Nakon našeg teksta o tome kako državljanin Velike Britanije u uvali Duboka kod Milne, na jugozapadnoj obali otoka Brača, devastira prostor ilegalnom gradnjom u zaštićenoj zoni, uz devastaciju pomorskog dobra, stigao nam je i odgovor iz splitskog ureda Državnog inspektorata.

Naime, iz državne institucije naglašavaju kako je obavljen izravni nadzor iz djelokruga inspektora rada. Građani su prijavili da su na ilegalnom gradilištu, na kojem nema ni ploče s imenom izvođača radova ni investitora, angažirani inozemni radnici. Još je bilo čudnije što je u vremenu intenzivnih radova Brač zbog korona-situacije bio u svojevrsnoj karanteni, a otok se moglo samo s valjanim propusnicama.

– Tijekom provođenja cijelog postupka izvršen je i uvid u svu relevantnu radno-pravnu dokumentaciju, a na koncu su utvrđene povrede propisa iz Zakona o mirovinskom osiguranju. Slijedom utvrđenog, protiv poslodavca, kao i odgovorne osobe u tvrtki je zbog navedenih kršenja propisa podnesen optužni prijedlog nadležnom sudu – navodi se u odgovoru koji potpisuje viši inspektor rada Ivan Babić, te se dodaje:

– Obavještavamo vas i da je inspekcijski nadzor koji se odnosi na postupanje građevinske inspekcije u tijeku, a tome ćete naknadno biti izviješteni.

Investitor radova, a doznajemo da je riječ o splitskoj tvrtki "Verdeber James", bit će kažnjen zbog nepoštivanja radnih prava, neplaćanja doprinosa, osiguranja...

Stigao nam je i odgovor Frane Lozića, općinskog načelnika Milne, koji opovrgava navode čitatelja kako lokalna vlast želi zataškati slučaj.

– To nije istina. Upravo suprotno! Istog smo dana, kada smo mailom dobili prijavu, u manje od dva sata reagirali te uputili komunalnog redara da utvrdi navode. Identificirali smo zemljište, te u arhivi općine pronašli pravomoćnu građevinsku dozvolu – kaže Lozić, te sve prisnažuje građevinskom dozvolom izdanom 24. srpnja 2018. godine na ime ulagačke tvrtke "Verdeber James".

U dokumentaciji je navedeno da se dozvola izdaje za rekonstrukciju građevine stambene namjene, na zemljišnoj čestici 990/27, Katastarska općina Milna, a sve je potpisano u supetarskoj ispostavi županijskog Upravnog odjela za graditeljstvo i prostorno uređenje.

Milnarski načelnik tvrdi da "Općina nije ta koja utvrđuje je li građenje u skladu s dozvolom".

– Izvršili smo provjeru i utvrdili da je jedino odstupanje ono u visini kamenog ogradnog zida. Ujedno, dolaskom na zemljište nismo vidjeli postavljenu ploču o zatvaranju gradilišta koju je trebala postaviti državna institucija. I po tko zna koji put ponavljam da se mi u Općini Milna itekako borimo protiv svakog oblika bespravne gradnje – naglasio je Lozić.

Prvi čovjek lokalne vlasti ustvrdio je da svi djelatnici koji rade na gradilištu imaju radne dozvole.

– Provjerili smo i tu tvrdnju, te od investitora zatražili da nam dostave radne dozvole stranih državljana koji su angažirani na gradilištu, pogotovo što je Brač tada dodatno bio u dvotjednoj korona-izolaciji. Dobili smo sve njihove uredne radne dozvole koje je izdao MUP – kazao je Lozić.

No, važno je kazati da se uvidom u dostupne javne sustave Katastra i Zemljišnika može vidjeti da se građevinska dozvola o kojoj govori načelnik odnosi na susjednu parcelu na kojoj je britanska obitelj Verderber potpuno legalno već izgradila željeni objekt.

No, bageri su proteklih tjedana bili "preko zida", na najzapadnijem, priobalnom dijelu čestice koja se vodi pod brojem 990/3 za koju, prema našim saznanjima, nije izdan nikakav dokument o gradnji..

Što će se dalje događati s radovima u zaštićenoj zelenoj zoni, u prvom redu do mora, pratit ćemo i dalje. Jer, kako navode institucije - inspekcijski nadzor je u tijeku.

Nakon našeg teksta o tome kako državljanin Velike Britanije u uvali Duboka kod Milne, na jugozapadnoj obali otoka Brača, devastira prostor ilegalnom gradnjom u zaštićenoj zoni, uz devastaciju pomorskog dobra, stigao nam je i odgovor iz splitskog ureda Državnog inspektorata.

Naime, iz državne institucije naglašavaju kako je obavljen izravni nadzor iz djelokruga inspektora rada. Građani su prijavili da su na ilegalnom gradilištu, na kojem nema ni ploče s imenom izvođača radova ni investitora, angažirani inozemni radnici. Još je bilo čudnije što je u vremenu intenzivnih radova Brač zbog korona-situacije bio u svojevrsnoj karanteni, a otok se moglo samo s valjanim propusnicama.

– Tijekom provođenja cijelog postupka izvršen je i uvid u svu relevantnu radno-pravnu dokumentaciju, a na koncu su utvrđene povrede propisa iz Zakona o mirovinskom osiguranju. Slijedom utvrđenog, protiv poslodavca, kao i odgovorne osobe u tvrtki je zbog navedenih kršenja propisa podnesen optužni prijedlog nadležnom sudu – navodi se u odgovoru koji potpisuje viši inspektor rada Ivan Babić, te se dodaje:

– Obavještavamo vas i da je inspekcijski nadzor koji se odnosi na postupanje građevinske inspekcije u tijeku, a tome ćete naknadno biti izviješteni.

Investitor radova, a doznajemo da je riječ o splitskoj tvrtki "Verdeber James", bit će kažnjen zbog nepoštivanja radnih prava, neplaćanja doprinosa, osiguranja...

Stigao nam je i odgovor Frane Lozića, općinskog načelnika Milne, koji opovrgava navode čitatelja kako lokalna vlast želi zataškati slučaj.

– To nije istina. Upravo suprotno! Istog smo dana, kada smo mailom dobili prijavu, u manje od dva sata reagirali te uputili komunalnog redara da utvrdi navode. Identificirali smo zemljište, te u arhivi općine pronašli pravomoćnu građevinsku dozvolu – kaže Lozić, te sve prisnažuje građevinskom dozvolom izdanom 24. srpnja 2018. godine na ime ulagačke tvrtke "Verdeber James".

U dokumentaciji je navedeno da se dozvola izdaje za rekonstrukciju građevine stambene namjene, na zemljišnoj čestici 990/27, Katastarska općina Milna, a sve je potpisano u supetarskoj ispostavi županijskog Upravnog odjela za graditeljstvo i prostorno uređenje.

Milnarski načelnik tvrdi da "Općina nije ta koja utvrđuje je li građenje u skladu s dozvolom".

– Izvršili smo provjeru i utvrdili da je jedino odstupanje ono u visini kamenog ogradnog zida. Ujedno, dolaskom na zemljište nismo vidjeli postavljenu ploču o zatvaranju gradilišta koju je trebala postaviti državna institucija. I po tko zna koji put ponavljam da se mi u Općini Milna itekako borimo protiv svakog oblika bespravne gradnje – naglasio je Lozić.

Prvi čovjek lokalne vlasti ustvrdio je da svi djelatnici koji rade na gradilištu imaju radne dozvole.

– Provjerili smo i tu tvrdnju, te od investitora zatražili da nam dostave radne dozvole stranih državljana koji su angažirani na gradilištu, pogotovo što je Brač tada dodatno bio u dvotjednoj korona-izolaciji. Dobili smo sve njihove uredne radne dozvole koje je izdao MUP – kazao je Lozić.

No, važno je kazati da se uvidom u dostupne javne sustave Katastra i Zemljišnika može vidjeti da se građevinska dozvola o kojoj govori načelnik odnosi na susjednu parcelu na kojoj je britanska obitelj Verderber potpuno legalno već izgradila željeni objekt.

Što će se dalje događati s radovima u zaštićenoj zelenoj zoni, u prvom redu do mora, pratit ćemo i dalje. Jer, kako navode institucije - inspekcijski nadzor je u tijeku.

Inspektori u bračkoj vali, stižu kazne građevinaru! Načelnik tvrdi: ‘Britanski investitor ima dozvolu‘. Da, ali za susjedno zemljište

Nakon našeg teksta o tome kako državljanin Velike Britanije u uvali Duboka kod Milne, na jugozapadnoj obali otoka Brača, devastira prostor ilegalnom gradnjom u zaštićenoj zoni, uz devastaciju pomorskog dobra, stigao nam je i odgovor iz splitskog ureda Državnog inspektorata.

Naime, iz državne institucije naglašavaju kako je obavljen izravni nadzor iz djelokruga inspektora rada. Građani su prijavili da su na ilegalnom gradilištu, na kojem nema ni ploče s imenom izvođača radova ni investitora, angažirani inozemni radnici. Još je bilo čudnije što je u vremenu intenzivnih radova Brač zbog korona-situacije bio u svojevrsnoj karanteni, a otok se moglo samo s valjanim propusnicama.
