Makarska će do sezone 2025. godine dobiti još tri nove zgrade s ukupno 120 stanova, dakle po 40 stanova u svakoj, ali ovog puta nije riječ o tipičnom betonskom sivilu, već o modernoj zelenoj oazi na predjelu Požara, ispod Velikog Brda.
Naime, tvrtka "Luxury gradnja" iz Mostara (BiH) još u ožujku je započela radove na prvom od triju objekata, a planirano je useljenje za dvije godine. Riječ je o ulaganju vrijednom 30 milijuna eura, a kako su nam kazali investitori, u svakoj od zgrada nalazit će se jednosobni, dvosobni i trosobni stanovi.
Mali kompleks nazvan "Hills Residence", imat će dva bazena od 16 metara ispred dviju zgrada, spa centar, dječje igralište i kafić samo za stanare. Oko objekata će biti posađen veliki broj stabala maslina i palmi. Kompleks će imati podzemne garaže s ukupno 180 parkirališnih mjesta.
Stanovi u prvoj zgradi koja je još u izgradnji, već su rasprodani i to većinom Makaranima i stanovnicima Rivijere, ali i strancima. Pojedinačna površina stambenih prostora kreće se od 45 do 86 četvornih metara, a cijena 90 posto kvadrata, košta od 3200 do 3800 eura.

Makarska će do sezone 2025. godine dobiti još tri nove zgrade s ukupno 120 stanova, dakle po 40 stanova u svakoj, ali ovog puta nije riječ o tipičnom betonskom sivilu, već o modernoj zelenoj oazi na predjelu Požara, ispod Velikog Brda.
Naime, tvrtka "Luxury gradnja" iz Mostara (BiH) još u ožujku je započela radove na prvom od triju objekata, a planirano je useljenje za dvije godine. Riječ je o ulaganju vrijednom 30 milijuna eura, a kako su nam kazali investitori, u svakoj od zgrada nalazit će se jednosobni, dvosobni i trosobni stanovi.
Mali kompleks nazvan "Hills Residence", imat će dva bazena od 16 metara ispred dviju zgrada, spa centar, dječje igralište i kafić samo za stanare. Oko objekata će biti posađen veliki broj stabala maslina i palmi. Kompleks će imati podzemne garaže s ukupno 180 parkirališnih mjesta.
Stanovi u prvoj zgradi koja je još u izgradnji, već su rasprodani i to većinom Makaranima i stanovnicima Rivijere, ali i strancima. Pojedinačna površina stambenih prostora kreće se od 45 do 86 četvornih metara, a cijena 90 posto kvadrata, košta od 3200 do 3800 eura.
