Ako ste ikada osobno razmišljali o zahvatu povećanja grudi, onaj koji je "prirodan" i "minimalno invazivan" vjerojatno zvuči prilično dobro. Upravo takav bi trebao biti zahvat kojim se volumen grudi umjesto silikonskim umetcima povećava vlastitim masnim tkivom. Ideja prijenosa masnog tikiva s mjesta gdje je nepoželjno na dio tijela koji bismo žarko željeli povećati čini se sve privlačnijom, no priča nije tako jednostavna. Časopis Allure posvetio joj je iscrpan članak s mnoštvom stručnjaka koji su o toj temi rekli svoje, a ono što bi svi koji razmišljaju o povećanju grudi na ovaj način trebali znati je slijedeće...

"Fat transfer", odnosno prijenos masnog tkiva s jednog na drugo mjesto na tijelu nije zamjena za implantat. Masno tkivo je vrlo delikatno i čak i kada se liposukcija vanjskih bedara, trbuha, stražnjice ili nekog drugog dijela tijela izvede savršeno te se izvučene masne stanice nježno obrade i pažljivo ubrizgaju s potpunom preciznošću, svaki gram neće preživjeti prijenos. Kako kaže plastični kirurg Beverly Hillsa, dr Sheila Nazarian,  tek će oko 50 do 70 posto ubrizgane masti živjeti, jer prenesena masnoća mora dodirivati ​​živo masno tkivo kako bi od njega dobila kisik i hranjive tvari. To znači da količina masnog tkiva koja može biti ubrizgana ovisi o masnoći koja se na tom mjestu već nalazi. Konkretno, grudi veličine A neće se moći povećati na veličinu koja ispunjava košaricu C, nego, realno, na A i pol. Za postići veće povećanje, recimo za dva broja, trebat će više od jednog zahvata. 

Idealni kandidati za povećanje grudi putem prijenosa masnog tkiva stoga su oni koji imaju malo konzervativnije ciljeve, recimo oni koji žele zadržati svoje prirodno male grudi, ali bi im voljeli vratiti dio volumena koji se gubi uslijed starenja ili prilikom velikog gubitka na težini te oni koji bi željeli poljepšati izgled dekoltea, ali bez većeg povećanja volumena grudi.

Nakon povećanja grudi ovom vrstom zahvata, one neće izgledati kao grudi s implantatima. Problem je što mnoge žene koje se odluče za povećanje imaju viziju određenog izgleda koji se može postići samo silikonskim implantatima. "Fat transfer" zahvati ne mogu preoblikovati dojku onako kako to rade fizički umetci, ali zato su idealna nadopuna klasičnom zahvatu povećanja jer se uz pomoć prenesenog masnog tkiva može kamuflirati implantate, koji nakon zahvata znaju ostati poprilično vidljivi ako je pacijentica krhke građe.

Ako ste ikada osobno razmišljali o zahvatu povećanja grudi, onaj koji je "prirodan" i "minimalno invazivan" vjerojatno zvuči prilično dobro. Upravo takav bi trebao biti zahvat kojim se volumen grudi umjesto silikonskim umetcima povećava vlastitim masnim tkivom. Ideja prijenosa masnog tikiva s mjesta gdje je nepoželjno na dio tijela koji bismo žarko željeli povećati čini se sve privlačnijom, no priča nije tako jednostavna. Časopis Allure posvetio joj je iscrpan članak s mnoštvom stručnjaka koji su o toj temi rekli svoje, a ono što bi svi koji razmišljaju o povećanju grudi na ovaj način trebali znati je slijedeće...

"Fat transfer", odnosno prijenos masnog tkiva s jednog na drugo mjesto na tijelu nije zamjena za implantat. Masno tkivo je vrlo delikatno i čak i kada se liposukcija vanjskih bedara, trbuha, stražnjice ili nekog drugog dijela tijela izvede savršeno te se izvučene masne stanice nježno obrade i pažljivo ubrizgaju s potpunom preciznošću, svaki gram neće preživjeti prijenos. Kako kaže plastični kirurg Beverly Hillsa, dr Sheila Nazarian,  tek će oko 50 do 70 posto ubrizgane masti živjeti, jer prenesena masnoća mora dodirivati ​​živo masno tkivo kako bi od njega dobila kisik i hranjive tvari. To znači da količina masnog tkiva koja može biti ubrizgana ovisi o masnoći koja se na tom mjestu već nalazi. Konkretno, grudi veličine A neće se moći povećati na veličinu koja ispunjava košaricu C, nego, realno, na A i pol. Za postići veće povećanje, recimo za dva broja, trebat će više od jednog zahvata. 

Idealni kandidati za povećanje grudi putem prijenosa masnog tkiva stoga su oni koji imaju malo konzervativnije ciljeve, recimo oni koji žele zadržati svoje prirodno male grudi, ali bi im voljeli vratiti dio volumena koji se gubi uslijed starenja ili prilikom velikog gubitka na težini te oni koji bi željeli poljepšati izgled dekoltea, ali bez većeg povećanja volumena grudi.

Nakon povećanja grudi ovom vrstom zahvata, one neće izgledati kao grudi s implantatima. Problem je što mnoge žene koje se odluče za povećanje imaju viziju određenog izgleda koji se može postići samo silikonskim implantatima. "Fat transfer" zahvati ne mogu preoblikovati dojku onako kako to rade fizički umetci, ali zato su idealna nadopuna klasičnom zahvatu povećanja jer se uz pomoć prenesenog masnog tkiva može kamuflirati implantate, koji nakon zahvata znaju ostati poprilično vidljivi ako je pacijentica krhke građe.

Povećanje grudi vlastitim masnim tkivom: ideja o premještanju viška na mjesto gdje nam nedostaje volumena je primamljiva, no nije sve tako jednostavno

Ako ste ikada osobno razmišljali o zahvatu povećanja grudi, onaj koji je "prirodan" i "minimalno invazivan" vjerojatno zvuči prilično dobro. Upravo takav bi trebao biti zahvat kojim se volumen grudi umjesto silikonskim umetcima povećava vlastitim masnim tkivom. Ideja prijenosa masnog tikiva s mjesta gdje je nepoželjno na dio tijela koji bismo žarko željeli povećati čini se sve privlačnijom, no priča nije tako jednostavna. Časopis Allure posvetio joj je iscrpan članak s mnoštvom stručnjaka koji su o toj temi rekli svoje, a ono što bi svi koji razmišljaju o povećanju grudi na ovaj način trebali znati je slijedeće...

"Fat transfer", odnosno prijenos masnog tkiva s jednog na drugo mjesto na tijelu nije zamjena za implantat. Masno tkivo je vrlo delikatno i čak i kada se liposukcija vanjskih bedara, trbuha, stražnjice ili nekog drugog dijela tijela izvede savršeno te se izvučene masne stanice nježno obrade i pažljivo ubrizgaju s potpunom preciznošću, svaki gram neće preživjeti prijenos. Kako kaže plastični kirurg Beverly Hillsa, dr Sheila Nazarian,  tek će oko 50 do 70 posto ubrizgane masti živjeti, jer prenesena masnoća mora dodirivati ​​živo masno tkivo kako bi od njega dobila kisik i hranjive tvari. To znači da količina masnog tkiva koja može biti ubrizgana ovisi o masnoći koja se na tom mjestu već nalazi. Konkretno, grudi veličine A neće se moći povećati na veličinu koja ispunjava košaricu C, nego, realno, na A i pol. Za postići veće povećanje, recimo za dva broja, trebat će više od jednog zahvata. 

Idealni kandidati za povećanje grudi putem prijenosa masnog tkiva stoga su oni koji imaju malo konzervativnije ciljeve, recimo oni koji žele zadržati svoje prirodno male grudi, ali bi im voljeli vratiti dio volumena koji se gubi uslijed starenja ili prilikom velikog gubitka na težini te oni koji bi željeli poljepšati izgled dekoltea, ali bez većeg povećanja volumena grudi.

Nakon povećanja grudi ovom vrstom zahvata, one neće izgledati kao grudi s implantatima. Problem je što mnoge žene koje se odluče za povećanje imaju viziju određenog izgleda koji se može postići samo silikonskim implantatima. "Fat transfer" zahvati ne mogu preoblikovati dojku onako kako to rade fizički umetci, ali zato su idealna nadopuna klasičnom zahvatu povećanja jer se uz pomoć prenesenog masnog tkiva može kamuflirati implantate, koji nakon zahvata znaju ostati poprilično vidljivi ako je pacijentica krhke građe.
