Na ovako "gnjili" dan raspoloženje najbolje popravlja dobra, domaća spiza. Neki provjereni, iz djetinjstva poznat recept. Kao što je, na primjer, ovaj koji slijedi. Polpete. Ne vole ih samo oni koji ih ne znaju dobro pripremiti, jer tko god je probao dobre, "prave", polpete, sigurno ih je uvrstio na popis favorita.

Polepete su, također, "dušu dale" za iskoristiti komad emesa koji se već 2-3 dana "potežu" po hladnjaku, iako je jasno da se ih se više nikome ne da jesti. Što god da vam je pri ruci - "stupasto" lešo, ostaci pečenog, presušeni šniceli... - Samo ih lijepo usitnite i iskoristite za polpete. Mi vam ipak donosimo recept sa svježim, mljevenim mesom jer od takvog su sočnije i ukusnije, a vi postupite u skladu s preferencijama i stanjem u hladnjaku.

Polpete

Sastojci:

500 grama mljevene govedine

250 grama mljevene svinjetine

1/2 glavice luka

1 režanj češnjaka

1 jaje

malo brašna

2-3 žlice ulja

500 grama pasirane rajčice

sol, papar

Priprema:

Pomiješajte mljeveno meso s nasjeckanim lukom i češnjakom. Dodajte jaje, sol i papar. Zamiješajte pa oblikujte polpete. Uvaljajte ih u brašno pa ih ispržite u tavi na vrućem ulju, s obje strane, dok ne uhvate lijepu boju.

Dolijte pasiranu rajčicu, malo soli i prema ukusu malo šećera pa lagano kuhajte polupoklopljeno oko pola sata. Potom provjerite treba li dodati još začina u umak pa poslužite uz prilog po želji.

Na ovako "gnjili" dan raspoloženje najbolje popravlja dobra, domaća spiza. Neki provjereni, iz djetinjstva poznat recept. Kao što je, na primjer, ovaj koji slijedi. Polpete. Ne vole ih samo oni koji ih ne znaju dobro pripremiti, jer tko god je probao dobre, "prave", polpete, sigurno ih je uvrstio na popis favorita.

Polepete su, također, "dušu dale" za iskoristiti komad emesa koji se već 2-3 dana "potežu" po hladnjaku, iako je jasno da se ih se više nikome ne da jesti. Što god da vam je pri ruci - "stupasto" lešo, ostaci pečenog, presušeni šniceli... - Samo ih lijepo usitnite i iskoristite za polpete. Mi vam ipak donosimo recept sa svježim, mljevenim mesom jer od takvog su sočnije i ukusnije, a vi postupite u skladu s preferencijama i stanjem u hladnjaku.

Polpete

Sastojci:

500 grama mljevene govedine

250 grama mljevene svinjetine

1/2 glavice luka

1 režanj češnjaka

1 jaje

malo brašna

2-3 žlice ulja

500 grama pasirane rajčice

sol, papar

Priprema:

Pomiješajte mljeveno meso s nasjeckanim lukom i češnjakom. Dodajte jaje, sol i papar. Zamiješajte pa oblikujte polpete. Uvaljajte ih u brašno pa ih ispržite u tavi na vrućem ulju, s obje strane, dok ne uhvate lijepu boju.

Dolijte pasiranu rajčicu, malo soli i prema ukusu malo šećera pa lagano kuhajte polupoklopljeno oko pola sata. Potom provjerite treba li dodati još začina u umak pa poslužite uz prilog po želji.

Na ovako "gnjili" dan raspoloženje najbolje popravlja dobra, domaća spiza. Neki provjereni, iz djetinjstva poznat recept. Kao što je, na primjer, ovaj koji slijedi. Polpete. Ne vole ih samo oni koji ih ne znaju dobro pripremiti, jer tko god je probao dobre, "prave", polpete, sigurno ih je uvrstio na popis favorita.

Polepete su, također, "dušu dale" za iskoristiti komad emesa koji se već 2-3 dana "potežu" po hladnjaku, iako je jasno da se ih se više nikome ne da jesti. Što god da vam je pri ruci - "stupasto" lešo, ostaci pečenog, presušeni šniceli... - Samo ih lijepo usitnite i iskoristite za polpete. Mi vam ipak donosimo recept sa svježim, mljevenim mesom jer od takvog su sočnije i ukusnije, a vi postupite u skladu s preferencijama i stanjem u hladnjaku.

Polpete

Sastojci:

500 grama mljevene govedine

250 grama mljevene svinjetine

1/2 glavice luka

1 režanj češnjaka

1 jaje

malo brašna

2-3 žlice ulja

500 grama pasirane rajčice

sol, papar

Priprema:

Pomiješajte mljeveno meso s nasjeckanim lukom i češnjakom. Dodajte jaje, sol i papar. Zamiješajte pa oblikujte polpete. Uvaljajte ih u brašno pa ih ispržite u tavi na vrućem ulju, s obje strane, dok ne uhvate lijepu boju.

Dolijte pasiranu rajčicu, malo soli i prema ukusu malo šećera pa lagano kuhajte polupoklopljeno oko pola sata. Potom provjerite treba li dodati još začina u umak pa poslužite uz prilog po želji.
