U središtu grada, na poznatoj rivi, u srpnju bi prve goste trebao primiti prvi hotel u Hvaru osmišljen prema najnovijim ekološkim principima.
Bivši aneks stare "Dalmacije" koji je u sastavu tvrtke 'Sunčani Hvar", u potpunosti se renovira, tako da će po završetku biti kategoriziran s četiri zvjezdice i zablistati u punom sjaju. Kako doznajemo, preimenovat će se u "Beach Bay Hvar Hotel", što će naglasiti njegovu poziciju uz prirodnu šljunčanu plažu, udaljenu tek nekoliko metara od ulaza.

Sve sobe i apartmani imat će pogled na valu, franjevački samostan, hvarski akvatorij i Paklinske otoke. Projekt je povjeren arhitektonskom studiju "Tissa" iz Poreča, dok je izvođač radova "Slavonska gradnja" iz Slavonskog broda.
Vrijednost investicije iznosi 22 milijuna kuna, a hotel će nakon renoviranja dobiti preuređenu 21 smještajnu jedinicu s pomno osmišljenim detaljima interijera. Sobe i apartmani odišu skladom, tvrde u najvećoj turističkoj kući na škoju, te dodaju kako su opremljeni prirodnim tkaninama i materijalima, te će gostima pružati potpuni komfor.

Hotel je u cijelosti dizajniran prema načelima održivog razvoja kako bi gosti mogli uživati u ugodnom i ekološki osviještenom odmoru.
- Razvoj "zelenih hotela" budućnost je održivog turizma i predstavlja priliku za kompletno preoblikovanje smještajne ponude. Obnovom hotela "Beach Bay" uspostavljamo koncept održivog razvoja koji komunicira ugrađene vrijednosti sa suvremenim i ekološki osviještenim gostima kroz očuvanje prirodnog okoliša i autentičnom izvornom ponudom lokalne sredine – kazala je Gordana Tomičić, predsjednica Uprave hotelske tvrtke.
Nakon uglađenih riječi, zatražili smo od poslovodstva "Sunčanog Hvara" i konkretne podatke o broju radnika koji će svoj posao naći u sklopu obnovljenog objekta, ali dobili smo nekonkretan odgovor:
- Broj zaposlenih bit će prilagođen optimalnim potrebama objekta, a sukladno tome i dostupnim profilima, zapošljavat ćemo i domaće, i inozemne djelatnike.
Hotel će, kako doznajemo, biti opremljen solarnim kolektorima i energetski učinkovitom opremom s ciljem povećanja energetske učinkovitosti zgrade.

- Naglasak će biti stavljen na lokalne namirnice i izvorne proizvode malih domaćih dobavljača, sve kako bi se podržala lokalna zajednica i gostima omogućilo autentično iskustvo boravka na našem najsunčanijem škoju - tvrde u "Sunčanom Hvaru".
Što se tiče cijena, noćenje s doručkom za dvije osobe u spavaćoj sobi ukupno će potencijalne goste koštati 270 eura, odnosno nešto više od 2040 kuna u aktualnoj protuvrijednosti, dok se apartmani za do tri osobe prodaju po 370 eura dnevno ili gotovo 2800 kuna, ali za rezervacije uoči otvaranja hotela (ovisno o raspoloživosti) najavljuju se i popusti.

U središtu grada, na poznatoj rivi, u srpnju bi prve goste trebao primiti prvi hotel u Hvaru osmišljen prema najnovijim ekološkim principima.
Bivši aneks stare "Dalmacije" koji je u sastavu tvrtke 'Sunčani Hvar", u potpunosti se renovira, tako da će po završetku biti kategoriziran s četiri zvjezdice i zablistati u punom sjaju. Kako doznajemo, preimenovat će se u "Beach Bay Hvar Hotel", što će naglasiti njegovu poziciju uz prirodnu šljunčanu plažu, udaljenu tek nekoliko metara od ulaza.

Sve sobe i apartmani imat će pogled na valu, franjevački samostan, hvarski akvatorij i Paklinske otoke. Projekt je povjeren arhitektonskom studiju "Tissa" iz Poreča, dok je izvođač radova "Slavonska gradnja" iz Slavonskog broda.
Vrijednost investicije iznosi 22 milijuna kuna, a hotel će nakon renoviranja dobiti preuređenu 21 smještajnu jedinicu s pomno osmišljenim detaljima interijera. Sobe i apartmani odišu skladom, tvrde u najvećoj turističkoj kući na škoju, te dodaju kako su opremljeni prirodnim tkaninama i materijalima, te će gostima pružati potpuni komfor.

Hotel je u cijelosti dizajniran prema načelima održivog razvoja kako bi gosti mogli uživati u ugodnom i ekološki osviještenom odmoru.
- Razvoj "zelenih hotela" budućnost je održivog turizma i predstavlja priliku za kompletno preoblikovanje smještajne ponude. Obnovom hotela "Beach Bay" uspostavljamo koncept održivog razvoja koji komunicira ugrađene vrijednosti sa suvremenim i ekološki osviještenim gostima kroz očuvanje prirodnog okoliša i autentičnom izvornom ponudom lokalne sredine – kazala je Gordana Tomičić, predsjednica Uprave hotelske tvrtke.
Nakon uglađenih riječi, zatražili smo od poslovodstva "Sunčanog Hvara" i konkretne podatke o broju radnika koji će svoj posao naći u sklopu obnovljenog objekta, ali dobili smo nekonkretan odgovor:
- Broj zaposlenih bit će prilagođen optimalnim potrebama objekta, a sukladno tome i dostupnim profilima, zapošljavat ćemo i domaće, i inozemne djelatnike.
Hotel će, kako doznajemo, biti opremljen solarnim kolektorima i energetski učinkovitom opremom s ciljem povećanja energetske učinkovitosti zgrade.

- Naglasak će biti stavljen na lokalne namirnice i izvorne proizvode malih domaćih dobavljača, sve kako bi se podržala lokalna zajednica i gostima omogućilo autentično iskustvo boravka na našem najsunčanijem škoju - tvrde u "Sunčanom Hvaru".
Što se tiče cijena, noćenje s doručkom za dvije osobe u spavaćoj sobi ukupno će potencijalne goste koštati 270 eura, odnosno nešto više od 2040 kuna u aktualnoj protuvrijednosti, dok se apartmani za do tri osobe prodaju po 370 eura dnevno ili gotovo 2800 kuna, ali za rezervacije uoči otvaranja hotela (ovisno o raspoloživosti) najavljuju se i popusti.
