Sezona patlidžana primiče se kraju i do sada ste, vjerujemo, već pomalo ostali bez ideja što biste mogli s njima. Pekli ste ih, pohali, roštiljali, punili, možda ste se čak sjetili prodinstati ih sitno nasjeckane, s malo češnjaka i peršina (ako niste, pokušajte, dobit ćete vrlo ukusnu šalšu)... Mi vam nudimo jednostavan recept za namaz od patlidžana za koji će vam trebati samo 'balancane', malo maslinova ulja, češnjaka, limunova soka te sol i papar. To je sve! Nikakvih egzotičnih dodataka, nikakvoga dodatnog posla. Ispecite ih, usitnite i začinite. Dobit ćete namaz toliko dobar da ga uspoređuju s kavijarom. Zapravo, naziv ovog namaza glasi upravo tako: caviar d'aubergine, odnosno kavijar od patlidžana.

Kavijar od patlidžana

1 veliki patlidžan
2 režnja češnjaka
1 limun
peršin (po želji)
100 ml maslinova ulja
sol, papar

 Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 C, obložite lim za pečenje aluminijskom folijom. Patlidžan isperite tekućom vodom, osušite i prepolovite po dužini. Okrenite ga prerezanom stranom prema dolje, a koru izbodite vilicom i premažite maslinovim uljem. Pecite oko 45 minuta pa pustite da se malo ohladi.

Žlicom izdubite meso pa ga zgnječite vilicom. Prelijte sokom od pola limuna. Dodajte sitno nasjeckan češnjak, sol i papar. Pomiješajte sve sastojke. Po želji pospite nasjeckanim peršinom. Po želji dodajte još limunova soka i maslinova ulja.

Poslužite uz prepečeni kruh.

Sezona patlidžana primiče se kraju i do sada ste, vjerujemo, već pomalo ostali bez ideja što biste mogli s njima. Pekli ste ih, pohali, roštiljali, punili, možda ste se čak sjetili prodinstati ih sitno nasjeckane, s malo češnjaka i peršina (ako niste, pokušajte, dobit ćete vrlo ukusnu šalšu)... Mi vam nudimo jednostavan recept za namaz od patlidžana za koji će vam trebati samo 'balancane', malo maslinova ulja, češnjaka, limunova soka te sol i papar. To je sve! Nikakvih egzotičnih dodataka, nikakvoga dodatnog posla. Ispecite ih, usitnite i začinite. Dobit ćete namaz toliko dobar da ga uspoređuju s kavijarom. Zapravo, naziv ovog namaza glasi upravo tako: caviar d'aubergine, odnosno kavijar od patlidžana.

Kavijar od patlidžana

1 veliki patlidžan
2 režnja češnjaka
1 limun
peršin (po želji)
100 ml maslinova ulja
sol, papar

 Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 C, obložite lim za pečenje aluminijskom folijom. Patlidžan isperite tekućom vodom, osušite i prepolovite po dužini. Okrenite ga prerezanom stranom prema dolje, a koru izbodite vilicom i premažite maslinovim uljem. Pecite oko 45 minuta pa pustite da se malo ohladi.

Žlicom izdubite meso pa ga zgnječite vilicom. Prelijte sokom od pola limuna. Dodajte sitno nasjeckan češnjak, sol i papar. Pomiješajte sve sastojke. Po želji pospite nasjeckanim peršinom. Po želji dodajte još limunova soka i maslinova ulja.

Sezona patlidžana primiče se kraju i do sada ste, vjerujemo, već pomalo ostali bez ideja što biste mogli s njima. Pekli ste ih, pohali, roštiljali, punili, možda ste se čak sjetili prodinstati ih sitno nasjeckane, s malo češnjaka i peršina (ako niste, pokušajte, dobit ćete vrlo ukusnu šalšu)... Mi vam nudimo jednostavan recept za namaz od patlidžana za koji će vam trebati samo 'balancane', malo maslinova ulja, češnjaka, limunova soka te sol i papar. To je sve! Nikakvih egzotičnih dodataka, nikakvoga dodatnog posla. Ispecite ih, usitnite i začinite. Dobit ćete namaz toliko dobar da ga uspoređuju s kavijarom. Zapravo, naziv ovog namaza glasi upravo tako: caviar d'aubergine, odnosno kavijar od patlidžana.

Kavijar od patlidžana

1 veliki patlidžan
2 režnja češnjaka
1 limun
peršin (po želji)
100 ml maslinova ulja
sol, papar

 Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 C, obložite lim za pečenje aluminijskom folijom. Patlidžan isperite tekućom vodom, osušite i prepolovite po dužini. Okrenite ga prerezanom stranom prema dolje, a koru izbodite vilicom i premažite maslinovim uljem. Pecite oko 45 minuta pa pustite da se malo ohladi.

Žlicom izdubite meso pa ga zgnječite vilicom. Prelijte sokom od pola limuna. Dodajte sitno nasjeckan češnjak, sol i papar. Pomiješajte sve sastojke. Po želji pospite nasjeckanim peršinom. Po želji dodajte još limunova soka i maslinova ulja.

Poslužite uz prepečeni kruh.
