Novi, velebni most u Omišu neće imati vjetrobran, zatvarat će ga svaka malo jača bura, izvijestio je u "Slobodnoj" kolega Vinko Vuković. Omiški most zasigurno je jedan od najatraktivnijih na svijetu, jer "izlazi" i "ulazi" u liticu iznad kanjona Cetine na vrtoglavoj visini, ali prema zadarskim iskustvima s Masleničkog mosta na autocesti A1 k – omiški most neće imati burobrane i prema svemu sudeći bura će zatvarati i njega.

Nakon izgradnje Masleničkog mosta, a osobito nakon povezivanja sjevera i juga Hrvatske autocestom, dugo se razmatrala ideja o postavljanju burobrana na Maslenički most, nakon što se shvatilo da ga je Jure Radić projektiro na mjestu gdje su udari bure vrlo jaki i opasni. Zbog toga je pored ceste na prilazu Masleničkom mostu bilo svojevremeno postavljeno i probno polje u dužini od 200 metara s instaliranim burobranima, kako bi se vidjelo na koji način mogu obuzdavati buru na mostu da ne bi dolazilo do njegova zatvaranja.

Evo što se u to vrijeme pisalo o projektu burobrana na Masleničkom mostu.

Još je 2003. godine pokrenut projekt izgradnje burobrana na autocesti Zagreb - Split kojima se pokušavalo barem malo ublažiti stanje duž cijele dionice tunel Sveti Rok - Maslenica. Homogenizaciju uvjeta na podvelebitskoj trasi izradio je Građevinski fakultet kako bi se odgovarajućim tipovima i visinama burobrana brzina vjetra svela ispod 30 m/s (108 km/h), a time se osigurao kontinuirani promet osobnih vozila.

Iako se kao najopasniji dio ove dionice u pravilu izdvaja Maslenički most, udari bure za promet vrlo su opasni na dužini od čak 15 km, od južnog portala tunela Sveti Rok pa do nekoliko stotina metara iza samog mosta. Upravo na toj dionici HAC je u zaštitu od udara bure uložio najviše novca, čak 55,7 milijuna kuna, a riječ je o 1,5 kilometru sustava, takozvanog probnog polja.

Burobrani su, pisao je tada kolega Zdravko Juričko, izgrađeni na tri probne dionice, između tunela Bristovac i Ledenik (poznat po stravičnoj nesreći kada se tegljač zabio u osobni automobil i usmrtio četiri osobe), između tunela Čelinka i Bristovac, te na poziciji nadvožnjaka Baričević. Između tunela Ledenik i Bristovac izgrađen je kameni burobran, a između Bristovca i Čelinke s obje strane je postavljena kombinacija visokog kamenog zida i zaobljenih metalnih ploča.

Na pojedinim lokacijama dodatnu zaštitu od vjetra činili su i nasipi u kombinaciji s burobranima. Maslenički most također je bio uključen u projekt zaštite od bure, jer se dionica zatvarala za promet svih vozila osim osobnih pri snazi bure od 32 m/s (115 km/h), a za osobna vozila pri snazi od 36 m/s (130 km/h), pa se burobranima ta snaga vjetra pokušala ublažiti.

Od te se ideje (i provedbe) u međuvremenu odustalo, jer se shvatilo da se bura na mostovima ne može smanjiti burobranima. Bura je vjetar koji puše na refule, a često mijenja i pravac udara, pa bi postavljanje burobrana na most samo povećalo opterećenje na samu strukturu mosta, a opasnost od udara bure ne bi se smanjila za vozila.

Drugim riječima, postavljanje burobrana na most potpuno je beskorisno, odnosno čak je i opasno jer ugrožava konstrukciju samoga mosta. Jedini "lijek" protiv bure je ograničenje brzine, te u konačnici zatvaranje prometa kad udari bure pređu određenu granicu.

Tako to Hrvatske autoceste godinama i rade, kad bura postane prejaka, zatvara se promet autocestom od Svetog Roka do Posedarja, te se automobili preusmjeravaju okolnim cestama, preko "starog" Masleničkog mosta na Jadranskoj magistrali koji se rijetko zatvara jer su udari bure na tom mjestu znatno manji. Doduše, između tunela Bristovac i Ledenik, te između tunela Čelinka i Bristovac i nadvožnjaku Baričevići ostali su postavljeni burobrani koji donekle ublažavaju udare bure, ali kad vjetar postane prejak ne pomažu niti ti burobrani već se dionica zatvara za promet u cijelosti.

U Hrvatskom meteorološkom časopisu Alica Bajić u izvornom znanstvenom radu "Opterećenje građevinskih konstrukcija burom" došla je do zaključka da se pri projektiranju građevinskih konstrukcija na područjima s olujnom burom mora uzeti u obzir dinamička komponenta opterećenja koja je na priobalju (osobito podno Velebita) bitno veća od one preporučene europskom normom.

- Analiza utjecaja turbulencije na opterećenje građevinskih konstrukcija olujnim vjetrom (na Masleničkom i Dubrovačkom mostu, te na Senjskoj kuli) pokazala je da se pri projektiranju građevina na priobalju, gdje brzina vjetra postiže ekstremne vrijednosti u situacijama s olujnom burom, mora uzeti u obzir utjecaj turbulentne komponente vjetra na opterećenje građevinske konstrukcije ili tzv. dinamičko opterećenje.

Primjer jedne od najjačih ikad izmjerenih bura na Jadranu pokazao je da je tlak vjetra proračunat uzimajući u obzir dinamičko opterećenje konstrukcije gotovo četiri puta veći od onog koji se dobije uzimajući u obzir samo maksimalnu očekivanu 10-minutnu brzinu vjetra, tj. samo statičko opterećenje vjetrom.

Dakle, pri procjeni djelovanja vjetra na konstrukcije nužno je uzeti u obzir obje komponente opterećenja (statičko i dinamičko) kako bi parametri korišteni pri projektiranju osigurali izgradnju stabilne konstrukcije otporne na djelovanje vjetra. Neuvažavanje ove činjenice u praksi dovodi svake godine do rušenja ili oštećenja konstrukcija, posebno brojnijih i složenijih visokih objekata koji se grade – zaključila je autorica.

Novi, velebni most u Omišu neće imati vjetrobran, zatvarat će ga svaka malo jača bura, izvijestio je u "Slobodnoj" kolega Vinko Vuković. Omiški most zasigurno je jedan od najatraktivnijih na svijetu, jer "izlazi" i "ulazi" u liticu iznad kanjona Cetine na vrtoglavoj visini, ali prema zadarskim iskustvima s Masleničkog mosta na autocesti A1 k – omiški most neće imati burobrane i prema svemu sudeći bura će zatvarati i njega.

Nakon izgradnje Masleničkog mosta, a osobito nakon povezivanja sjevera i juga Hrvatske autocestom, dugo se razmatrala ideja o postavljanju burobrana na Maslenički most, nakon što se shvatilo da ga je Jure Radić projektiro na mjestu gdje su udari bure vrlo jaki i opasni. Zbog toga je pored ceste na prilazu Masleničkom mostu bilo svojevremeno postavljeno i probno polje u dužini od 200 metara s instaliranim burobranima, kako bi se vidjelo na koji način mogu obuzdavati buru na mostu da ne bi dolazilo do njegova zatvaranja.

Evo što se u to vrijeme pisalo o projektu burobrana na Masleničkom mostu.

Još je 2003. godine pokrenut projekt izgradnje burobrana na autocesti Zagreb - Split kojima se pokušavalo barem malo ublažiti stanje duž cijele dionice tunel Sveti Rok - Maslenica. Homogenizaciju uvjeta na podvelebitskoj trasi izradio je Građevinski fakultet kako bi se odgovarajućim tipovima i visinama burobrana brzina vjetra svela ispod 30 m/s (108 km/h), a time se osigurao kontinuirani promet osobnih vozila.

Iako se kao najopasniji dio ove dionice u pravilu izdvaja Maslenički most, udari bure za promet vrlo su opasni na dužini od čak 15 km, od južnog portala tunela Sveti Rok pa do nekoliko stotina metara iza samog mosta. Upravo na toj dionici HAC je u zaštitu od udara bure uložio najviše novca, čak 55,7 milijuna kuna, a riječ je o 1,5 kilometru sustava, takozvanog probnog polja.

Burobrani su, pisao je tada kolega Zdravko Juričko, izgrađeni na tri probne dionice, između tunela Bristovac i Ledenik (poznat po stravičnoj nesreći kada se tegljač zabio u osobni automobil i usmrtio četiri osobe), između tunela Čelinka i Bristovac, te na poziciji nadvožnjaka Baričević. Između tunela Ledenik i Bristovac izgrađen je kameni burobran, a između Bristovca i Čelinke s obje strane je postavljena kombinacija visokog kamenog zida i zaobljenih metalnih ploča.

Na pojedinim lokacijama dodatnu zaštitu od vjetra činili su i nasipi u kombinaciji s burobranima. Maslenički most također je bio uključen u projekt zaštite od bure, jer se dionica zatvarala za promet svih vozila osim osobnih pri snazi bure od 32 m/s (115 km/h), a za osobna vozila pri snazi od 36 m/s (130 km/h), pa se burobranima ta snaga vjetra pokušala ublažiti.

Od te se ideje (i provedbe) u međuvremenu odustalo, jer se shvatilo da se bura na mostovima ne može smanjiti burobranima. Bura je vjetar koji puše na refule, a često mijenja i pravac udara, pa bi postavljanje burobrana na most samo povećalo opterećenje na samu strukturu mosta, a opasnost od udara bure ne bi se smanjila za vozila.

Drugim riječima, postavljanje burobrana na most potpuno je beskorisno, odnosno čak je i opasno jer ugrožava konstrukciju samoga mosta. Jedini "lijek" protiv bure je ograničenje brzine, te u konačnici zatvaranje prometa kad udari bure pređu određenu granicu.

Tako to Hrvatske autoceste godinama i rade, kad bura postane prejaka, zatvara se promet autocestom od Svetog Roka do Posedarja, te se automobili preusmjeravaju okolnim cestama, preko "starog" Masleničkog mosta na Jadranskoj magistrali koji se rijetko zatvara jer su udari bure na tom mjestu znatno manji. Doduše, između tunela Bristovac i Ledenik, te između tunela Čelinka i Bristovac i nadvožnjaku Baričevići ostali su postavljeni burobrani koji donekle ublažavaju udare bure, ali kad vjetar postane prejak ne pomažu niti ti burobrani već se dionica zatvara za promet u cijelosti.

U Hrvatskom meteorološkom časopisu Alica Bajić u izvornom znanstvenom radu "Opterećenje građevinskih konstrukcija burom" došla je do zaključka da se pri projektiranju građevinskih konstrukcija na područjima s olujnom burom mora uzeti u obzir dinamička komponenta opterećenja koja je na priobalju (osobito podno Velebita) bitno veća od one preporučene europskom normom.

- Analiza utjecaja turbulencije na opterećenje građevinskih konstrukcija olujnim vjetrom (na Masleničkom i Dubrovačkom mostu, te na Senjskoj kuli) pokazala je da se pri projektiranju građevina na priobalju, gdje brzina vjetra postiže ekstremne vrijednosti u situacijama s olujnom burom, mora uzeti u obzir utjecaj turbulentne komponente vjetra na opterećenje građevinske konstrukcije ili tzv. dinamičko opterećenje.

Primjer jedne od najjačih ikad izmjerenih bura na Jadranu pokazao je da je tlak vjetra proračunat uzimajući u obzir dinamičko opterećenje konstrukcije gotovo četiri puta veći od onog koji se dobije uzimajući u obzir samo maksimalnu očekivanu 10-minutnu brzinu vjetra, tj. samo statičko opterećenje vjetrom.

Dakle, pri procjeni djelovanja vjetra na konstrukcije nužno je uzeti u obzir obje komponente opterećenja (statičko i dinamičko) kako bi parametri korišteni pri projektiranju osigurali izgradnju stabilne konstrukcije otporne na djelovanje vjetra. Neuvažavanje ove činjenice u praksi dovodi svake godine do rušenja ili oštećenja konstrukcija, posebno brojnijih i složenijih visokih objekata koji se grade – zaključila je autorica.
