Nakon nekoliko dana izmjenjivanja kiše i sunca, na tržnice duž Jadrana i bližeg mu zaleđa stigli su i proizvodi koji nagoviještaju proljeće.

Najprije su se pojavile prve jagode u malo većim količinama, a zatim i prve šparoge kojih je nešto manje, a stigle su na banke riječke tržnice na gotovo isti dan kao i prošle godine, piše Novilist.hr

Dok se slatke jagode prodaju za osam eura po kilogramu, šparoge se prodaju za pet eura po macu koji ima oko 15 dekagrama, što bi značilo da kilogram košta i do 40 eura. Osim toga, tu su i mladi luk te rotkvice koji najavljuju Uskrs, a mac stoji jedan euro.

Glavna atrakcija, mlade divlje šparoge, ubrane su u okolici Brseča te oko Lovrana, a premda im je cijena očekivano visoka, svakako se kupuju s obzirom na nepristupačno područje na kojem se beru. Ako se prošećete Rajskim putem na Krku, možete ih uočiti pokraj staze, a u Rijeci se treba dobro prošetati do njih – uglavnom rastu uz Rječinu, navodi Novilist.hr

Nakon nekoliko dana izmjenjivanja kiše i sunca, na tržnice duž Jadrana i bližeg mu zaleđa stigli su i proizvodi koji nagoviještaju proljeće.

Najprije su se pojavile prve jagode u malo većim količinama, a zatim i prve šparoge kojih je nešto manje, a stigle su na banke riječke tržnice na gotovo isti dan kao i prošle godine, piše Novilist.hr

Dok se slatke jagode prodaju za osam eura po kilogramu, šparoge se prodaju za pet eura po macu koji ima oko 15 dekagrama, što bi značilo da kilogram košta i do 40 eura. Osim toga, tu su i mladi luk te rotkvice koji najavljuju Uskrs, a mac stoji jedan euro.

Glavna atrakcija, mlade divlje šparoge, ubrane su u okolici Brseča te oko Lovrana, a premda im je cijena očekivano visoka, svakako se kupuju s obzirom na nepristupačno područje na kojem se beru. Ako se prošećete Rajskim putem na Krku, možete ih uočiti pokraj staze, a u Rijeci se treba dobro prošetati do njih – uglavnom rastu uz Rječinu, navodi Novilist.hr

Nakon nekoliko dana izmjenjivanja kiše i sunca, na tržnice duž Jadrana i bližeg mu zaleđa stigli su i proizvodi koji nagoviještaju proljeće.

Najprije su se pojavile prve jagode u malo većim količinama, a zatim i prve šparoge kojih je nešto manje, a stigle su na banke riječke tržnice na gotovo isti dan kao i prošle godine, piše Novilist.hr

Dok se slatke jagode prodaju za osam eura po kilogramu, šparoge se prodaju za pet eura po macu koji ima oko 15 dekagrama, što bi značilo da kilogram košta i do 40 eura. Osim toga, tu su i mladi luk te rotkvice koji najavljuju Uskrs, a mac stoji jedan euro.

Glavna atrakcija, mlade divlje šparoge, ubrane su u okolici Brseča te oko Lovrana, a premda im je cijena očekivano visoka, svakako se kupuju s obzirom na nepristupačno područje...
