Hoće li Preko, općinsko središte na otoku Ugljanu, konačno dobiti još jedan, prijeko potrebni – hotel? To bi se prema svemu sudeći moglo dogoditi.

Kako doznajemo, za izgradnju hotela "Preko" na mjestu nekadašnjeg istoimenog smještajnog objekta, zatražena je građevinska dozvola, a na otoku se šuška da iza svega stoji Željko Dilber, poznat kao prijatelj generala u miru Ante Gotovine, kum Gotovinina sina i bivši HDZ-ov saborski zastupnik.

- Ta je informacija samo djelomično točna, jer iza investicije u hotel stoji HOK Osiguranje čiji je glavni savjetnik Željko Dilber - tvrdi Jure Brižić, načelnik Općine Preko.

Građevinsku dozvolu formalno je zatražila tvrtka "Preko", čiji je vlasnik Hrvoje Pezić, prvi čovjek HOK Osiguranja, a direktor je - Dilber. Za izdavanje ključnog dokumenta za projekt na parceli čija površina prelazi 3600 četvornih metara nadležan je Upravni odjel za prostorno uređenje Županije zadarske.

Prema usvojenom lokalnom prostornom planu, moguća je obnova, odnosno izgradnja hotela do 60 soba i ukupno 120 ležajeva. U tom kontekstu treba reći da spomenuta osiguravajuća kuća sa zagrebačkim sjedištem kontrolira i udjele u tvrtkama "Nauta Lamjana" koja stoji iza remontnog brodogradilišta kod Kali na Ugljanu, te u "Marini Preko" koja upravlja nautičkim objektom u Preku.

Vlasnici dviju spomenutih kompanija već su ranije najavili da imaju ozbiljne planove za ulaganja u Općini Preko. Načelnik Brižić ne krije kako u mjestu priželjkuju izgradnju većeg turističkog objekta, jer je postojeći heritage hotel "Dunatovi dvori" sa 14 soba od otvaranja neprestano popunjen, a bez još jednog većeg hotela u Preku teško je razvijati ozbiljniju turističku ponudu.

Nekadašnji hotel "Preko" bio je izgrađen 70-ih godina prošlog stoljeća i bio je u vlasništvu lokalne Poljoprivredne zadruge.

Nakon pretvorbe i privatizacije našao se jedno vrijeme i u vlasništvu varaždinske tvrtke "Coning turizam" u vlasništvu Radimira Čačića, bivšeg potpredsjednika Vlade i nekadašnjeg čelnika HNS-a, ali se obnova nije dogodila, već je prodan britanskoj tvrtki "Jupiter Adria" osnovanoj za ciljane projekte u Hrvatskoj, koja je prije više od 20 godina najavljivala izgradnju objekta s pet zvjezdica, tada vrijednog 15 milijuna eura.

Nakon što je HOK osiguranje preuzelo "Marinu Preko", "Nautu Lamjanu" i zemljište u srcu mjesta s ciljem podizanja hotela, zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom pokazuje kako se namjerava konačno krenuti i u izgradnju, za što investitori imaju podršku općinskih vlasti, ističe Brižić.

Hoće li Preko, općinsko središte na otoku Ugljanu, konačno dobiti još jedan, prijeko potrebni – hotel? To bi se prema svemu sudeći moglo dogoditi.

Kako doznajemo, za izgradnju hotela "Preko" na mjestu nekadašnjeg istoimenog smještajnog objekta, zatražena je građevinska dozvola, a na otoku se šuška da iza svega stoji Željko Dilber, poznat kao prijatelj generala u miru Ante Gotovine, kum Gotovinina sina i bivši HDZ-ov saborski zastupnik.

- Ta je informacija samo djelomično točna, jer iza investicije u hotel stoji HOK Osiguranje čiji je glavni savjetnik Željko Dilber - tvrdi Jure Brižić, načelnik Općine Preko.

Građevinsku dozvolu formalno je zatražila tvrtka "Preko", čiji je vlasnik Hrvoje Pezić, prvi čovjek HOK Osiguranja, a direktor je - Dilber. Za izdavanje ključnog dokumenta za projekt na parceli čija površina prelazi 3600 četvornih metara nadležan je Upravni odjel za prostorno uređenje Županije zadarske.

Prema usvojenom lokalnom prostornom planu, moguća je obnova, odnosno izgradnja hotela do 60 soba i ukupno 120 ležajeva. U tom kontekstu treba reći da spomenuta osiguravajuća kuća sa zagrebačkim sjedištem kontrolira i udjele u tvrtkama "Nauta Lamjana" koja stoji iza remontnog brodogradilišta kod Kali na Ugljanu, te u "Marini Preko" koja upravlja nautičkim objektom u Preku.

Vlasnici dviju spomenutih kompanija već su ranije najavili da imaju ozbiljne planove za ulaganja u Općini Preko. Načelnik Brižić ne krije kako u mjestu priželjkuju izgradnju većeg turističkog objekta, jer je postojeći heritage hotel "Dunatovi dvori" sa 14 soba od otvaranja neprestano popunjen, a bez još jednog većeg hotela u Preku teško je razvijati ozbiljniju turističku ponudu.

Nekadašnji hotel "Preko" bio je izgrađen 70-ih godina prošlog stoljeća i bio je u vlasništvu lokalne Poljoprivredne zadruge.

Nakon pretvorbe i privatizacije našao se jedno vrijeme i u vlasništvu varaždinske tvrtke "Coning turizam" u vlasništvu Radimira Čačića, bivšeg potpredsjednika Vlade i nekadašnjeg čelnika HNS-a, ali se obnova nije dogodila, već je prodan britanskoj tvrtki "Jupiter Adria" osnovanoj za ciljane projekte u Hrvatskoj, koja je prije više od 20 godina najavljivala izgradnju objekta s pet zvjezdica, tada vrijednog 15 milijuna eura.

Nakon što je HOK osiguranje preuzelo "Marinu Preko", "Nautu Lamjanu" i zemljište u srcu mjesta s ciljem podizanja hotela, zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom pokazuje kako se namjerava konačno krenuti i u izgradnju, za što investitori imaju podršku općinskih vlasti, ističe Brižić.
