Sadašnja površina koja je većim dijelom u vlasništvu Grada, a manjim u privatnom vlasništvu te se još koristi kao gradski parking koji se nalazi pored križanja ulica Neretvanskih knezova i Kralja Petra Krešimira, točnije u blizini stepenica koje vode prema gradskoj plaži i hotelu "Dalmacija", zadnjim izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana, predviđena je za gradnju hotela, odnosno T zonu, što je potvrdio i gradonačelnik Jure Brkan.

Međutim, gradski parking ove je godine kasnije negoli je to uobičajeno počeo s radom, pa je vijećnica SDP-a Gordana Muhtić došla do saznanja da privatnik čak naplaćuje parkiranje u ime Grada na gradskom dijelu i da je slično bilo i u rujnu kada je Grad prestao s naplatom parkiranja. Zbog toga ju je zanimalo tko je ove godine i u kojem točno razdoblju upravljao gradskim parkirnim dijelom te koliko iznose uprihodovana sredstva.

Prema riječima gradonačelnika Jure Brkana koji se osvrnuo na namjenu ove zone, poznato je da je Grad Makarska zbog parkinga tzv. šumice imao sudsku parnicu koju je izgubio, međutim obje parcele šumice su bile mješovita žuta građevna zona i tamo je mogla biti zgrada.

Natječaj se odužio

– Izmjenama PPU-a to smo promijenili i šumica je postala crvena hotelska zona i tamo može biti jedino hotel. Daljnji plan administracije ove gradske uprave je da tu našu parcelu prodamo. Grad trenutačno nema nikakvih velikih aspiracija za gradnju hotela na tom mjestu, ali mišljenja smo da je to visoko vrijedna parcela za koju Grad može dobiti stvarno veliku svotu novca, koju možemo uložiti za potrebnije stvari – rekao je Brkan. Potom je način naplate parkinga ovog ljeta u šumici, pojasnio Antonio Zec, voditelj Pogona za obavljanje komunalnih djelatnosti.

Kako je kazao Zec, Pogon naplatu parkiranja na parkingu šumica provodi već dugi niz godina i prošle godine je od toga uprihodio više od 100 tisuća kuna, i to samo na dijelu kojim gospodari Grad Makarska. Međutim, ove godine se natječaj za radnika na naplati parkiranja malo odužio zbog uloženih žalbi, pa je kasnila i naplata parkiranja.

Male plaće

– Prije bismo jedva našli zainteresiranog kandidata za naplatu parkiranja na tom parkingu jer se svi žale da su plaće od 4 tisuće kuna male. Ove godine je bilo puno više kandidata za koje postupak provodi kadrovska služba Grada, uložene su određene žalbe pa smo morali ispoštovati sve zakonske rokove i zbog toga se sve malo odužilo tako da se naplata normalizirala iza 10. srpnja, a do tada je djelatnik koji je bio na raspolaganju radio dvokratno – rekao je Zec, dodavši da obitelj Franković koja je u vlasništvu druge polovine zemljišta, svoj dio parcele iznajmljuju svake godine nekom obrtu s kojim sklope ugovor o naplati parkiranja.

– Neki gosti bi kupili kartu za parking i onda ne bi znali gdje se parkirati, to je bilo u nekoliko navrata te smo vrlo brzo reagirali, a onda je kolega od kadrovske službe dobio nalog da na tom parkingu može raditi u dvije smjene. Do tada smo se krpali pa su se događali neki nesporazumi, ali ne bih kao istinitu informaciju uzeo to da je netko naplaćivao parking nauštrb Grada – kazao je Zec.

Sadašnja površina koja je većim dijelom u vlasništvu Grada, a manjim u privatnom vlasništvu te se još koristi kao gradski parking koji se nalazi pored križanja ulica Neretvanskih knezova i Kralja Petra Krešimira, točnije u blizini stepenica koje vode prema gradskoj plaži i hotelu "Dalmacija", zadnjim izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana, predviđena je za gradnju hotela, odnosno T zonu, što je potvrdio i gradonačelnik Jure Brkan.

Međutim, gradski parking ove je godine kasnije negoli je to uobičajeno počeo s radom, pa je vijećnica SDP-a Gordana Muhtić došla do saznanja da privatnik čak naplaćuje parkiranje u ime Grada na gradskom dijelu i da je slično bilo i u rujnu kada je Grad prestao s naplatom parkiranja. Zbog toga ju je zanimalo tko je ove godine i u kojem točno razdoblju upravljao gradskim parkirnim dijelom te koliko iznose uprihodovana sredstva.

Prema riječima gradonačelnika Jure Brkana koji se osvrnuo na namjenu ove zone, poznato je da je Grad Makarska zbog parkinga tzv. šumice imao sudsku parnicu koju je izgubio, međutim obje parcele šumice su bile mješovita žuta građevna zona i tamo je mogla biti zgrada.

Natječaj se odužio

– Izmjenama PPU-a to smo promijenili i šumica je postala crvena hotelska zona i tamo može biti jedino hotel. Daljnji plan administracije ove gradske uprave je da tu našu parcelu prodamo. Grad trenutačno nema nikakvih velikih aspiracija za gradnju hotela na tom mjestu, ali mišljenja smo da je to visoko vrijedna parcela za koju Grad može dobiti stvarno veliku svotu novca, koju možemo uložiti za potrebnije stvari – rekao je Brkan. Potom je način naplate parkinga ovog ljeta u šumici, pojasnio Antonio Zec, voditelj Pogona za obavljanje komunalnih djelatnosti.

Kako je kazao Zec, Pogon naplatu parkiranja na parkingu šumica provodi već dugi niz godina i prošle godine je od toga uprihodio više od 100 tisuća kuna, i to samo na dijelu kojim gospodari Grad Makarska. Međutim, ove godine se natječaj za radnika na naplati parkiranja malo odužio zbog uloženih žalbi, pa je kasnila i naplata parkiranja.

Male plaće

– Prije bismo jedva našli zainteresiranog kandidata za naplatu parkiranja na tom parkingu jer se svi žale da su plaće od 4 tisuće kuna male. Ove godine je bilo puno više kandidata za koje postupak provodi kadrovska služba Grada, uložene su određene žalbe pa smo morali ispoštovati sve zakonske rokove i zbog toga se sve malo odužilo tako da se naplata normalizirala iza 10. srpnja, a do tada je djelatnik koji je bio na raspolaganju radio dvokratno – rekao je Zec, dodavši da obitelj Franković koja je u vlasništvu druge polovine zemljišta, svoj dio parcele iznajmljuju svake godine nekom obrtu s kojim sklope ugovor o naplati parkiranja.

– Neki gosti bi kupili kartu za parking i onda ne bi znali gdje se parkirati, to je bilo u nekoliko navrata te smo vrlo brzo reagirali, a onda je kolega od kadrovske službe dobio nalog da na tom parkingu može raditi u dvije smjene. Do tada smo se krpali pa su se događali neki nesporazumi, ali ne bih kao istinitu informaciju uzeo to da je netko naplaćivao parking nauštrb Grada – kazao je Zec.

Šumica idealna za gradnju hotela: makarske vlasti izmijenila prostorni plan uz gradsku plažu

Sadašnja površina koja je većim dijelom u vlasništvu Grada, a manjim u privatnom vlasništvu te se još koristi kao gradski parking koji se nalazi pored križanja ulica Neretvanskih knezova i Kralja Petra Krešimira, točnije u blizini stepenica koje vode prema gradskoj plaži i hotelu "Dalmacija", zadnjim izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana, predviđena je za gradnju hotela, odnosno T zonu, što je potvrdio i gradonačelnik Jure Brkan.

Međutim, gradski parking ove je godine kasnije negoli je to uobičajeno počeo s radom, pa je vijećnica SDP-a Gordana Muhtić došla do saznanja da privatnik čak naplaćuje parkiranje u ime Grada na gradskom dijelu i da je slično bilo i u rujnu kada je Grad prestao s naplatom parkiranja.
