Kad smo ovih dana izvještavali o ljetnoj skupoći na otoku Hvaru, usporedili smo, među ostalim, cijene miješane pizze u Jelsi i Hvaru.

U jednom jelšanskom restoranu konzumirali smo tu vrstu pizze za 10 eura, a na hvarskoj Pjaci nam rekoše da bi nas taj gušt stajao 13,50 eura, premda se cijena tih jela u gradu podno Fortice kreće od 11 do 18 eura, ovisno o vrsti. Mnogi se žale da je to puno, da su cijene otišle u nebo, ali pogledajte račun kojeg nam je ponudio jedan Hvaranin, vlasnik restorana.

On kaže da je njegov prijatelj početkom srpnja bio u austrijskom Lechu, mjestašcu koje je poznato skijalište u okrugu Bludenz, a jedno je i od "postaja" Svjetskog kupa u skijanju. Također, riječ je o jednako popularnom alpskom odredištu i tijekom ljetnih mjeseci, jer po ovim vrućinama koje "okuju" veći dio Eiurope, mnogi pribježište ne traže u (pri)morskim odredištima nego i u planinama.

Kako bilo, miješanu pizzu platio je 18,90 eura. Tiramisu ga je koštao 6,20 eura, a sok od jabuke 3,50 eura.

- Dakle, treba malo pogledati kakve su cijene i u drugim zemljama, skuplji su od nas iako im sada, s obzirom na zemljopisni položaj, nije udarna sezona.

Na našem škoju u lokalima možete pronaći tiramisu već od 3,50 eura, isto kao i sokove. A i pizze su nam puno jeftinije, pa ne razumijem zašto onda kukaju kada se spuste kod nas na more – poručio je naš sugovornik.

Ipak, nitko ne može reći da kod nas cijene zaista nisu značajno porasle i da domaći čovjek s obzirom na mjesečne plaće i mirovine u pravilu mora zaboraviti na restorane. Zanimljivo je da se pojedini vlasnici ugostiteljskih objekata, pa i oni koji se bave pružanjem usluga smještaja, žale da je sezona i nije baš onakva kakvu se očekivalo nakon ulaska u Schengen, pa smo stoga komentar sadašnjih prilika u gradu podno Fortice zatražili u Turističkoj zajednici grada Hvara (TZ).

- Hvar se svojom pozicijom, kvalitetom usluga kao i činjenicom da je prepoznatljiv turistički brand na međunarodnom tržištu, zajedno s Dubrovnikom, izdvaja od ostalih gradova u Hrvatskoj. Korekcija cijena u odnosu na lani, kada govorimo o smještaju i izvanpansionskim uslugama, na razini je 10 do maksimalno 15 posto, a razloge povećanja možemo tražiti u inflaciji, uvođenju eura, kao i činjenici da je povećanje cijena vidljivo u svim segmentima, troškovima poslovanja, nabave, radne snage... - kaže Iva Belaj Šantić, TZ-ova direktorica.

Prema njezinim riječima, kvaliteta, ali i troškovi su različiti pa je teško za očekivati da će cijene biti jednake na cijelom otoku, upravo kao što je teško za očekivati da ćete u Veneciji platiti kavu, pizzu i smještaj jednako kao u Lidu di Jesolu ili Trevisu.

Upravo raznolikost cijena, izbor smještaja u hotelima s pet zvjezdica ili privatni smještaj, fine dining restoran ili konoba, kako u Hvaru tako i na cijelom škoju, omogućuje gostu da izabere uslugu, kvalitetu i cijenu za koju smatra da je njemu prihvatljiva, jednostavno tržište odnosno omjer ponude i potražnje definira cijenu.

- Prije samo tjedan dana na cjenicima u strogom centru Hvara moglo se pronaći: lignje na žaru po cijeni od 20,50 do 23 eura, janjeći kotlet od 24 do 32 eura; pizzu od 11 do 18 eura, burger od 15 do 22 eura; pola litre piva od pet do šest eura; espresso od 1,80 do tri eura, a kavu s mlijekom od 2,20 do četiri eura.

Kada govorimo o "rupama" u sezoni spomenut ću samo to da mi za sada stojimo jako dobro, na razini polugodišnjeg izvještaja od 1. siječnja do 30. lipnja u odnosu na isto lanjsko razdoblje bilježimo povećanje dolazaka za 23 posto, a noćenja 8,42 posto – zaključila je Belaj Šantić, napomenuvši da Hvar nikad nije bio, niti želi biti prosječan, već najbolji, a da je cijena najboljih u pravilu visoka.

Kad smo ovih dana izvještavali o ljetnoj skupoći na otoku Hvaru, usporedili smo, među ostalim, cijene miješane pizze u Jelsi i Hvaru.

U jednom jelšanskom restoranu konzumirali smo tu vrstu pizze za 10 eura, a na hvarskoj Pjaci nam rekoše da bi nas taj gušt stajao 13,50 eura, premda se cijena tih jela u gradu podno Fortice kreće od 11 do 18 eura, ovisno o vrsti. Mnogi se žale da je to puno, da su cijene otišle u nebo, ali pogledajte račun kojeg nam je ponudio jedan Hvaranin, vlasnik restorana.

On kaže da je njegov prijatelj početkom srpnja bio u austrijskom Lechu, mjestašcu koje je poznato skijalište u okrugu Bludenz, a jedno je i od "postaja" Svjetskog kupa u skijanju. Također, riječ je o jednako popularnom alpskom odredištu i tijekom ljetnih mjeseci, jer po ovim vrućinama koje "okuju" veći dio Eiurope, mnogi pribježište ne traže u (pri)morskim odredištima nego i u planinama.

Kako bilo, miješanu pizzu platio je 18,90 eura. Tiramisu ga je koštao 6,20 eura, a sok od jabuke 3,50 eura.

- Dakle, treba malo pogledati kakve su cijene i u drugim zemljama, skuplji su od nas iako im sada, s obzirom na zemljopisni položaj, nije udarna sezona.

Na našem škoju u lokalima možete pronaći tiramisu već od 3,50 eura, isto kao i sokove. A i pizze su nam puno jeftinije, pa ne razumijem zašto onda kukaju kada se spuste kod nas na more – poručio je naš sugovornik.

Ipak, nitko ne može reći da kod nas cijene zaista nisu značajno porasle i da domaći čovjek s obzirom na mjesečne plaće i mirovine u pravilu mora zaboraviti na restorane. Zanimljivo je da se pojedini vlasnici ugostiteljskih objekata, pa i oni koji se bave pružanjem usluga smještaja, žale da je sezona i nije baš onakva kakvu se očekivalo nakon ulaska u Schengen, pa smo stoga komentar sadašnjih prilika u gradu podno Fortice zatražili u Turističkoj zajednici grada Hvara (TZ).

- Hvar se svojom pozicijom, kvalitetom usluga kao i činjenicom da je prepoznatljiv turistički brand na međunarodnom tržištu, zajedno s Dubrovnikom, izdvaja od ostalih gradova u Hrvatskoj. Korekcija cijena u odnosu na lani, kada govorimo o smještaju i izvanpansionskim uslugama, na razini je 10 do maksimalno 15 posto, a razloge povećanja možemo tražiti u inflaciji, uvođenju eura, kao i činjenici da je povećanje cijena vidljivo u svim segmentima, troškovima poslovanja, nabave, radne snage... - kaže Iva Belaj Šantić, TZ-ova direktorica.

Prema njezinim riječima, kvaliteta, ali i troškovi su različiti pa je teško za očekivati da će cijene biti jednake na cijelom otoku, upravo kao što je teško za očekivati da ćete u Veneciji platiti kavu, pizzu i smještaj jednako kao u Lidu di Jesolu ili Trevisu.

Upravo raznolikost cijena, izbor smještaja u hotelima s pet zvjezdica ili privatni smještaj, fine dining restoran ili konoba, kako u Hvaru tako i na cijelom škoju, omogućuje gostu da izabere uslugu, kvalitetu i cijenu za koju smatra da je njemu prihvatljiva, jednostavno tržište odnosno omjer ponude i potražnje definira cijenu.

- Prije samo tjedan dana na cjenicima u strogom centru Hvara moglo se pronaći: lignje na žaru po cijeni od 20,50 do 23 eura, janjeći kotlet od 24 do 32 eura; pizzu od 11 do 18 eura, burger od 15 do 22 eura; pola litre piva od pet do šest eura; espresso od 1,80 do tri eura, a kavu s mlijekom od 2,20 do četiri eura.

Kada govorimo o "rupama" u sezoni spomenut ću samo to da mi za sada stojimo jako dobro, na razini polugodišnjeg izvještaja od 1. siječnja do 30. lipnja u odnosu na isto lanjsko razdoblje bilježimo povećanje dolazaka za 23 posto, a noćenja 8,42 posto – zaključila je Belaj Šantić, napomenuvši da Hvar nikad nije bio, niti želi biti prosječan, već najbolji, a da je cijena najboljih u pravilu visoka.
