Još samo malo i osladit ćemo se prvim slatkim proljetnim voćem - jagodama. Naravno, ako nam ne bude teško izdvojiti i do 10 eura. Upravo toliko, 8 ili 9 eura najavili su da će ove godine cijeniti svoje jagode vrgorački uzgajivači, na što se svaki ljubitelj momentalno odriče ovog voća. Naravno, možete pojesti i uvozne, u trgovačkim lancima, koje su nekoliko eura niže cijene, a da ćete se baš osladiti - ne garantiramo. Vrgorac ima svoje razloge za održavanje cijene svojih jagoda, a jednako tako reagirat će i stonski uzgajivači. Između nekoliko obitelji koje dugi niz godina uzgajaju jagode je i Fani Marlais čiji OPG najčešće tražimo ako nam je do prave domaće jagode, s okusom i mirisom. Ova uzgajivačica vrijedno se o svojim jagodama brine u stonskom polju, na otvorenom, izložena atmosferilijama koje su joj, kaže, ove godine išle na ruku.

-Nije bilo studeni ni prave zime, stalno je toplo, evo ovo zadnje vrijeme je i stalno sunce što je za jagode odlično, pa mi namjeravamo, ako sve bude išlo po planu, slijedeći tjedan pomalo krenuti u berbu - priča Fani koja ne gata u kafu da bi znala kakve će joj biti jagode. Njezina se posebna testiranja oslanjaju na vid, njuh i okus i to je, uz gledanje u nebo, a ne praćenje netočnih vremenskih prognoza, najsigurnije.

-One jesu već počele crvenjeti, pa sam počela i isprobavati, ali vjerujte mi, nema u njoj slada, treba joj još tjedan dana sigurno da bude i ukusna i mirisna. Nije dovoljno da se samo rumene. Drugi koji proizvode jagode primjerice u plastenicima već ih beru, posebno ako ih prodaju u trgovačke lance, jer za to se beru još poluzelene. Mi se oslanjamo na prirodu, sunce, na otvorenome smo i želimo da naše jagode budu pune okusa i mirisa, a za to treba biti malo strpljiviji. i naravno, prva berba nikad nije i ona najukusnija, jer što dalje idemo u proljeće i ljeto, sve je više sunca i topline, pa će i jagoda biti ukusnija" - dodaje Fani koja očekuje i do 7 ili 8 berbi.

Ni Toni Žile se ne preši, još od berbe nema ništa. Kaže da neće početi prije 1. svibnja, pa da će tek tada znati na čemu su.

Vrgorački proizvođači najavili su visoke cijene jagoda, do 9 eura za kilo, no Fani će se držati lanjskih cijena.

-Bit će 5 eura za kilo jagoda. Tako je bilo i lani i mada je sve poskupilo, mi ćemo i ove godine ostaviti tu cijenu. Kilo naših jagoda stane u svije košarice i mislim da je to u redu cijena za naše domaće stonske jagode."

Nije bilo velike zime ni studeni, a ni čudesa s neba na proljeće, a Fani se nada da će tako i ostati.

-Lani smo malo bili podbacili s jagodama, nije nam baš ni vrijeme išlo na ruku, ove godine očekujemo dobru berbu, stalno je toplo i lijepo, moglo bi bit i bolje nego lani, bolje od 15 tisuća. Ali to je poljoprivreda, nikad se ne zna!"

Još samo malo i osladit ćemo se prvim slatkim proljetnim voćem - jagodama. Naravno, ako nam ne bude teško izdvojiti i do 10 eura. Upravo toliko, 8 ili 9 eura najavili su da će ove godine cijeniti svoje jagode vrgorački uzgajivači, na što se svaki ljubitelj momentalno odriče ovog voća. Naravno, možete pojesti i uvozne, u trgovačkim lancima, koje su nekoliko eura niže cijene, a da ćete se baš osladiti - ne garantiramo. Vrgorac ima svoje razloge za održavanje cijene svojih jagoda, a jednako tako reagirat će i stonski uzgajivači. Između nekoliko obitelji koje dugi niz godina uzgajaju jagode je i Fani Marlais čiji OPG najčešće tražimo ako nam je do prave domaće jagode, s okusom i mirisom. Ova uzgajivačica vrijedno se o svojim jagodama brine u stonskom polju, na otvorenom, izložena atmosferilijama koje su joj, kaže, ove godine išle na ruku.

-Nije bilo studeni ni prave zime, stalno je toplo, evo ovo zadnje vrijeme je i stalno sunce što je za jagode odlično, pa mi namjeravamo, ako sve bude išlo po planu, slijedeći tjedan pomalo krenuti u berbu - priča Fani koja ne gata u kafu da bi znala kakve će joj biti jagode. Njezina se posebna testiranja oslanjaju na vid, njuh i okus i to je, uz gledanje u nebo, a ne praćenje netočnih vremenskih prognoza, najsigurnije.

-One jesu već počele crvenjeti, pa sam počela i isprobavati, ali vjerujte mi, nema u njoj slada, treba joj još tjedan dana sigurno da bude i ukusna i mirisna. Nije dovoljno da se samo rumene. Drugi koji proizvode jagode primjerice u plastenicima već ih beru, posebno ako ih prodaju u trgovačke lance, jer za to se beru još poluzelene. Mi se oslanjamo na prirodu, sunce, na otvorenome smo i želimo da naše jagode budu pune okusa i mirisa, a za to treba biti malo strpljiviji. i naravno, prva berba nikad nije i ona najukusnija, jer što dalje idemo u proljeće i ljeto, sve je više sunca i topline, pa će i jagoda biti ukusnija" - dodaje Fani koja očekuje i do 7 ili 8 berbi.

Ni Toni Žile se ne preši, još od berbe nema ništa. Kaže da neće početi prije 1. svibnja, pa da će tek tada znati na čemu su.

Vrgorački proizvođači najavili su visoke cijene jagoda, do 9 eura za kilo, no Fani će se držati lanjskih cijena.

-Bit će 5 eura za kilo jagoda. Tako je bilo i lani i mada je sve poskupilo, mi ćemo i ove godine ostaviti tu cijenu. Kilo naših jagoda stane u svije košarice i mislim da je to u redu cijena za naše domaće stonske jagode."

Nije bilo velike zime ni studeni, a ni čudesa s neba na proljeće, a Fani se nada da će tako i ostati.

-Lani smo malo bili podbacili s jagodama, nije nam baš ni vrijeme išlo na ruku, ove godine očekujemo dobru berbu, stalno je toplo i lijepo, moglo bi bit i bolje nego lani, bolje od 15 tisuća. Ali to je poljoprivreda, nikad se ne zna!"
