Sa slučajem 21- godišnjeg policajca vukovarsko-srijemske policije koji je još 7. studenoga 2022. udaljen iz službe jer je preuzeo poziv Vojske Srbije, a da nije o tome obavijestio nadređenog rukovoditelja, policijske službe su bile upoznate i prije nego se on vratio u Hrvatsku.

Iz Policijske uprave (PU) vukovarsko-srijemske podsjećaju kako je 21-godišnji vukovarsko-srijemski policijski službenik, koji je bio raspoređen u Postaju granične policije Tovarnik i ima dvojno državljanstvo, na teritoriju Republike Srbije ostvario kontakt s predstavnicima Vojske Srbije preuzevši poziv za upis u vojnu evidenciju Republike Srbije, a da o tome nije obavijestio svog nadređenog rukovoditelja.

"Činjenica da je Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova raspolagalo tom informacijom i prije nego li se spomenuti policijski službenik vratio u Republiku Hrvatsku, potvrđuje promptnu reakciju sigurnosnog sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj", navode iz PU vukovarsko-srijemske. 

Sukladno članku 112. Zakona o policiji, 21-godišnjak je rješenjem udaljen iz službe te je protiv njega pokrenut disciplinski postupak zbog teže povrede službene dužnosti.

Iz vukovarsko-srijemske policije također pojašnjavaju kako je uvjet za prijam u policiju hrvatsko državljanstvo dok nacionalnost nije zakonski uvjet za prijam u policiju niti je kategorija koja predstavlja odlučujući faktor prilikom provođenja postupka prijama u službu.

Naime, svako drugo postupanje bi bilo u suprotnosti s odredbom članka 9. Zakona o  suzbijanju diskriminacije koja izričito utvrđuje da je diskriminacija u svim pojavnim oblicima zabranjena, navode iz policije uz zaključak kako osoba koja ima dvojno državljanstvo može biti zaposlenik Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, odnosno može proći sigurnosnu provjeru koja je nužna za obavljanje policijskog posla, naravno, ako su za isto ispunjeni svi drugi zakonski uvjeti.

Prema saznanjima kojima ministarstvo raspolaže, radi se o jedinom slučaju u kojem se hrvatski policijski službenik odazvao na poziv vojske druge države radi upisa u vojnu evidenciju te države.

Sa slučajem 21- godišnjeg policajca vukovarsko-srijemske policije koji je još 7. studenoga 2022. udaljen iz službe jer je preuzeo poziv Vojske Srbije, a da nije o tome obavijestio nadređenog rukovoditelja, policijske službe su bile upoznate i prije nego se on vratio u Hrvatsku.

Iz Policijske uprave (PU) vukovarsko-srijemske podsjećaju kako je 21-godišnji vukovarsko-srijemski policijski službenik, koji je bio raspoređen u Postaju granične policije Tovarnik i ima dvojno državljanstvo, na teritoriju Republike Srbije ostvario kontakt s predstavnicima Vojske Srbije preuzevši poziv za upis u vojnu evidenciju Republike Srbije, a da o tome nije obavijestio svog nadređenog rukovoditelja.

"Činjenica da je Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova raspolagalo tom informacijom i prije nego li se spomenuti policijski službenik vratio u Republiku Hrvatsku, potvrđuje promptnu reakciju sigurnosnog sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj", navode iz PU vukovarsko-srijemske. 

Sukladno članku 112. Zakona o policiji, 21-godišnjak je rješenjem udaljen iz službe te je protiv njega pokrenut disciplinski postupak zbog teže povrede službene dužnosti.

Iz vukovarsko-srijemske policije također pojašnjavaju kako je uvjet za prijam u policiju hrvatsko državljanstvo dok nacionalnost nije zakonski uvjet za prijam u policiju niti je kategorija koja predstavlja odlučujući faktor prilikom provođenja postupka prijama u službu.

Naime, svako drugo postupanje bi bilo u suprotnosti s odredbom članka 9. Zakona o  suzbijanju diskriminacije koja izričito utvrđuje da je diskriminacija u svim pojavnim oblicima zabranjena, navode iz policije uz zaključak kako osoba koja ima dvojno državljanstvo može biti zaposlenik Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, odnosno može proći sigurnosnu provjeru koja je nužna za obavljanje policijskog posla, naravno, ako su za isto ispunjeni svi drugi zakonski uvjeti.

Prema saznanjima kojima ministarstvo raspolaže, radi se o jedinom slučaju u kojem se hrvatski policijski službenik odazvao na poziv vojske druge države radi upisa u vojnu evidenciju te države.

Sa slučajem 21- godišnjeg policajca vukovarsko-srijemske policije koji je još 7. studenoga 2022. udaljen iz službe jer je preuzeo poziv Vojske Srbije, a da nije o tome obavijestio nadređenog rukovoditelja, policijske službe su bile upoznate i prije nego se on vratio u Hrvatsku.

Iz Policijske uprave (PU) vukovarsko-srijemske podsjećaju kako je 21-godišnji vukovarsko-srijemski policijski službenik, koji je bio raspoređen u Postaju granične policije Tovarnik i ima dvojno državljanstvo, na teritoriju Republike Srbije ostvario kontakt s predstavnicima Vojske Srbije preuzevši poziv za upis u vojnu evidenciju Republike Srbije, a da o tome nije obavijestio svog nadređenog rukovoditelja.
