Ne vidim nikakvog razloga za toliko ‘dizanje prašine‘ oko jedne odluke koju je naše Nastavničko vijeće jednoglasno donijelo još prije tjedan dana, dakle prije nego što su isto odlučili u Hrvatskom saboru te prije izjave ministra Radovana Fuchsa. Gotovo mi je smiješno koliko se problematiziraju ta dva ili tri školska sata. Željeli smo samo biti pragmatični, ne ‘gurati glavu u pijesak‘ i pretvarati se da je to običan dan. Zamislite sat u kojemu sjede 24 učenika u učionici dok se igra utakmica – hoće li oni u tom trenutku doista biti potpuno u nastavi ili u mislima negdje drugdje?

Govori to Tihomir Tomčić, ravnatelj zadarske srednje Strukovne škole "Vice Vlatkovića", jedne od onih koja će u srijedu, zbog prve utakmice hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije s Marokom na Svjetskom nogometnom prvenstvu u Kataru koja počinje u 11 sati, skratiti nastavu do 10.30 sati toga dana. Dakle, učenici će biti obvezni nazočiti na tri ranija školska sata koja imaju prema rasporedu, a onda će moći otići kućama ili gdje već žele pratiti utakmicu, dok dio učenika koji bude želio može ostati i u školi gledati ‘balun‘ budući da je ta srednja škola dobro opremljena: u svakoj učionici postoje pametne ploče i interaktivni monitori, a u školi imaju i multimedijsku dvoranu u koju stane 70 osoba.

- Neće biti organiziranog gledanja utakmice jer nemamo toliko veliku dvoranu da bi u nju mogli stati svi zainteresirani učenici i nastavnici. Ali, ostat će mogućnost praćenja utakmice po učionicama. U našoj školi čak je pedeset posto putnika, možda će netko od njih htjeti ostati u to vrijeme u školi i ondje pogledati utakmicu. Međutim, ništa nećemo učiniti bez suglasnosti roditelja, koje smo obavijestili o odluci Nastavničkog vijeća. U posljednjih deset godina pravilo je ove škole da učenika, čak i kada se potuži na neke bolove i zdravstveno stanje, ne puštamo iz škole i s nastave prije nego što pozovemo njegove roditelje – prepričava Tomčić.

Zadarska škola jedna je od onih čije je ime dospjelo u javnost kao jedne od, čini se, rijetkih u kojima će se taj dan zbog nogometne utakmice prekinuti nastava. Škola je to iskomunicirala s roditeljima, a prema prvim informacijama, gotovo svi roditelji podržavaju odluku Nastavničkog vijeća o skraćivanju nastave u srijedu.

- S druge strane, možemo mi i održati nastavu za one koji ne žele gledati utakmicu! Konačnu odluku donijet ćemo u utorak, sve ovisi o tome što će reći roditelji – kaže o tome Tomčić, ne bez čuđenja o tolikom medijskom interesu za ovu temu. Kako je ponovio, Nastavničko je vijeće odluku o skraćivanju nastave donijelo prije izjave ministra Fuchsa, koja je već podigla dovoljno bure u javnosti. Podsjetimo, obrazovni ministar Radovan Fuchs kazao je prije nekoliko dana kako škole u svojim prostorima, ako se tako dogovore nastavnici i ravnatelji, mogu omogućiti gledanje utakmica hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije u Kataru, ali uz uvjet da se nadoknadi propuštena nastava.

Zadarski ravnatelj kaže kako s nadoknadama ne bi trebalo biti problema samim tim što se očekuje da oni roditelji koji su pristali da djeca propuste dio nastave zbog utakmica, ujedno suglasni da se propušteni dio nadoknadi. Također, podsjeća kako je školskim kalendarom planirano 180 nastavnih dana, od kojih je 175 obvezno (za maturante 165). Višak dana, onaj iznad obvezne satnice, obično čine nenastavni radni dani unutar kojih se planiraju sadržaji poput dana škole, dana grada, sportski dani, natjecanja, ekskurzije i slično – pa se i izgubljene školske sate u srijedu zbog utakmice, njih u prosjeku dva, tri po razredu, može uvrstiti u taj ‘višak‘ obveznih godišnjih sati, kaže Tomčić.

- Dosad u školi nismo potrošili nijedan takav sat. A znate li koliko je udio ova dva izgubljena školska sata u srijedu? U trogodišnjim programima oni imaju udio od 0,00137 ukupnih godišnjih sati, a u četverogodišnjim 0,0017. To dovoljno govori koliko će naši učenici "ispaštati". Što je s mojih 150 učenika koji će taj dan biti na praktičnoj nastavi kod obrtnika, poduzetnika? Hoće li i njih netko ići provjeravati rade li ili gledaju utakmicu? – pita ravnatelj Tomčić, koji ističe kako nitko "ne diže halabuku" kada se razboli profesor fizike, matematike ili strukovnih predmeta, zbog čega nije moguće odraditi predviđenu satnicu.

- Ovaj tjedan naša nastavnica matematike polaže stručni ispit u Splitu i škola će zbog toga izgubiti samo ovaj tjedan 22 sata nastave. Ne možete pronaći matematičara za punu normu da se ne znam koliko trudite, ali to se toliko ne problematizira – upozorava Tomčić, koji ne vidi ništa sporno u najavama ministra Fuchsa o mogućnosti gledanja utakmica hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije u školama:

- Meni je ta izjava ministra super i njome je pokazao da je škola život, a ne crno-bijeli svijet. Ministar je pokazao toplinu, ljudskost, racionalnost, realnost – nahvalio je zadarski ravnatelj čelnog čovjeka u resoru obrazovanja.

Ne vidim nikakvog razloga za toliko ‘dizanje prašine‘ oko jedne odluke koju je naše Nastavničko vijeće jednoglasno donijelo još prije tjedan dana, dakle prije nego što su isto odlučili u Hrvatskom saboru te prije izjave ministra Radovana Fuchsa. Gotovo mi je smiješno koliko se problematiziraju ta dva ili tri školska sata. Željeli smo samo biti pragmatični, ne ‘gurati glavu u pijesak‘ i pretvarati se da je to običan dan. Zamislite sat u kojemu sjede 24 učenika u učionici dok se igra utakmica – hoće li oni u tom trenutku doista biti potpuno u nastavi ili u mislima negdje drugdje?

Govori to Tihomir Tomčić, ravnatelj zadarske srednje Strukovne škole "Vice Vlatkovića", jedne od onih koja će u srijedu, zbog prve utakmice hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije s Marokom na Svjetskom nogometnom prvenstvu u Kataru koja počinje u 11 sati, skratiti nastavu do 10.30 sati toga dana. Dakle, učenici će biti obvezni nazočiti na tri ranija školska sata koja imaju prema rasporedu, a onda će moći otići kućama ili gdje već žele pratiti utakmicu, dok dio učenika koji bude želio može ostati i u školi gledati ‘balun‘ budući da je ta srednja škola dobro opremljena: u svakoj učionici postoje pametne ploče i interaktivni monitori, a u školi imaju i multimedijsku dvoranu u koju stane 70 osoba.

- Neće biti organiziranog gledanja utakmice jer nemamo toliko veliku dvoranu da bi u nju mogli stati svi zainteresirani učenici i nastavnici. Ali, ostat će mogućnost praćenja utakmice po učionicama. U našoj školi čak je pedeset posto putnika, možda će netko od njih htjeti ostati u to vrijeme u školi i ondje pogledati utakmicu. Međutim, ništa nećemo učiniti bez suglasnosti roditelja, koje smo obavijestili o odluci Nastavničkog vijeća. U posljednjih deset godina pravilo je ove škole da učenika, čak i kada se potuži na neke bolove i zdravstveno stanje, ne puštamo iz škole i s nastave prije nego što pozovemo njegove roditelje – prepričava Tomčić.

Zadarska škola jedna je od onih čije je ime dospjelo u javnost kao jedne od, čini se, rijetkih u kojima će se taj dan zbog nogometne utakmice prekinuti nastava. Škola je to iskomunicirala s roditeljima, a prema prvim informacijama, gotovo svi roditelji podržavaju odluku Nastavničkog vijeća o skraćivanju nastave u srijedu.

- S druge strane, možemo mi i održati nastavu za one koji ne žele gledati utakmicu! Konačnu odluku donijet ćemo u utorak, sve ovisi o tome što će reći roditelji – kaže o tome Tomčić, ne bez čuđenja o tolikom medijskom interesu za ovu temu. Kako je ponovio, Nastavničko je vijeće odluku o skraćivanju nastave donijelo prije izjave ministra Fuchsa, koja je već podigla dovoljno bure u javnosti. Podsjetimo, obrazovni ministar Radovan Fuchs kazao je prije nekoliko dana kako škole u svojim prostorima, ako se tako dogovore nastavnici i ravnatelji, mogu omogućiti gledanje utakmica hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije u Kataru, ali uz uvjet da se nadoknadi propuštena nastava.

Zadarski ravnatelj kaže kako s nadoknadama ne bi trebalo biti problema samim tim što se očekuje da oni roditelji koji su pristali da djeca propuste dio nastave zbog utakmica, ujedno suglasni da se propušteni dio nadoknadi. Također, podsjeća kako je školskim kalendarom planirano 180 nastavnih dana, od kojih je 175 obvezno (za maturante 165). Višak dana, onaj iznad obvezne satnice, obično čine nenastavni radni dani unutar kojih se planiraju sadržaji poput dana škole, dana grada, sportski dani, natjecanja, ekskurzije i slično – pa se i izgubljene školske sate u srijedu zbog utakmice, njih u prosjeku dva, tri po razredu, može uvrstiti u taj ‘višak‘ obveznih godišnjih sati, kaže Tomčić.

- Dosad u školi nismo potrošili nijedan takav sat. A znate li koliko je udio ova dva izgubljena školska sata u srijedu? U trogodišnjim programima oni imaju udio od 0,00137 ukupnih godišnjih sati, a u četverogodišnjim 0,0017. To dovoljno govori koliko će naši učenici "ispaštati". Što je s mojih 150 učenika koji će taj dan biti na praktičnoj nastavi kod obrtnika, poduzetnika? Hoće li i njih netko ići provjeravati rade li ili gledaju utakmicu? – pita ravnatelj Tomčić, koji ističe kako nitko "ne diže halabuku" kada se razboli profesor fizike, matematike ili strukovnih predmeta, zbog čega nije moguće odraditi predviđenu satnicu.

- Ovaj tjedan naša nastavnica matematike polaže stručni ispit u Splitu i škola će zbog toga izgubiti samo ovaj tjedan 22 sata nastave. Ne možete pronaći matematičara za punu normu da se ne znam koliko trudite, ali to se toliko ne problematizira – upozorava Tomčić, koji ne vidi ništa sporno u najavama ministra Fuchsa o mogućnosti gledanja utakmica hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije u školama:

- Meni je ta izjava ministra super i njome je pokazao da je škola život, a ne crno-bijeli svijet. Ministar je pokazao toplinu, ljudskost, racionalnost, realnost – nahvalio je zadarski ravnatelj čelnog čovjeka u resoru obrazovanja.
