Na Jadranu u turisitičkoj sezoni rade mnogi radnici iz ostatka Hrvatske i inozemstva. naravno da su u tolikom broju ljudi iskustva različita, najčešće ne pretjerano pozitivna, a tiču se uglavnom uvjeta rada, plaće i odnosa poslodavca prema radniku.
Svoje iskustvo na društvenoj mreži Reddit iznijela je mlada Slavonka koja je sezonski radila na Hvaru.
- Za sve turiste otok Hvar je neki prestiž, luksuz, a za sezonce apsolutna noćna mora. Ovo mi je druga sezona koju radim tu, posao je savršen i zato sam odlučila doći opet. Da izuzmemo posao, ovdje ne bih došla ni na godišnji.
Prošle godine kada sam došla, dočekao me smještaj kao kuća strave. Žbuka je opadala, osjetilo se na mokraću i vlagu, sve je bilo puno kukaca, prljavštine i plijesni. Šefove se lažno navuklo slikama i stvarno su radili svim silama da nađemo smještaj gdje sam sada.
Naći uredan smještaj je lutrija, ljudi bez imalo srama iznajmljuju šupe i još vam naplate 300€ mjesečno da živite u doslovno smetlištu", napisala je mlada Slavonka na Redditu, prenosi Net.hr.

Ona dalje navodi da su Hvarani, uz izuzetke, prema vama dobri samo ako imate novca, a sezonce gledaju kao konkurenciju jer im "uzimate novce koje bi turisti možda dali njima".
Po njoj mjesto je sve suprotno od onoga što je Slavonija. "Ako vam smještaj i blizina radnog mjesta nije 100 posto potvrđena i čista, ne idite ovdje jer ćete dobiti samo odbijanje i zlu narav lakomih ljudi", zaključila je mlada Slavonka.
'Zagrepčani nisu domaći'
Njena objava potaknula je reakcije drugih korisnika.
"Išla sam raditi na Hvar, u nekakav kamp kao čistačica i ostala u šoku. Smještaj kamp kućica puna crva, mrava i buba za nas 4. Osim čišćenja radi se i na recepciji i u kuhinji. Čisto izrabljivanje. U Austriji sam odradila 3 sezone, plaća 1500 €, samački vrhunski smještaj s podnim grijanjem, svaki tjedan slobodan dan", piše jedna korisnica, prenosi Net.ht
"Dvaput sam radila sezonu u gradu Hvaru. Prvi dan prvog puta lokalci su me upozorili da postoje dva cjenika u gotovo svakom bircu i restoranu - za turiste (pivo 40 kn) i za lokalce (pivo 20 kn). U jednom od birceva gdje sam prve godine najnormalnije dobivala kavu po lokalnoj cijeni, druge godine dobijem račun s turističkom cijenom. Kažem gazdi "pardon, ali mi smo domaći, radimo tu", a na to meni smeće otočko kaže "Niste vi domaći, čujem da ste iz Zagreba". Dan danas mi se digne tlak kad ga se sjetim", komentirala je jedna Zagrepčanka.

"Načelno je s lokalcima izuzetno teško. Što je najgore, ljute se na sve i svakoga, uglavnom oni kojima se ne da raditi pa su čisto ljubomorni na one koji dođu zaraditi ili koji su domaći, a radišni. No, bacaju kajlu pod noge i traže mito kad god mogu. Tužno jer ekipa bi tamo mogla živjeti bogovski", piše jedan korisnik.
Treći je prokomentirao: "Pa kaj se čudite? I Plenki je porijeklom s Hvara. To vam samo govori kakvi ljudi tamo žive."
"U zadnjih 10-15 godina ljudi na obali su se jako iskvarili, taj val turizma i profit koji donosi je očigledno napravio svoje. Svake godine sve postane malo skuplje, a loših iskustava bude sve više. Mislim da je samo pitanje vremena prije nego otočani postanu manjina na vlastitim otocima, a Slavonci su najveće ljudine u Hrvatskoj, to je bez sumnje. Mislim da ću u budućnosti nastojati više putovati kroz Slavoniju i družiti se sa Slavoncima. Kad mi na moru naplati porciju Ledo lignji 120 kn i to mi preko kur... baci na stol, dođe mi da istog momenta sjednem u auto i odem u Baranju u neku čardu", piše jedan Osječanin.
Udarnici ljeti, neradnici zimi
"Vjeruj mi, tamo da svaki lokalac pomogne drugom lokalcu, svi bi puno više zaradili. Hvar ne zarađuje ni upola koliko bi mogao", iznnio je mišljenje jedan muškarac, na što se drugi nadovezao: "Pa baš to i je problem. Imaju sve te nekretnine, rentaju cijelo ljeto i umjesto da ostatak godine rade neki normalan posao, a ovo da im bude bonus, oni samo ispijaju kave i ljenčare cijelu godinu. Koliko puta sam vidio u Dalmaciji da netko renta apartmane prvi red do mora, a nosi podrapanu robu, vozi Renault 4 i živi kao zadnji bijednik."

"Imam ja prijatelje koji u Dalmaciji na kopnu, ne otoku, zarade po sezoni minimalno 100.000 eura pa se tako ponašaju. Ne preživljavaju 8 mjeseci nego lagodno uživaju. Kur.. ne maknu ostatak godine, a sezonu im rade žene koje nemaju izbora nego raditi od jutra do sutra za nikakvu lovu. E da, i najžešći su vjernici haha", zaključio je zanimljivu raspravu jedan Dalmatinac na Redditu, prenosi Net.hr.
Naravno da su iskustva i dojmovi sezonskih radnika subjektivni, ali trebalo bi razmisliti i shvatiti poruke o usluzi i smještaju, posebno za zaposlene, o odnosu zarade i ljudskosti, o starome, važnom Frommovu pitanju imati ili biti. Ako se sada u jeku sezone ne stigne, onda svakako poslije nje.

Na Jadranu u turisitičkoj sezoni rade mnogi radnici iz ostatka Hrvatske i inozemstva. naravno da su u tolikom broju ljudi iskustva različita, najčešće ne pretjerano pozitivna, a tiču se uglavnom uvjeta rada, plaće i odnosa poslodavca prema radniku.
Svoje iskustvo na društvenoj mreži Reddit iznijela je mlada Slavonka koja je sezonski radila na Hvaru.
- Za sve turiste otok Hvar je neki prestiž, luksuz, a za sezonce apsolutna noćna mora. Ovo mi je druga sezona koju radim tu, posao je savršen i zato sam odlučila doći opet. Da izuzmemo posao, ovdje ne bih došla ni na godišnji.
Prošle godine kada sam došla, dočekao me smještaj kao kuća strave. Žbuka je opadala, osjetilo se na mokraću i vlagu, sve je bilo puno kukaca, prljavštine i plijesni. Šefove se lažno navuklo slikama i stvarno su radili svim silama da nađemo smještaj gdje sam sada.
Naći uredan smještaj je lutrija, ljudi bez imalo srama iznajmljuju šupe i još vam naplate 300€ mjesečno da živite u doslovno smetlištu", napisala je mlada Slavonka na Redditu, prenosi Net.hr.

Ona dalje navodi da su Hvarani, uz izuzetke, prema vama dobri samo ako imate novca, a sezonce gledaju kao konkurenciju jer im "uzimate novce koje bi turisti možda dali njima".
Po njoj mjesto je sve suprotno od onoga što je Slavonija. "Ako vam smještaj i blizina radnog mjesta nije 100 posto potvrđena i čista, ne idite ovdje jer ćete dobiti samo odbijanje i zlu narav lakomih ljudi", zaključila je mlada Slavonka.
'Zagrepčani nisu domaći'
Njena objava potaknula je reakcije drugih korisnika.
"Išla sam raditi na Hvar, u nekakav kamp kao čistačica i ostala u šoku. Smještaj kamp kućica puna crva, mrava i buba za nas 4. Osim čišćenja radi se i na recepciji i u kuhinji. Čisto izrabljivanje. U Austriji sam odradila 3 sezone, plaća 1500 €, samački vrhunski smještaj s podnim grijanjem, svaki tjedan slobodan dan", piše jedna korisnica, prenosi Net.ht
"Dvaput sam radila sezonu u gradu Hvaru. Prvi dan prvog puta lokalci su me upozorili da postoje dva cjenika u gotovo svakom bircu i restoranu - za turiste (pivo 40 kn) i za lokalce (pivo 20 kn). U jednom od birceva gdje sam prve godine najnormalnije dobivala kavu po lokalnoj cijeni, druge godine dobijem račun s turističkom cijenom. Kažem gazdi "pardon, ali mi smo domaći, radimo tu", a na to meni smeće otočko kaže "Niste vi domaći, čujem da ste iz Zagreba". Dan danas mi se digne tlak kad ga se sjetim", komentirala je jedna Zagrepčanka.

"Načelno je s lokalcima izuzetno teško. Što je najgore, ljute se na sve i svakoga, uglavnom oni kojima se ne da raditi pa su čisto ljubomorni na one koji dođu zaraditi ili koji su domaći, a radišni. No, bacaju kajlu pod noge i traže mito kad god mogu. Tužno jer ekipa bi tamo mogla živjeti bogovski", piše jedan korisnik.
Treći je prokomentirao: "Pa kaj se čudite? I Plenki je porijeklom s Hvara. To vam samo govori kakvi ljudi tamo žive."
"U zadnjih 10-15 godina ljudi na obali su se jako iskvarili, taj val turizma i profit koji donosi je očigledno napravio svoje. Svake godine sve postane malo skuplje, a loših iskustava bude sve više. Mislim da je samo pitanje vremena prije nego otočani postanu manjina na vlastitim otocima, a Slavonci su najveće ljudine u Hrvatskoj, to je bez sumnje. Mislim da ću u budućnosti nastojati više putovati kroz Slavoniju i družiti se sa Slavoncima. Kad mi na moru naplati porciju Ledo lignji 120 kn i to mi preko kur... baci na stol, dođe mi da istog momenta sjednem u auto i odem u Baranju u neku čardu", piše jedan Osječanin.
Udarnici ljeti, neradnici zimi
"Vjeruj mi, tamo da svaki lokalac pomogne drugom lokalcu, svi bi puno više zaradili. Hvar ne zarađuje ni upola koliko bi mogao", iznnio je mišljenje jedan muškarac, na što se drugi nadovezao: "Pa baš to i je problem. Imaju sve te nekretnine, rentaju cijelo ljeto i umjesto da ostatak godine rade neki normalan posao, a ovo da im bude bonus, oni samo ispijaju kave i ljenčare cijelu godinu. Koliko puta sam vidio u Dalmaciji da netko renta apartmane prvi red do mora, a nosi podrapanu robu, vozi Renault 4 i živi kao zadnji bijednik."

"Imam ja prijatelje koji u Dalmaciji na kopnu, ne otoku, zarade po sezoni minimalno 100.000 eura pa se tako ponašaju. Ne preživljavaju 8 mjeseci nego lagodno uživaju. Kur.. ne maknu ostatak godine, a sezonu im rade žene koje nemaju izbora nego raditi od jutra do sutra za nikakvu lovu. E da, i najžešći su vjernici haha", zaključio je zanimljivu raspravu jedan Dalmatinac na Redditu, prenosi Net.hr.
Naravno da su iskustva i dojmovi sezonskih radnika subjektivni, ali trebalo bi razmisliti i shvatiti poruke o usluzi i smještaju, posebno za zaposlene, o odnosu zarade i ljudskosti, o starome, važnom Frommovu pitanju imati ili biti. Ako se sada u jeku sezone ne stigne, onda svakako poslije nje.
