Nakon što smo objavili vijest da je trudnica s otoka Brača jutros porodila mrtav plod u automobilu u garaži trajekta kojim se vraćala iz splitskog KBC-a, i to gotovo 24 sata nakon što je prošla kalvariju zbog nemogućnosti isplovljavanja hitnog medicinskog glisera iz Supetra prema Splitu, ali i prezauzetosti helikoptera, postavili smo pitanja ključnim akterima ove priče.

Da bi dobili odgovore na dio otvorenih pitanja nazvali smo prof. dr. Marka Mimicu, predstojnika KBC-ove Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode.

- Moram naglasiti da se radilo o trudnoći od tri mjeseca i ističem da se ovakve situacije događaju. Radilo se o mrtvom plodu, ali pobačaj još uvijek nije krenuo.

Isto tako, moram istaknuti da trudnoća ne bi bila spašena, da je kojim slučaj trudnica bila dovedena u bolnicu nekoliko sati ranije, jer je plod po svemu sudeći bio nekoliko dana mrtav.

Trudnica je dolaskom u bolnicu podvrgnuta standardnom medicinskom postupku, prema svim zakonitostima naše struke. Obavljeni su laboratorijski nalazi, pregledana je. Nakon što je dobila tablete za pripremu pobačaja otpuštena je kući, u dogovoru s pacijenticom, s time da joj je preporučeno kako bi bilo dobro da ostane u Splitu.

Inače, kod svih takvih slučajeva pacijentice otpuštamo kući. One u bolnicu ostaju dva dana, kada dođu po druge tablete koje izazivaju pobačaj. Nažalost, moram naglasiti, ne zbog pripremnih tableta, nego zbog toga što se tako dogodilo, kod trudnice je pobačaj krenuo ranije i dogodilo se što se dogodilo - tvrdi dr. Mimica.

Jedini razlog zbog kojeg je pacijentica trebala biti ostavljena na liječenju u bolnici je medicinska indikacija.

- Ovakva stanja u ginekologiji nisu hitna i moram reći da liječnik ne može voditi brigu o tome je li netko živi na Braču, u Imotskom, Vrgorcu ili negdje drugdje, kao što i ne zna kakvo će vremenske prilike biti u trenutku kada se žena treba vratiti u bolnicu.

Pacijentica ni u jednom trenutku nije bila životno ugrožena i nije mogla dobiti sepsu, kao što se spekulira. Zaista mi je žao što su ljudi imali ovakvo iskustvo, ali ističem da je na splitskoj ginekologiji žena dobila svu potrebnu pomoć i njegu, kakvu bi dobila bilo koja druga pacijentica - dodaje predstojnik Klinike.

Nakon ponovnog dolaska u bolnicu pacijentica je ostavljena na liječenju na Ginekologiji.

- Ostavljena je na liječenju, budući da je pobačaj krenuo i u bolnici će biti koliko to bude potrebno - kaže prof. dr. Mimica.

Jesu li gliseri za hitni medicinski prijevoz uopće mogli ploviti, bez obzira na nepovoljne vremenske prilike koje su jučer vladale u Bračkom kanalu, odnosno jesu li bili ispravni ili se zaista radilo o nemogućnosti isplovljavanja zbog lošeg vremena, upitali smo dr. Lea Luetića, ravnatelja Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

- Zapovjednik glisera je zaključio kako nikakvo isplovljenje u utorak ne dolazi u obzir, budući da je puhao jak vjetar, bilo je mora i tramuntana je stvarala valove koji bi "tukli" gliser u pramac i u takvim uvjetima trudnica nije mogla gliserom biti transportirana u Split - tvrdi dr. Luetić.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, i liječnici koji su Bračanku dopratili do glisera u supetarskoj luci, složili su se s činjenicom kako brod ne može isploviti jer to meteorološki uvjeti nisu dopuštali.

Nakon toga pozvan je vojni helikopter te je njegovoj posadi rečeno kako u Supetru ima hitan slučaj koji treba prijevoz do Splita. No, kako to obično biva, nepredvidljive se situacije pojavljuju tamo gdje ih ljudi najmanje očekuju.

Naime, u isto vrijeme kada je trudnica u Supetru trebala hitni prijevoz do splitskih Firula, u Starom Gradu na otoku Hvaru druga trudnica je upravo počela rađati dijete.

Tada je helikopter najprije odletio po nju u Stari Grad i na povratku s otoka Hvara, na Braču je ukrcao i trudnicu iz Supetra. S njih obje je doletio do Splita.

Nakon što smo objavili vijest da je trudnica s otoka Brača jutros porodila mrtav plod u automobilu u garaži trajekta kojim se vraćala iz splitskog KBC-a, i to gotovo 24 sata nakon što je prošla kalvariju zbog nemogućnosti isplovljavanja hitnog medicinskog glisera iz Supetra prema Splitu, ali i prezauzetosti helikoptera, postavili smo pitanja ključnim akterima ove priče.

Da bi dobili odgovore na dio otvorenih pitanja nazvali smo prof. dr. Marka Mimicu, predstojnika KBC-ove Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode.

- Moram naglasiti da se radilo o trudnoći od tri mjeseca i ističem da se ovakve situacije događaju. Radilo se o mrtvom plodu, ali pobačaj još uvijek nije krenuo.

Isto tako, moram istaknuti da trudnoća ne bi bila spašena, da je kojim slučaj trudnica bila dovedena u bolnicu nekoliko sati ranije, jer je plod po svemu sudeći bio nekoliko dana mrtav.

Trudnica je dolaskom u bolnicu podvrgnuta standardnom medicinskom postupku, prema svim zakonitostima naše struke. Obavljeni su laboratorijski nalazi, pregledana je. Nakon što je dobila tablete za pripremu pobačaja otpuštena je kući, u dogovoru s pacijenticom, s time da joj je preporučeno kako bi bilo dobro da ostane u Splitu.

Inače, kod svih takvih slučajeva pacijentice otpuštamo kući. One u bolnicu ostaju dva dana, kada dođu po druge tablete koje izazivaju pobačaj. Nažalost, moram naglasiti, ne zbog pripremnih tableta, nego zbog toga što se tako dogodilo, kod trudnice je pobačaj krenuo ranije i dogodilo se što se dogodilo - tvrdi dr. Mimica.

Jedini razlog zbog kojeg je pacijentica trebala biti ostavljena na liječenju u bolnici je medicinska indikacija.

- Ovakva stanja u ginekologiji nisu hitna i moram reći da liječnik ne može voditi brigu o tome je li netko živi na Braču, u Imotskom, Vrgorcu ili negdje drugdje, kao što i ne zna kakvo će vremenske prilike biti u trenutku kada se žena treba vratiti u bolnicu.

Pacijentica ni u jednom trenutku nije bila životno ugrožena i nije mogla dobiti sepsu, kao što se spekulira. Zaista mi je žao što su ljudi imali ovakvo iskustvo, ali ističem da je na splitskoj ginekologiji žena dobila svu potrebnu pomoć i njegu, kakvu bi dobila bilo koja druga pacijentica - dodaje predstojnik Klinike.

Nakon ponovnog dolaska u bolnicu pacijentica je ostavljena na liječenju na Ginekologiji.

- Ostavljena je na liječenju, budući da je pobačaj krenuo i u bolnici će biti koliko to bude potrebno - kaže prof. dr. Mimica.

Jesu li gliseri za hitni medicinski prijevoz uopće mogli ploviti, bez obzira na nepovoljne vremenske prilike koje su jučer vladale u Bračkom kanalu, odnosno jesu li bili ispravni ili se zaista radilo o nemogućnosti isplovljavanja zbog lošeg vremena, upitali smo dr. Lea Luetića, ravnatelja Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

- Zapovjednik glisera je zaključio kako nikakvo isplovljenje u utorak ne dolazi u obzir, budući da je puhao jak vjetar, bilo je mora i tramuntana je stvarala valove koji bi "tukli" gliser u pramac i u takvim uvjetima trudnica nije mogla gliserom biti transportirana u Split - tvrdi dr. Luetić.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, i liječnici koji su Bračanku dopratili do glisera u supetarskoj luci, složili su se s činjenicom kako brod ne može isploviti jer to meteorološki uvjeti nisu dopuštali.

Nakon toga pozvan je vojni helikopter te je njegovoj posadi rečeno kako u Supetru ima hitan slučaj koji treba prijevoz do Splita. No, kako to obično biva, nepredvidljive se situacije pojavljuju tamo gdje ih ljudi najmanje očekuju.

Naime, u isto vrijeme kada je trudnica u Supetru trebala hitni prijevoz do splitskih Firula, u Starom Gradu na otoku Hvaru druga trudnica je upravo počela rađati dijete.

Tada je helikopter najprije odletio po nju u Stari Grad i na povratku s otoka Hvara, na Braču je ukrcao i trudnicu iz Supetra. S njih obje je doletio do Splita.

Nakon što smo objavili vijest da je trudnica s otoka Brača jutros porodila mrtav plod u automobilu u garaži trajekta kojim se vraćala iz splitskog KBC-a, i to gotovo 24 sata nakon što je prošla kalvariju zbog nemogućnosti isplovljavanja hitnog medicinskog glisera iz Supetra prema Splitu, ali i prezauzetosti helikoptera, postavili smo pitanja ključnim akterima ove priče.
