Komunalna tvrtka "Vodovod i kanalizacija" (ViK) koja se bavi vodoopskrbom i odvodnjom na području četiri grada i devet općina, nastavlja s uvođenjem noviteta u radu, te su prvi u Hrvatskoj upravo okončali pilot-projekt daljinskog očitanja vodomjera.
Time ViK nastavlja s modernizacijom, pružanjem novih usluga korisnicima i uspješnim uvođenjem firme u digitalno poslovanje: korištenje e-računa, pozivnog centra, te internetske stranice za građane s mogućnošću praćenja potrošnje i iznosa računa.
– Premda nas je poremetila pandemija, čak malo i usporila u realizaciji provedbe pilot-projekta zbog hardverskih komponenti koje se nabavljaju iz Kine, sada slobodno možemo reći kako smo prvi u državi koji su ovim projektom uspješno očitali više tipova vodomjera u daljinskom sustavu.
Bez izlaska djelatnika na lice mjesta, bez dolaska do udaljenih okana vodomjera, bez obilaska terena djelatnika pješice ili vozilom s uređajima za radijsko očitanje. Već isključivo na način da podaci s priključnih vodomjera jednom dnevno dolaze direktno u aplikaciju na računalu u ViK-ovim prostorijama – kaže Tomislav Šuta, direktor javnog poduzeća, pa nas uvodi u samu priču, stručno pojašnjava o kojoj je to "novitadi" riječ.
– Započeli smo s pripremama projekta koncem 2019. godine, te putem natječaja odabrali mobilnog operatera kao izvođača s NBIoT rješenjem za daljinsko očitanje mjerila. No pandemija je, nažalost, sve stopirala do početka 2021. godine, kada smo ponovno pokrenuli provedbu pilot-projekta i pred kraj prošle godine sve uspješno okončali.
Tijekom tog razdoblja, ugrađeno je 100 uređaja za daljinsko očitavanje stanja na vodomjerima širom područja koje pokriva ViK, izuzev otoka Šolte. Ispitivalo se rješenje u smislu registracije podataka telemetrije na mjesnim mjestima bez obzira radi li se o mjerilima zasnovanim na magnetskom ili induktivnom sučelju, te komunikacijske tehnologije zasnovane na NBIoT komunikacijskom protokolu.
– Kroz pilot-projekt ispitana je pouzdanost uređaja u vidu preciznosti i kvalitete, zatim dostupnost signala na cijelom području. Izuzetno smo zadovoljni rezultatima, jer se pouzdanost uređaja u registraciji podataka s vodomjera pokazala vrlo uspješnom i zadovoljavajuće kvalitetnom – pojašnjava Šuta, te ističe:
– Naš osnovni cilj je približiti se potrošačima, koji će putem naše web-aplikacije u budućnosti moći pratiti svoje račune i potrošnju unutar godinu dana, a ovakvim načinom očitanja će moći imati i cjelokupnu sliku potrošnje i u realnom vremenu preko usluge eVodomjer integrirane u korisnički portal Moj ViK.
Sama pokrivenosti signala za daljinsko očitavanje vodomjera je adekvatna potrebama, tvrde u spomenutoj komunalnoj tvrtki. Tek će na nekim mikrolokacijama trebati raditi dodatne zahvate, kao što su postavljanje vanjskih antena na uređajima, poboljšanje signala od strane operatera i slično.
– Postojećih 100 uređaja koje smo koristili u pilot-projektu, sada prelazi u redovnu uporabu ViK-ovim službama s ciljem postupne, ali potpune digitalizacije očitanja u predstojećim godinama, nabavom novih uređaja u vrijednosti oko 25 milijuna kuna za više od 66 tisuća vodomjera koliko ih se nalazi na području našeg vodoopskrbnog sustava.
Ujedno se nabava dijela uređaja planira i u okviru Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti do 2026. za projekte u području digitalne transformacije i zelene tranzicije – rezimira ViK-ov čelnik, još jednom naglašavajući kako je ovo prvi projekt u Hrvatskoj, a najvjerojatnije i šire, proveden na NBIoT protokolu komunikacije za različite tipove vodomjera.
– Prednost ovakvog načina očitavanja mjerila je dostupnost podataka o potrošnji vode u realnom vremenu, kao i informacije o gubitku vode ili kvaru, ali i smanjenje broja djelatnika koji su do sada fizički morali očitavati vodomjere – kaže Šuta, te dodaje kako je 25 "očitača mjerila" već prekvalificirano za nove poslove unutar tvrtke.

Komunalna tvrtka "Vodovod i kanalizacija" (ViK) koja se bavi vodoopskrbom i odvodnjom na području četiri grada i devet općina, nastavlja s uvođenjem noviteta u radu, te su prvi u Hrvatskoj upravo okončali pilot-projekt daljinskog očitanja vodomjera.
Time ViK nastavlja s modernizacijom, pružanjem novih usluga korisnicima i uspješnim uvođenjem firme u digitalno poslovanje: korištenje e-računa, pozivnog centra, te internetske stranice za građane s mogućnošću praćenja potrošnje i iznosa računa.
– Premda nas je poremetila pandemija, čak malo i usporila u realizaciji provedbe pilot-projekta zbog hardverskih komponenti koje se nabavljaju iz Kine, sada slobodno možemo reći kako smo prvi u državi koji su ovim projektom uspješno očitali više tipova vodomjera u daljinskom sustavu.
Bez izlaska djelatnika na lice mjesta, bez dolaska do udaljenih okana vodomjera, bez obilaska terena djelatnika pješice ili vozilom s uređajima za radijsko očitanje. Već isključivo na način da podaci s priključnih vodomjera jednom dnevno dolaze direktno u aplikaciju na računalu u ViK-ovim prostorijama – kaže Tomislav Šuta, direktor javnog poduzeća, pa nas uvodi u samu priču, stručno pojašnjava o kojoj je to "novitadi" riječ.
– Započeli smo s pripremama projekta koncem 2019. godine, te putem natječaja odabrali mobilnog operatera kao izvođača s NBIoT rješenjem za daljinsko očitanje mjerila. No pandemija je, nažalost, sve stopirala do početka 2021. godine, kada smo ponovno pokrenuli provedbu pilot-projekta i pred kraj prošle godine sve uspješno okončali.
Tijekom tog razdoblja, ugrađeno je 100 uređaja za daljinsko očitavanje stanja na vodomjerima širom područja koje pokriva ViK, izuzev otoka Šolte. Ispitivalo se rješenje u smislu registracije podataka telemetrije na mjesnim mjestima bez obzira radi li se o mjerilima zasnovanim na magnetskom ili induktivnom sučelju, te komunikacijske tehnologije zasnovane na NBIoT komunikacijskom protokolu.
– Kroz pilot-projekt ispitana je pouzdanost uređaja u vidu preciznosti i kvalitete, zatim dostupnost signala na cijelom području. Izuzetno smo zadovoljni rezultatima, jer se pouzdanost uređaja u registraciji podataka s vodomjera pokazala vrlo uspješnom i zadovoljavajuće kvalitetnom – pojašnjava Šuta, te ističe:
– Naš osnovni cilj je približiti se potrošačima, koji će putem naše web-aplikacije u budućnosti moći pratiti svoje račune i potrošnju unutar godinu dana, a ovakvim načinom očitanja će moći imati i cjelokupnu sliku potrošnje i u realnom vremenu preko usluge eVodomjer integrirane u korisnički portal Moj ViK.
Sama pokrivenosti signala za daljinsko očitavanje vodomjera je adekvatna potrebama, tvrde u spomenutoj komunalnoj tvrtki. Tek će na nekim mikrolokacijama trebati raditi dodatne zahvate, kao što su postavljanje vanjskih antena na uređajima, poboljšanje signala od strane operatera i slično.
– Postojećih 100 uređaja koje smo koristili u pilot-projektu, sada prelazi u redovnu uporabu ViK-ovim službama s ciljem postupne, ali potpune digitalizacije očitanja u predstojećim godinama, nabavom novih uređaja u vrijednosti oko 25 milijuna kuna za više od 66 tisuća vodomjera koliko ih se nalazi na području našeg vodoopskrbnog sustava.
Ujedno se nabava dijela uređaja planira i u okviru Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti do 2026. za projekte u području digitalne transformacije i zelene tranzicije – rezimira ViK-ov čelnik, još jednom naglašavajući kako je ovo prvi projekt u Hrvatskoj, a najvjerojatnije i šire, proveden na NBIoT protokolu komunikacije za različite tipove vodomjera.
– Prednost ovakvog načina očitavanja mjerila je dostupnost podataka o potrošnji vode u realnom vremenu, kao i informacije o gubitku vode ili kvaru, ali i smanjenje broja djelatnika koji su do sada fizički morali očitavati vodomjere – kaže Šuta, te dodaje kako je 25 "očitača mjerila" već prekvalificirano za nove poslove unutar tvrtke.
