Postavljanje ograde oko nekadašnje upravne zgrade "Revije", nekoć najpoznatije šibenske tekstilne tvornice s pogonima u Bilicama, označilo je početak radova na njezinoj obnovi.

Derutna zgrada smještena između Stare pošte i bivšeg hotela "Krka", koji je u jednako nezavidnom stanju, nakon dvogodišnjih građevinskih radova trebala bi se pretvoriti u arhitektonski atraktivnu točku, s tim da će pola objekta imati poslovnu namjenu, a druga polovica stambenu.

Riječ je o objektu površine 430 četvornih metara, na koji se tvrtka "Expo Šibenik", osnovana u travnju prošle godine, uknjižila sredinom prosinca 2022. na temelju kupoprodajnog ugovora s dodatašnjim privatnim vlasnicima. Upravo je “Expo Šibenik” investitor aktualnog projekta, a izvođač radova je šibenski “Inovator”.

Procijenjena vrijednost ulaganja iznosi 5,5 milijuna eura, a tim iznosim bi se trebala izgraditi dvonamjenska zgrada od pet katova sa stanom na najvišoj etaži (penthouse) i otvorenom terasom na vrhu koja će zasigurno promijeniti vizuru priobalnog dijela Šibenika, ali i cijeloga grada.

Osim Filipa Višića, glavnog ulagača i direktora tvrtke "Expo Šibenik", u projekt je uključen i Bashar Egemen, nekadašnji predstavnik turske "Dogus grupe" i, također nekadašnji, predsjednik Građanskog košarkaškog kluba "Šibenik", koji u ovom ima ulogu koordinatora.

– Živim u Šibeniku već 13 godina, sudjelovao sam i investirao u nekoliko projekata u gradu pa pretpostavljam da su me voditelji ovog projekta u svoj tim pozvali zbog moga prethodnog iskustva u sličnim projektima. Što se obnove tiče, zgrada će ukupno imati pet katova s podzemnom garažom, imat će poslovne prostore i prostore stambene namjene te penthouse s terasom na vrhu.

Po mome mišljenju, u najboljem scenariju radovi bi mogli biti gotovi do kraja 2024. godine, ali, naravno, sve ovisi o izvođačima radova, uvijek nešto može poći po zlu pa da nam se radovi odulje, to nikada ne znamo – naglašava Egemen.

Na pitanje zna li da je to nekoć bila upravna zgrada tekstilne tvrtke "Revija", koja je Šibeniku bila od velike važnosti, kroz osmijeh odgovara da o Šibeniku zna ono što se događalo i postojalo unutar posljednjih 13 godina, ali ne i ono prije toga.

– Mislim da će ovaj objekt zaista lijepo izgledati i da će gradu zasigurno dati neki novi “look”. Sada ta zgrada izgleda jako ružno i potrebna joj je obnova, a nadamo se da ćemo na naše i na zadovoljstvo svih Šibenčana zaista napraviti nešto inovativno, funkcionalno i oku lijepo – zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Prije četiri i pol godine, podsjetimo, spomenuta nekretnina bila je ponuđena potencijalnim kupcima za gotovo 1,3 milijuna eura, odnosno za 9,5 milijuna kuna, što je predstavljalo znatno viši iznos od onoj koji je bio dosegnut 2012. godine kada je za 3,3 milijuna kuna bila prodana u stečaju "Revije", poznatom kao najduljem takvom postupku u povijesti Hrvatske.

U to doba projekt je imao važeću građevinsku dozvolu za podizanje hotela na križanju Splitskog puta i Ulice Vladimira Nazora, a aktualni ključni "papir" za planiranu izgradnju, službeno prijavljenu kao rekonstrukcija, pravomoćan je od sredine kolovoza prošle godine.

Postavljanje ograde oko nekadašnje upravne zgrade "Revije", nekoć najpoznatije šibenske tekstilne tvornice s pogonima u Bilicama, označilo je početak radova na njezinoj obnovi.

Derutna zgrada smještena između Stare pošte i bivšeg hotela "Krka", koji je u jednako nezavidnom stanju, nakon dvogodišnjih građevinskih radova trebala bi se pretvoriti u arhitektonski atraktivnu točku, s tim da će pola objekta imati poslovnu namjenu, a druga polovica stambenu.

Riječ je o objektu površine 430 četvornih metara, na koji se tvrtka "Expo Šibenik", osnovana u travnju prošle godine, uknjižila sredinom prosinca 2022. na temelju kupoprodajnog ugovora s dodatašnjim privatnim vlasnicima. Upravo je “Expo Šibenik” investitor aktualnog projekta, a izvođač radova je šibenski “Inovator”.

Procijenjena vrijednost ulaganja iznosi 5,5 milijuna eura, a tim iznosim bi se trebala izgraditi dvonamjenska zgrada od pet katova sa stanom na najvišoj etaži (penthouse) i otvorenom terasom na vrhu koja će zasigurno promijeniti vizuru priobalnog dijela Šibenika, ali i cijeloga grada.

Osim Filipa Višića, glavnog ulagača i direktora tvrtke "Expo Šibenik", u projekt je uključen i Bashar Egemen, nekadašnji predstavnik turske "Dogus grupe" i, također nekadašnji, predsjednik Građanskog košarkaškog kluba "Šibenik", koji u ovom ima ulogu koordinatora.

– Živim u Šibeniku već 13 godina, sudjelovao sam i investirao u nekoliko projekata u gradu pa pretpostavljam da su me voditelji ovog projekta u svoj tim pozvali zbog moga prethodnog iskustva u sličnim projektima. Što se obnove tiče, zgrada će ukupno imati pet katova s podzemnom garažom, imat će poslovne prostore i prostore stambene namjene te penthouse s terasom na vrhu.

Po mome mišljenju, u najboljem scenariju radovi bi mogli biti gotovi do kraja 2024. godine, ali, naravno, sve ovisi o izvođačima radova, uvijek nešto može poći po zlu pa da nam se radovi odulje, to nikada ne znamo – naglašava Egemen.

Na pitanje zna li da je to nekoć bila upravna zgrada tekstilne tvrtke "Revija", koja je Šibeniku bila od velike važnosti, kroz osmijeh odgovara da o Šibeniku zna ono što se događalo i postojalo unutar posljednjih 13 godina, ali ne i ono prije toga.

– Mislim da će ovaj objekt zaista lijepo izgledati i da će gradu zasigurno dati neki novi “look”. Sada ta zgrada izgleda jako ružno i potrebna joj je obnova, a nadamo se da ćemo na naše i na zadovoljstvo svih Šibenčana zaista napraviti nešto inovativno, funkcionalno i oku lijepo – zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Prije četiri i pol godine, podsjetimo, spomenuta nekretnina bila je ponuđena potencijalnim kupcima za gotovo 1,3 milijuna eura, odnosno za 9,5 milijuna kuna, što je predstavljalo znatno viši iznos od onoj koji je bio dosegnut 2012. godine kada je za 3,3 milijuna kuna bila prodana u stečaju "Revije", poznatom kao najduljem takvom postupku u povijesti Hrvatske.

U to doba projekt je imao važeću građevinsku dozvolu za podizanje hotela na križanju Splitskog puta i Ulice Vladimira Nazora, a aktualni ključni "papir" za planiranu izgradnju, službeno prijavljenu kao rekonstrukcija, pravomoćan je od sredine kolovoza prošle godine.
