Samoborska "DIV grupa" iza koje stoji Tomislav Debeljak, dalmatinskoj javnosti poznat kao vlasnik splitskog brodogradilišta i kninske tvornice vijaka. koja je izabrana za graditelja cestovnog mosta iznad solinske Širine, druge prometne točke po frekvenciji u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, prije nekoliko dana zatražila je otvaranje predstečajnog postupka.

Hoće li to dodatno zakomplicirati cijelu situaciju i odgoditi stvarni početak radova uz aktualnu odgodu vezanu uz arheološka istraživanja koja traju već duže od tri mjeseca, budući da je izvođač službeno uveden u posao 24. siječnja, sigurno se sada pitaju mnogi, a odgovore smo pokušali doznati kod investitora "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC).

Naime, u nekoliko navrata se sa službenih razina najavljivalo kako će radovi na ovom velikom infrastrukturnom projektu vrijednom 172 milijuna kuna, kojim bi se rasteretio jedan od cestovnih ulaza u Split, započeti prošle godine, nakon završetka turističke sezone.

Unatoč pustim najavama, potom se odužio postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole, a nakon što je taj dokument konačno i "pečatiran", izvođač radova je u nazočnosti Olega Butkovića, ministra prometa, i Josipa Škorića, HC-ova čelnika, uveden u posao krajem siječnja, s rokom dovršetka radova od dvije godine.

- Zasada ne možemo sa sigurnošću kazati hoće li biti problema s daljnjom realizacijom projekta radi situacije s kojom se suočio izvođač. Sredstva za projekt su osigurana te ćemo u okviru međusobnih ugovornih odnosa učiniti sve da projekt ne bude doveden u pitanje i da se izvođaču ne pogoršava situacija u kojoj se našao – tvrdi Tamara Pajić iz HC-ova Ureda za odnose s javnošću, investitora projekta.

Međutim, pouzdano se iz njihova odgovora zna da se arheološka istraživanja nastavljaju, pa se po svemu tome može pretpostaviti kako će proći još jedna turistička sezona bez kvalitetnijeg prometnog rješenja na Širini.

Kao što smo već pisali, na tom solinskom predjelu tijekom prethodnih istraživanja pronađeni su arhitektonski elementi koji pripadaju fortifikacijskom sustavu antičkoga grada Salone, te su zbog značaja pronađenih nalaza, naložena daljnja istraživanja prema uputama Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu, kako su već ranije naveli iz HC-a.

- Do sada obavljenim istraživanjima utvrđen je značajan dodatni opseg arheoloških istražnih radova koje je sukladno uvjetima konzervatora potrebno provesti. Nažalost, potencijalna nalazišta pokrivaju gotovo čitav zahvat nadvožnjaka.

Navedeno će iziskivati dodatno vrijeme i znatna financijska sredstva kako bi se moglo obaviti. "Hrvatske ceste" navedene radove posebno će ugovoriti, a budući da se radi o tehnički zahtjevnim istraživanjima, to će zasigurno imati utjecaj na konačan rok dovršetka projekta - navode u svom odgovoru iz HC-a o projektu koji uključuje rekonstrukciju Jadranske magistrale od ulaza u Solin iz smjera Kaštela, na mjestu gdje se nalazi teatar iz doba antičke Salone, a radovima će biti obuhvaćen potez sve do nadvožnjaka kod trgovačkog centra "Salona Mall".

Rok dovršetka projekta je dvije godine, a u planu je izgradnja mosta dugog 471 metar između postojećih razmaknutih kolnika kojim će se prelaziti Širina i rijeka Jadro, kako bi se izbjegla "zapinjanja" na semaforima i stvaranje kolona. Novi most sa svojim uklopima na postojeće stanje državne ceste sastojat će se od dva odvojena kolnika sa po dva prometna traka.

Postojeće raskrižje na Širini zadržat će svoju funkcionalnost te će također rekonstruirati, a predviđena je i obnova dvaju postojećih mostova koji se nalaze na Magistrali.

Samoborska "DIV grupa" iza koje stoji Tomislav Debeljak, dalmatinskoj javnosti poznat kao vlasnik splitskog brodogradilišta i kninske tvornice vijaka. koja je izabrana za graditelja cestovnog mosta iznad solinske Širine, druge prometne točke po frekvenciji u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, prije nekoliko dana zatražila je otvaranje predstečajnog postupka.

Hoće li to dodatno zakomplicirati cijelu situaciju i odgoditi stvarni početak radova uz aktualnu odgodu vezanu uz arheološka istraživanja koja traju već duže od tri mjeseca, budući da je izvođač službeno uveden u posao 24. siječnja, sigurno se sada pitaju mnogi, a odgovore smo pokušali doznati kod investitora "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC).

Naime, u nekoliko navrata se sa službenih razina najavljivalo kako će radovi na ovom velikom infrastrukturnom projektu vrijednom 172 milijuna kuna, kojim bi se rasteretio jedan od cestovnih ulaza u Split, započeti prošle godine, nakon završetka turističke sezone.

Unatoč pustim najavama, potom se odužio postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole, a nakon što je taj dokument konačno i "pečatiran", izvođač radova je u nazočnosti Olega Butkovića, ministra prometa, i Josipa Škorića, HC-ova čelnika, uveden u posao krajem siječnja, s rokom dovršetka radova od dvije godine.

- Zasada ne možemo sa sigurnošću kazati hoće li biti problema s daljnjom realizacijom projekta radi situacije s kojom se suočio izvođač. Sredstva za projekt su osigurana te ćemo u okviru međusobnih ugovornih odnosa učiniti sve da projekt ne bude doveden u pitanje i da se izvođaču ne pogoršava situacija u kojoj se našao – tvrdi Tamara Pajić iz HC-ova Ureda za odnose s javnošću, investitora projekta.

Međutim, pouzdano se iz njihova odgovora zna da se arheološka istraživanja nastavljaju, pa se po svemu tome može pretpostaviti kako će proći još jedna turistička sezona bez kvalitetnijeg prometnog rješenja na Širini.

Kao što smo već pisali, na tom solinskom predjelu tijekom prethodnih istraživanja pronađeni su arhitektonski elementi koji pripadaju fortifikacijskom sustavu antičkoga grada Salone, te su zbog značaja pronađenih nalaza, naložena daljnja istraživanja prema uputama Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu, kako su već ranije naveli iz HC-a.

- Do sada obavljenim istraživanjima utvrđen je značajan dodatni opseg arheoloških istražnih radova koje je sukladno uvjetima konzervatora potrebno provesti. Nažalost, potencijalna nalazišta pokrivaju gotovo čitav zahvat nadvožnjaka.

Navedeno će iziskivati dodatno vrijeme i znatna financijska sredstva kako bi se moglo obaviti. "Hrvatske ceste" navedene radove posebno će ugovoriti, a budući da se radi o tehnički zahtjevnim istraživanjima, to će zasigurno imati utjecaj na konačan rok dovršetka projekta - navode u svom odgovoru iz HC-a o projektu koji uključuje rekonstrukciju Jadranske magistrale od ulaza u Solin iz smjera Kaštela, na mjestu gdje se nalazi teatar iz doba antičke Salone, a radovima će biti obuhvaćen potez sve do nadvožnjaka kod trgovačkog centra "Salona Mall".

Rok dovršetka projekta je dvije godine, a u planu je izgradnja mosta dugog 471 metar između postojećih razmaknutih kolnika kojim će se prelaziti Širina i rijeka Jadro, kako bi se izbjegla "zapinjanja" na semaforima i stvaranje kolona. Novi most sa svojim uklopima na postojeće stanje državne ceste sastojat će se od dva odvojena kolnika sa po dva prometna traka.

Postojeće raskrižje na Širini zadržat će svoju funkcionalnost te će također rekonstruirati, a predviđena je i obnova dvaju postojećih mostova koji se nalaze na Magistrali.
