Vozite li se Jadranskom magistralom iz smjera Kaštela prema Trogiru zasigurno ste se bezbroj puta zapitali zašto se već duže od desetljeća na prilazu čvoru Plano, točnije pokraj nekadašnje diskoteke "F1", sjeverni kolnik državne ceste s dva prometna traka sužava na jedan zbog čega se stvaraju nepotrebne gužve, posebno tijekom ljetnih mjeseci?
Naime, prije više od 10 godina, oko 500 metara važne prometnice na prilazu raskrižju Plano iz smjera Kaštela i Splita ograđeno je plastičnim preprekama, a vozni dio kolnika se s dva traka sužava na jedan. I tako do dan danas.
Rijetkim je vozačima, a pogotovo onima iz inozemstva nije jasno o čemu se radi i zbog čega je dvotračna prometnica sužena na jednotračnu zbog čega se u frekventnim terminima stvaraju gužve uslijed kojih vozači često gube živce. Odgovor smo potražili u "Hrvatskim cestama" (HC) koje su nadležne za spomenutu dionicu Jadranske magistrale.
- Završetkom radova na rekonstrukciji državne ceste 8 (Jadranska magistrala, op.a.) u naselju Plano postavljena je privremena prometna signalizacija prije samog raskrižja, nailazeći iz smjera Kaštela. Rekonstrukcija raskrižja bila je predviđena posebnim projektom koji je uključivao semaforizaciju, uz dogradnju novog kolnika.
Budući da su u međuvremenu izgrađeni novi Čiovski most i novi čvor na trogirskoj obilaznici koji vodi prema mostu došlo je do značajnije preraspodjele prometnih tokova. S obzirom na navedeno, ukazala se potreba za drukčijim tehničkim rješenjem raskrižja Plano koje uključuje denivelaciju raskrižja na način da Jadranska magistrala ide ispod raskrižja državne ceste 409 (prometnica prema Pantanu i zračnoj luci u Resniku, op.a.) i županijske ceste prema Labinu i Prgometu, dok je na gornjoj razini predviđeno izvesti rotor.
Ovakvo tehničko rješenje predstavlja značajno povećanje propusne moći samog raskrižja te povećava sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu - kazala je Tamara Pajić, HC-ova glasnogovornica.
Državna infrastrukturna tvrtka je, dodaje naša sugovornica, za navedeno raskrižje ugovorila izradu projektne dokumentacije čija izrada je u tijeku, te će nakon završetka projektiranja i ishođenja potrebnih dozvola moći preciznije odrediti datum početka radova.
Naime, dionica Jadranske magistrale od Solina do Pantana izgrađena je i službeno puštena u promet 30. svibnja 1965. godine kao cesta za mješoviti promet s dva vozna trake. Danas je ta cesta modernizirana, a u dužini od 15,3 kilometra napravljena je i rekonstrukcija kroz Kaštela, a od četiri poddionice od kojih su tri izgrađene na kaštelanskom području, zapelo je upravo na zadnjoj - čvoru Plano i početku trećeg traka trogirske obilaznice.
Zanimljivo je kako se za spomenutu prometnicu već bila ishodila lokacijska i građevinska dozvola, ali uslijed promjena na terenu, te novonastalih građevinsko-prometnih okolnosti na širem području (izgradnja novog Čiovskog mosta i pripadajućih prometnica, te izgradnje kružnog toka na Pantanu) proizašla je ideja da je potrebno preispitati postojeće projektno rješenje.
I preispitalo ga se, već izrađeni projekt i ishodovane dozvole završili su u smeću, a trenutno se, kako vele iz HC-a, ponovno ishoduje dokumentacija koja je odavno već bila riješena.
Za zaključiti je kako će vozači koji idu prema Trogiru pred dolazak do raskrižja Plano još nekoliko godina morati imati strpljenja i u ljeti čekati i na plus 40 stupnjeva, i to u koloni koja ljeti zna biti duža od kilometra.

Vozite li se Jadranskom magistralom iz smjera Kaštela prema Trogiru zasigurno ste se bezbroj puta zapitali zašto se već duže od desetljeća na prilazu čvoru Plano, točnije pokraj nekadašnje diskoteke "F1", sjeverni kolnik državne ceste s dva prometna traka sužava na jedan zbog čega se stvaraju nepotrebne gužve, posebno tijekom ljetnih mjeseci?
Naime, prije više od 10 godina, oko 500 metara važne prometnice na prilazu raskrižju Plano iz smjera Kaštela i Splita ograđeno je plastičnim preprekama, a vozni dio kolnika se s dva traka sužava na jedan. I tako do dan danas.
Rijetkim je vozačima, a pogotovo onima iz inozemstva nije jasno o čemu se radi i zbog čega je dvotračna prometnica sužena na jednotračnu zbog čega se u frekventnim terminima stvaraju gužve uslijed kojih vozači često gube živce. Odgovor smo potražili u "Hrvatskim cestama" (HC) koje su nadležne za spomenutu dionicu Jadranske magistrale.
- Završetkom radova na rekonstrukciji državne ceste 8 (Jadranska magistrala, op.a.) u naselju Plano postavljena je privremena prometna signalizacija prije samog raskrižja, nailazeći iz smjera Kaštela. Rekonstrukcija raskrižja bila je predviđena posebnim projektom koji je uključivao semaforizaciju, uz dogradnju novog kolnika.
Budući da su u međuvremenu izgrađeni novi Čiovski most i novi čvor na trogirskoj obilaznici koji vodi prema mostu došlo je do značajnije preraspodjele prometnih tokova. S obzirom na navedeno, ukazala se potreba za drukčijim tehničkim rješenjem raskrižja Plano koje uključuje denivelaciju raskrižja na način da Jadranska magistrala ide ispod raskrižja državne ceste 409 (prometnica prema Pantanu i zračnoj luci u Resniku, op.a.) i županijske ceste prema Labinu i Prgometu, dok je na gornjoj razini predviđeno izvesti rotor.
Ovakvo tehničko rješenje predstavlja značajno povećanje propusne moći samog raskrižja te povećava sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu - kazala je Tamara Pajić, HC-ova glasnogovornica.
Državna infrastrukturna tvrtka je, dodaje naša sugovornica, za navedeno raskrižje ugovorila izradu projektne dokumentacije čija izrada je u tijeku, te će nakon završetka projektiranja i ishođenja potrebnih dozvola moći preciznije odrediti datum početka radova.
Naime, dionica Jadranske magistrale od Solina do Pantana izgrađena je i službeno puštena u promet 30. svibnja 1965. godine kao cesta za mješoviti promet s dva vozna trake. Danas je ta cesta modernizirana, a u dužini od 15,3 kilometra napravljena je i rekonstrukcija kroz Kaštela, a od četiri poddionice od kojih su tri izgrađene na kaštelanskom području, zapelo je upravo na zadnjoj - čvoru Plano i početku trećeg traka trogirske obilaznice.
Zanimljivo je kako se za spomenutu prometnicu već bila ishodila lokacijska i građevinska dozvola, ali uslijed promjena na terenu, te novonastalih građevinsko-prometnih okolnosti na širem području (izgradnja novog Čiovskog mosta i pripadajućih prometnica, te izgradnje kružnog toka na Pantanu) proizašla je ideja da je potrebno preispitati postojeće projektno rješenje.
I preispitalo ga se, već izrađeni projekt i ishodovane dozvole završili su u smeću, a trenutno se, kako vele iz HC-a, ponovno ishoduje dokumentacija koja je odavno već bila riješena.
Za zaključiti je kako će vozači koji idu prema Trogiru pred dolazak do raskrižja Plano još nekoliko godina morati imati strpljenja i u ljeti čekati i na plus 40 stupnjeva, i to u koloni koja ljeti zna biti duža od kilometra.
