Vijećnici Općine Seget iz Nezavisne liste – Vrime je! Luka Jadrić i Ante Barada upozorili su da prijedlogom proračuna Općine Seget koji nije dostavljen  predstavničkom tijelu do 15. studenog čime su prekršeni zakoni, a kontrolna tijela ne reagiraju.

Jandrić i Barada su perfomansom i konferencijom za medije ispred Ministarstva financija upozorili da je načelnik općine Seget Ivo Sorić prekršio Zakon oproračunu jer prijedlog proračuna Općine Seget nije dostavljen predstavničkom tijelu do 15. studenog te Zakon o lokalnoj i područnoj samoupravi. 

Podršku su im došli dati i saborski zastupnici Radničke fronte i Mosta, Katarina Peović i Nikola Grmoja.

Poderavši proračun Općine Seget, Jadrić je kazao da je načelnik općine Sorić zbog kršenja zakona trebao biti razriješen, ali nije, kako smatra, jer je član HDZ-a.

Podsjetio je i da je Ministarstvo financija 16. studenoga dobilo njihov e-mail u kojem su ih upozorili da na vrijeme nisu na vrijeme dobili proračun, ali 40 dana nakon toga još ni su dobili odgovor.

"Nas isključivo zanima je li proračun u skladu sa zakonom ili ne", poručio je. Istaknuo je kako od ministarstava financija i uprave traže da Vladi upute odluku da se u općinu Seget dovede povjerenik i raspišu izbori.

Jadrić smatra da je glavni razlog kašnjenja bio u tome što je bivši saborski zastupnik HDZ-a i dugogodišnji načelnik Općine Seget Vinko Zulim bio u zatvoru.

"Oni su bili paralizirani i čekali su da izađe, a kada je izašao brže-bolje išli su nešto napraviti i vidite kako je to napravljeno. Protuzakonito i van svih tokova", kazao je. Dodao je i kako ih stoga zanima zašto Ministarstvo financija šuti o tome.

I Barada je upozorio da su još prije dva mjeseca upozoravali ministarstva na to ali nisu dobili nikakve odgovore. Stoga, traže očitovanje je li sve legalno ili ne. Smatra da Zulim, iako više nije na toj funkciji, i dalje vodi općinu Seget a Ivo Sorić je "fikus" u njoj.

Naveo je i da su prošli proračunu donijeti bez obrazloženja financijskog dijela, a što su također prijavili. No, nikada nisu dobili odgovor.

Barada je najavio da je perfomans ispred Ministarstva financija tek prvi korak, a spremni su i za drugi i treći korak, ali nije pojasnio o čemu se radi.

I Peović je upozorila da tom općinom kao "produženom rukom Ivom Sorićem" vlada Zulim i u kojoj je bilo brojnih nepravilnosti.

"Riječ je stvarno o Teksasu, riječ je stvarno o bezakonju na koje treba upozoravati", poručila je. Smatra i da bi u tu općinu trebalo poslati povjerenika kako bi došao kraj vladavini Zulima preko Ive Sorića.

Grmoja je upozorio da se u općini Seget provodi nepoštivanje zakona i samovolja kojoj se ne može stati na kraj jer, drži, imaju zaštiti iz samoga vrha države. Smatra da je premijer Andrej Plenković "mecena i pokrovitelj" korupcije u Hrvatskoj, a ministri štite lokalne "šerife" na terenu.

Vijećnici Općine Seget iz Nezavisne liste – Vrime je! Luka Jadrić i Ante Barada upozorili su da prijedlogom proračuna Općine Seget koji nije dostavljen  predstavničkom tijelu do 15. studenog čime su prekršeni zakoni, a kontrolna tijela ne reagiraju.

Jandrić i Barada su perfomansom i konferencijom za medije ispred Ministarstva financija upozorili da je načelnik općine Seget Ivo Sorić prekršio Zakon oproračunu jer prijedlog proračuna Općine Seget nije dostavljen predstavničkom tijelu do 15. studenog te Zakon o lokalnoj i područnoj samoupravi. 

Podršku su im došli dati i saborski zastupnici Radničke fronte i Mosta, Katarina Peović i Nikola Grmoja.

Poderavši proračun Općine Seget, Jadrić je kazao da je načelnik općine Sorić zbog kršenja zakona trebao biti razriješen, ali nije, kako smatra, jer je član HDZ-a.

Podsjetio je i da je Ministarstvo financija 16. studenoga dobilo njihov e-mail u kojem su ih upozorili da na vrijeme nisu na vrijeme dobili proračun, ali 40 dana nakon toga još ni su dobili odgovor.

"Nas isključivo zanima je li proračun u skladu sa zakonom ili ne", poručio je. Istaknuo je kako od ministarstava financija i uprave traže da Vladi upute odluku da se u općinu Seget dovede povjerenik i raspišu izbori.

Jadrić smatra da je glavni razlog kašnjenja bio u tome što je bivši saborski zastupnik HDZ-a i dugogodišnji načelnik Općine Seget Vinko Zulim bio u zatvoru.

"Oni su bili paralizirani i čekali su da izađe, a kada je izašao brže-bolje išli su nešto napraviti i vidite kako je to napravljeno. Protuzakonito i van svih tokova", kazao je. Dodao je i kako ih stoga zanima zašto Ministarstvo financija šuti o tome.

I Barada je upozorio da su još prije dva mjeseca upozoravali ministarstva na to ali nisu dobili nikakve odgovore. Stoga, traže očitovanje je li sve legalno ili ne. Smatra da Zulim, iako više nije na toj funkciji, i dalje vodi općinu Seget a Ivo Sorić je "fikus" u njoj.

Naveo je i da su prošli proračunu donijeti bez obrazloženja financijskog dijela, a što su također prijavili. No, nikada nisu dobili odgovor.

Barada je najavio da je perfomans ispred Ministarstva financija tek prvi korak, a spremni su i za drugi i treći korak, ali nije pojasnio o čemu se radi.

I Peović je upozorila da tom općinom kao "produženom rukom Ivom Sorićem" vlada Zulim i u kojoj je bilo brojnih nepravilnosti.

"Riječ je stvarno o Teksasu, riječ je stvarno o bezakonju na koje treba upozoravati", poručila je. Smatra i da bi u tu općinu trebalo poslati povjerenika kako bi došao kraj vladavini Zulima preko Ive Sorića.

Grmoja je upozorio da se u općini Seget provodi nepoštivanje zakona i samovolja kojoj se ne može stati na kraj jer, drži, imaju zaštiti iz samoga vrha države. Smatra da je premijer Andrej Plenković "mecena i pokrovitelj" korupcije u Hrvatskoj, a ministri štite lokalne "šerife" na terenu.
