u njegovim maslinicima dnevno, kako on to predviđa, brati 100 kilograma maslina za 400 kuna dnevnice. I marendu, dakako.
