(Pre)prodaja nekretnina, posebice onih povezanih s potencijalnim turističkim korištenjem, postala je jedan od glavnih biznisa širom Dalmacije.

Na takve transakcije nisu imune ni lokalne vlasti, ponajprije radi punjenja gradskih ili općinskih blagajni, ali često i zbog poslovanja s "odabranim" poduzetnicima. Kako bilo, Općina Milna oglasila je prodaju svoje velike parcele, površine 8240 četvornih metara, smještenog iznad razvedene uvale Lučice, jedne od najljepših na jugozapadnoj obali otoka Brača.

Kako se navodi u natječajnoj dokumentaciji, traži se potencijalni kupac "izdvojenoga građevinskog područja ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene (turistička zona "Duboka")", a riječ je o "jedinstvenoj cjelinl s mogućnošću građenja turističkih objekata tipa turistička naselja, vile, hotel, prateći sadržaji i/ili kamp, maksimalnog kapaciteta 120 kreveta".

Prema nedavnoj procjeni diplomiranog inženjera Josipa Grassija, sudskog vještaka za graditeljstvo koji je stalni suradnik Općine u tom sektoru, spomenuti teren vrijedan je najmanje 9,57 milijuna kuna. Početna cijena po četvornome metru iznosi 1162 kune, odnosno 154 eura.

Ponuditelji će morati uplatiti jamčevinu od 478 tisuća kuna, što predstavlja pet posto početne cijene, pri čemu će se svima koji se budu natjecali, a ne steknu vrijedno zemljište, taj uplaćeni novac biti vraćen od strane lokalne vlasti. Pisane ponude potencijalnih kupaca terena iznad "rajske uvale" primat će se tijekom idućih 15 dana u sjedištu Općine Milna.

Potpuno očekivano, pristigle ponude pregledat će tročlano Povjerenstvo koje čine Frane Lozić (SDP), općinski načelnik, Josipa Filipić (nezavisna), predsjednica Općinskog vijeća, te Margita Krželj (SDP), potpredsjednica lokalnog parlamenta, a konačnu odluku imat će vijećnici, i to najkasnije do 23. prosinca. Potpis na ugovor s kupcem stavit će - načelnik.

Bit će stoga zanimljivo vidjeti tko je već bacio oko na atraktivnu lokaciju s koje puca pogled na uvalu Lučice o kojoj brački turistički promotori kažu ovo:

- Uvala Lučice omiljena je među svim nautičarima koji plove ovim dijelom obale našeg škoja. Uvala ima pet krakova u kojima se uvijek može pronaći dobar zaklon od vjetra.

Osim nautičarima, uvala je zanimljiva i roniocima zbog spilje na zapadnoj strani uvale. Uz pjeskovito dno i gustu borovu šumu, more u Lučicama poprima osobitu azurnu boju koja jednostavno mami na kupanje. Smještaj nude brojne kuće za odmor, apartmani i sobe, a dalmatinske specijalitete i bogatu ponudu svježe ribe potražite u obližnjim restoranima.

(Pre)prodaja nekretnina, posebice onih povezanih s potencijalnim turističkim korištenjem, postala je jedan od glavnih biznisa širom Dalmacije.

Na takve transakcije nisu imune ni lokalne vlasti, ponajprije radi punjenja gradskih ili općinskih blagajni, ali često i zbog poslovanja s "odabranim" poduzetnicima. Kako bilo, Općina Milna oglasila je prodaju svoje velike parcele, površine 8240 četvornih metara, smještenog iznad razvedene uvale Lučice, jedne od najljepših na jugozapadnoj obali otoka Brača.

Kako se navodi u natječajnoj dokumentaciji, traži se potencijalni kupac "izdvojenoga građevinskog područja ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene (turistička zona "Duboka")", a riječ je o "jedinstvenoj cjelinl s mogućnošću građenja turističkih objekata tipa turistička naselja, vile, hotel, prateći sadržaji i/ili kamp, maksimalnog kapaciteta 120 kreveta".

Prema nedavnoj procjeni diplomiranog inženjera Josipa Grassija, sudskog vještaka za graditeljstvo koji je stalni suradnik Općine u tom sektoru, spomenuti teren vrijedan je najmanje 9,57 milijuna kuna. Početna cijena po četvornome metru iznosi 1162 kune, odnosno 154 eura.

Ponuditelji će morati uplatiti jamčevinu od 478 tisuća kuna, što predstavlja pet posto početne cijene, pri čemu će se svima koji se budu natjecali, a ne steknu vrijedno zemljište, taj uplaćeni novac biti vraćen od strane lokalne vlasti. Pisane ponude potencijalnih kupaca terena iznad "rajske uvale" primat će se tijekom idućih 15 dana u sjedištu Općine Milna.

Potpuno očekivano, pristigle ponude pregledat će tročlano Povjerenstvo koje čine Frane Lozić (SDP), općinski načelnik, Josipa Filipić (nezavisna), predsjednica Općinskog vijeća, te Margita Krželj (SDP), potpredsjednica lokalnog parlamenta, a konačnu odluku imat će vijećnici, i to najkasnije do 23. prosinca. Potpis na ugovor s kupcem stavit će - načelnik.

Bit će stoga zanimljivo vidjeti tko je već bacio oko na atraktivnu lokaciju s koje puca pogled na uvalu Lučice o kojoj brački turistički promotori kažu ovo:

- Uvala Lučice omiljena je među svim nautičarima koji plove ovim dijelom obale našeg škoja. Uvala ima pet krakova u kojima se uvijek može pronaći dobar zaklon od vjetra.

Osim nautičarima, uvala je zanimljiva i roniocima zbog spilje na zapadnoj strani uvale. Uz pjeskovito dno i gustu borovu šumu, more u Lučicama poprima osobitu azurnu boju koja jednostavno mami na kupanje. Smještaj nude brojne kuće za odmor, apartmani i sobe, a dalmatinske specijalitete i bogatu ponudu svježe ribe potražite u obližnjim restoranima.

(Pre)prodaja nekretnina, posebice onih povezanih s potencijalnim turističkim korištenjem, postala je jedan od glavnih biznisa širom Dalmacije.

Na takve transakcije nisu imune ni lokalne vlasti, ponajprije radi punjenja gradskih ili općinskih blagajni, ali često i zbog poslovanja s "odabranim" poduzetnicima. Kako bilo, Općina Milna oglasila je prodaju svoje velike parcele, površine 8240 četvornih metara, smještenog iznad razvedene uvale Lučice, jedne od najljepših na jugozapadnoj obali otoka Brača.

Kako se navodi u natječajnoj dokumentaciji, traži se potencijalni kupac "izdvojenoga građevinskog područja ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene (turistička zona "Duboka")", a riječ je o "jedinstvenoj cjelinl s mogućnošću građenja turističkih objekata tipa turistička naselja, vile, hotel,...
