Kaštelani kojima je tvrtka “Zeleno i modro” u kolovozu ispostavila neuobičajeno visoke račune za odvoženje smeća mogu odahnuti.

U razgovoru s građanima koji su imali primjedbe na obračun, iz komunalnog poduzeća je rečeno da je u pitanju pogreška te da se radi nova kalkulacija koja u konačnici donosi smanjenje iznosa.

Onima koji su već platili račun za kolovoske usluge, za preplaćeni iznos bit će umanjen račun za rujan. Kao što to, primjerice, radi “Hrvatska elektroprivreda” pri obračunu šestomjesečne potrošnje.

Visoke račune dobili su, nije teško odgonetnuti, stanovnici Kaštela koji žive u višestambenim zgradama ili u staroj gradskoj jezgri, što je izraženo u Sućurcu, jer oni u pravilu imaju zajedničke kontejnere smještene u ulici.

Kontejneri za komunalni otpad kratko su funkcionirali. Postavljeni lokoti čije su ključeve dobili korisnici ubrzo su polomljeni, a kad su se radnici gradske tvrtke “umorili” od postavljanja novih, punio ih je tko god je htio, a odvoženje su plaćali samo korisnici s označenih adresa.

Problem je kulminirao ovoga ljeta, a, prema najavama iz tvrtke, rješava se postavljanjem polupodzemnih spremnika, primjerice u Kaštel Sućurcu na tri lokacije. Do sada je postavljen samo jedan, a do kraja ovog mjeseca bit će i preostala dva, od toga jedan na mjesnoj rivi.

Do 1. listopada planirano je i okončanje već započete podjele korisničkih kartica za upotrebu otpadomjera zajedno s uputama kako ih koristiti. Nakon toga bit će uklonjeni famozni zeleni spremnici. I dalje će, naravno, na svojim mjestima ostati kontejneri za odvojeno prikupljanje stakla, papira i plastike.

Po novom sustavu obračuna, korisnici polupodzemnika moći će sami izračunati cijenu odvoženja smeća. Mjesečni paušal za sve korisnike usluga “Zelenog i modrog”, neovisno o broju članova kućanstva, iznosi 52 kune, a svako ubacivanje vrećice sa smećem plaća se 1,75 kuna. Tko, primjerice, tijekom mjeseca ubaci 20 vrećica, platit će 35 kuna, što će uz paušal ukupno iznositi 87 kuna.

Inače, početak rada “svoje” komunalne tvrtke, 1. veljače 2019. godine, stanovnici Kaštela ne pamte po dobru, jer je popraćen stopostotnim povećanjem cijene otpreme otpada. I to poskupljenje nije u protekle tri i pol godine ostalo i jedino.

Evo kako to izgleda na primjeru tročlane obitelji koja živi u Sućurcu (podaci poznati redakciji). U siječnju 2019. svoj zadnji račun u Kaštelima ispostavila je splitska “Čistoća”, a za obitelj iz našeg primjera iznosio je 37,66 kuna.

Račun za veljaču iste godine dobili su od “Zelenog i modrog”, ali je već tada iznosio 79,97 kuna. U ožujku ove godine uslijedilo je poskupljenje i sada obitelj iz Sućurca s nepromijenjenim brojem članova odvoženje smeća plaća 100,71 kunu. Spominjani “sporni” račun za kolovoz ove godine iznosio je čak 145,95 kuna.

Za razliku od Kaštela, stanovnici koji administrativno pripadaju Solinu, dakle s područja samoga grada, te Vranjica, Mravinaca, Kučina i Blaca, nastavili su koristiti “Čistoćine” usluge. Za sada, može se primijetiti, na korist svojih stanovnika. Solinska tročlana obitelj mjesečni odvoz smeća plaća 39,92 kune, točno koliko i identična obitelj koja živi u Splitu.

Napomenimo, kaštelanska obitelj iz primjera korisnik je zajedničkog kontejnera za komunalni otpad.

Kad već govorimo o kontejnerima, podsjetimo i na podatak da su metalni u koje je odlagano nerazvrstano smeće, u Kaštelima u 2020. zamijenjeni raznobojnim plastičnim: za komunalni otpad, te staklo, papir i plastiku. Istina je, međutim, da i danas sve ono što građani manje ili više uredno razvrstavaju, komunalci na mjestu ukrcaja ponovno “sjedine” u kamionu za odvoz.

Do kada će Kaštelani “usavršavati” razvrstavanje od kojeg u konačnom zbrinjavanju otpada nema ekološke koristi? Ne zna se.

Do kada će Kaštelani ‘usavršavati’ razvrstavanje od kojeg u konačnom zbrinjavanju otpada nema ekološke koristi?

Kaštelani kojima je tvrtka “Zeleno i modro” u kolovozu ispostavila neuobičajeno visoke račune za odvoženje smeća mogu odahnuti.

U razgovoru s građanima koji su imali primjedbe na obračun, iz komunalnog poduzeća je rečeno da je u pitanju pogreška te da se radi nova kalkulacija koja u konačnici donosi smanjenje iznosa.

Onima koji su već platili račun za kolovoske usluge, za preplaćeni iznos bit će umanjen račun za rujan. Kao što to, primjerice, radi “Hrvatska elektroprivreda” pri obračunu šestomjesečne potrošnje.

Visoke račune dobili su, nije teško odgonetnuti, stanovnici Kaštela koji žive u višestambenim zgradama ili u staroj gradskoj jezgri, što je izraženo u Sućurcu, jer oni u pravilu imaju zajedničke kontejnere smještene u ulici.

Kontejneri za komunalni otpad kratko su funkcionirali. Postavljeni lokoti čije su ključeve dobili korisnici ubrzo su polomljeni, a kad su se radnici gradske tvrtke “umorili” od postavljanja novih, punio ih je tko god je htio, a odvoženje su plaćali samo korisnici s označenih adresa.

Problem je kulminirao ovoga ljeta, a, prema najavama iz tvrtke, rješava se postavljanjem polupodzemnih spremnika, primjerice u Kaštel Sućurcu na tri lokacije. Do sada je postavljen samo jedan, a do kraja ovog mjeseca bit će i preostala dva, od toga jedan na mjesnoj rivi.

Do 1. listopada planirano je i okončanje već započete podjele korisničkih kartica za upotrebu otpadomjera zajedno s uputama kako ih koristiti. Nakon toga bit će uklonjeni famozni zeleni spremnici. I dalje će, naravno, na svojim mjestima ostati kontejneri za odvojeno prikupljanje stakla, papira i plastike.

Po novom sustavu obračuna, korisnici polupodzemnika moći će sami izračunati cijenu odvoženja smeća. Mjesečni paušal za sve korisnike usluga “Zelenog i modrog”, neovisno o broju članova kućanstva, iznosi 52 kune, a svako ubacivanje vrećice sa smećem plaća se 1,75 kuna. Tko, primjerice, tijekom mjeseca ubaci 20 vrećica, platit će 35 kuna, što će uz paušal ukupno iznositi 87 kuna.

Inače, početak rada “svoje” komunalne tvrtke, 1. veljače 2019. godine, stanovnici Kaštela ne pamte po dobru, jer je popraćen stopostotnim povećanjem cijene otpreme otpada. I to poskupljenje nije u protekle tri i pol godine ostalo i jedino.

Evo kako to izgleda na primjeru tročlane obitelji koja živi u Sućurcu (podaci poznati redakciji). U siječnju 2019. svoj zadnji račun u Kaštelima ispostavila je splitska “Čistoća”, a za obitelj iz našeg primjera iznosio je 37,66 kuna.

Račun za veljaču iste godine dobili su od “Zelenog i modrog”, ali je već tada iznosio 79,97 kuna. U ožujku ove godine uslijedilo je poskupljenje i sada obitelj iz Sućurca s nepromijenjenim brojem članova odvoženje smeća plaća 100,71 kunu. Spominjani “sporni” račun za kolovoz ove godine iznosio je čak 145,95 kuna.

Za razliku od Kaštela, stanovnici koji administrativno pripadaju Solinu, dakle s područja samoga grada, te Vranjica, Mravinaca, Kučina i Blaca, nastavili su koristiti “Čistoćine” usluge. Za sada, može se primijetiti, na korist svojih stanovnika. Solinska tročlana obitelj mjesečni odvoz smeća plaća 39,92 kune, točno koliko i identična obitelj koja živi u Splitu.

Napomenimo, kaštelanska obitelj iz primjera korisnik je zajedničkog kontejnera za komunalni otpad.

Kad već govorimo o kontejnerima, podsjetimo i na podatak da su metalni u koje je odlagano nerazvrstano smeće, u Kaštelima u 2020. zamijenjeni raznobojnim plastičnim: za komunalni otpad, te staklo, papir i plastiku. Istina je, međutim, da i danas sve ono što građani manje ili više uredno razvrstavaju, komunalci na mjestu ukrcaja ponovno “sjedine” u kamionu za odvoz.

Do kada će Kaštelani “usavršavati” razvrstavanje od kojeg u konačnom zbrinjavanju otpada nema ekološke koristi? Ne zna se.
