Od novinarki koje brišu računalne datoteke do kozmetičarki koje uklanjaju plakate iz svojih salona, brojne afganistanske žene ne žele riskirati kada su posrijedi novi talibanski čelnici u zemlji unatoč njihovim obećanjima da mogu nastaviti i dalje nesmetano raditi, no neke među njima ovih su se dana odvažile na drukčije ponašanje, zbog čega im se mnogi dive. 

Tri dana nakon što su talibani munjevitom brzinom zauzeli Kabul na ulicama je malo žena.

Neke među njima odlučile su izbrisati svoje račune na društvenim mrežama, a druge zatvaraju obrte i tvrtke i nose burke da ih se na otvorenom ne bi prepoznalo.

"Osjećam se kao zatvorenik. Ne usudim se izaći iz svoje kuće", rekla je nagrađivana afganistanska novinarka, koja je ostala anonimna zbog vlastite sigurnosti. Rekla da je već izbrisala sve svoje račune s društvenih mreža, uklonila računalne datoteke, uništila fotografije i skrila svoju nagradu.

"Talibani su rekli da žene mogu i dalje odlaziti na posao odjevene u u hidžab, ali ... tko zna hoće li djevojkama i ženama dopustiti daljnje obrazovanje i odlazak na posao? Za to nema jamstva s obzirom na njihovo dosadašnje ponašanje", dodala je.

Za vrijeme vladavine talibana između 1996. i 2001. djevojčicama je školovanje bilo zabranjeno, žene nisu smjele biti zaposlene, a lica su im morala biti stalno pokrivena. Izvan domova smjele su se kretati samo u pratnji muškog člana obitelji. 

Na prvoj konferenciji za novinare od zauzimanja Kabula, talibani su rekli da će ženama biti dopušteno obrazovanje, kao i zapošljavanje i rad u "u okvirima šerijatskog zakona".

U Kabulu su vlasnice manjih tvrtki uklonile sve fotografije žena iz kozmetičkih salona i krojačkih radnji u strahu od odmazde.

Vlasnica jednoga velikog kabulskog frizerskog salona Reutersu je rekla da se nijedna njezina zaposlenica nije usudila vratiti na posao.

"Od rada u ovom salonu živjele su najmanje 24 obitelji, a zaradu su kući nosile ovdje zaposlene žene i djevojke. Pretpostavljam da će to odsad biti prošlost. Nijedna od mojih radnica nije spremna vratiti se i raditi u salonu zbog straha od talibana", ispripovijedala je.

No malena grupa žena u utorak se odvažila promarširati Kabulom ističući u rukama natpise na kojima je pisalo da traže da se "okonča strah u našim i tuđim srcima".

"Ovdje smo da se borimo za ženska prava Afganistanki", rekla je novinarima jedna od njih, Soodawar Kabiri. "Molimo ostale žene koje su sada kod kuće da nam se pridruže i da sudjeluju ... jer ovo je tek početak. Nadam se da ćemo uspjeti nastaviti s ovim, ako Bog da, uz sve veći broj žena. Ne želimo da se ušutka glas koji su Afganistanke uspjele steći u posljednjih 20 godina", rekla je Kabiri.

U utorak je s poslom nastavila i stomatologinja koja radi u sjevernome gradu Mazar-i-Sharifu. Na taj se potez odlučila pošto su talibani objavili da se zdravstvene radnice mogu vratiti na svoja radna mjesta, no rekla je da više ne prima muške pacijente jer strahuje da to talibani ne bi odobrili.

U utorak je prvi put izašla vani otkad su Mazar-i-Sharif u subotu osvojili talibani.

"Grad je nekako drukčiji. Na ulicama ima nešto žena, no drukčije su odjevene. Većina ih nosi široke haljine i sve imaju burke.

Prije su žene izlazile u trapericama i sakoima, no danas nisam vidjela nijednu tako odjevenu", ispripovijedala je stomatologinja iz Mazar-i-Sharifa.

Wazhma Frogh, istaknuta aktivistica za ženska prava koja u Kabulu vodi Organizaciju za ženske i mirovne studije rekla je da su talibani dosad bili suzdržani, no da bi to mogla biti posljedica međunarodne usredotočenosti na Afganistan. Frogh je u izbjeglištvu zbog opetovanih talibanskih prijetnja smrću.

Ipak smatra da se društvo u zadnjih 20 godina promijenilo i vjeruje da talibani ne mogu baš u potpunosti vratiti sat unatrag.

Unatoč strahu od moguće talibanske reakcije na prava žena, Frogh je rekla da "više neće moći tek tako potjerati žene s ulica".

"U Afganistanu živi 18 milijuna žena ... ne možete ih tek tako natjerati da nestanu ili da ostanu zatvorene iza vrata domova, a ne mogu ni ubiti svih 18 milijuna", kazala je afganistanska aktivistica.

Od novinarki koje brišu računalne datoteke do kozmetičarki koje uklanjaju plakate iz svojih salona, brojne afganistanske žene ne žele riskirati kada su posrijedi novi talibanski čelnici u zemlji unatoč njihovim obećanjima da mogu nastaviti i dalje nesmetano raditi, no neke među njima ovih su se dana odvažile na drukčije ponašanje, zbog čega im se mnogi dive. 

Tri dana nakon što su talibani munjevitom brzinom zauzeli Kabul na ulicama je malo žena.

Neke među njima odlučile su izbrisati svoje račune na društvenim mrežama, a druge zatvaraju obrte i tvrtke i nose burke da ih se na otvorenom ne bi prepoznalo.

"Osjećam se kao zatvorenik. Ne usudim se izaći iz svoje kuće", rekla je nagrađivana afganistanska novinarka, koja je ostala anonimna zbog vlastite sigurnosti. Rekla da je već izbrisala sve svoje račune s društvenih mreža, uklonila računalne datoteke, uništila fotografije i skrila svoju nagradu.

"Talibani su rekli da žene mogu i dalje odlaziti na posao odjevene u u hidžab, ali ... tko zna hoće li djevojkama i ženama dopustiti daljnje obrazovanje i odlazak na posao? Za to nema jamstva s obzirom na njihovo dosadašnje ponašanje", dodala je.

Za vrijeme vladavine talibana između 1996. i 2001. djevojčicama je školovanje bilo zabranjeno, žene nisu smjele biti zaposlene, a lica su im morala biti stalno pokrivena. Izvan domova smjele su se kretati samo u pratnji muškog člana obitelji. 

Na prvoj konferenciji za novinare od zauzimanja Kabula, talibani su rekli da će ženama biti dopušteno obrazovanje, kao i zapošljavanje i rad u "u okvirima šerijatskog zakona".

U Kabulu su vlasnice manjih tvrtki uklonile sve fotografije žena iz kozmetičkih salona i krojačkih radnji u strahu od odmazde.

Vlasnica jednoga velikog kabulskog frizerskog salona Reutersu je rekla da se nijedna njezina zaposlenica nije usudila vratiti na posao.

"Od rada u ovom salonu živjele su najmanje 24 obitelji, a zaradu su kući nosile ovdje zaposlene žene i djevojke. Pretpostavljam da će to odsad biti prošlost. Nijedna od mojih radnica nije spremna vratiti se i raditi u salonu zbog straha od talibana", ispripovijedala je.

No malena grupa žena u utorak se odvažila promarširati Kabulom ističući u rukama natpise na kojima je pisalo da traže da se "okonča strah u našim i tuđim srcima".

"Ovdje smo da se borimo za ženska prava Afganistanki", rekla je novinarima jedna od njih, Soodawar Kabiri. "Molimo ostale žene koje su sada kod kuće da nam se pridruže i da sudjeluju ... jer ovo je tek početak. Nadam se da ćemo uspjeti nastaviti s ovim, ako Bog da, uz sve veći broj žena. Ne želimo da se ušutka glas koji su Afganistanke uspjele steći u posljednjih 20 godina", rekla je Kabiri.

U utorak je s poslom nastavila i stomatologinja koja radi u sjevernome gradu Mazar-i-Sharifu. Na taj se potez odlučila pošto su talibani objavili da se zdravstvene radnice mogu vratiti na svoja radna mjesta, no rekla je da više ne prima muške pacijente jer strahuje da to talibani ne bi odobrili.

U utorak je prvi put izašla vani otkad su Mazar-i-Sharif u subotu osvojili talibani.

"Grad je nekako drukčiji. Na ulicama ima nešto žena, no drukčije su odjevene. Većina ih nosi široke haljine i sve imaju burke.

Prije su žene izlazile u trapericama i sakoima, no danas nisam vidjela nijednu tako odjevenu", ispripovijedala je stomatologinja iz Mazar-i-Sharifa.

Wazhma Frogh, istaknuta aktivistica za ženska prava koja u Kabulu vodi Organizaciju za ženske i mirovne studije rekla je da su talibani dosad bili suzdržani, no da bi to mogla biti posljedica međunarodne usredotočenosti na Afganistan. Frogh je u izbjeglištvu zbog opetovanih talibanskih prijetnja smrću.

Ipak smatra da se društvo u zadnjih 20 godina promijenilo i vjeruje da talibani ne mogu baš u potpunosti vratiti sat unatrag.

Unatoč strahu od moguće talibanske reakcije na prava žena, Frogh je rekla da "više neće moći tek tako potjerati žene s ulica".

"U Afganistanu živi 18 milijuna žena ... ne možete ih tek tako natjerati da nestanu ili da ostanu zatvorene iza vrata domova, a ne mogu ni ubiti svih 18 milijuna", kazala je afganistanska aktivistica.
