Krešimir Gojun tužio je Hajduk Arbitražnom sudu Hrvatskog nogometnog saveza. Bivši voditelj Hajdukove Akademije "Luka Kaliterna" tužio je splitski klub i osporava otkaz koji je dobio u lipnju ove godine. Na temelju toga Gojun potražuje isplatu plaća koje bi mu pripale po uvjetima ugovora do isteka istog koji ga je s Hajdukom vezao još godinu dana, do ljeta iduće godine.

Sapunica oko razlaza Gojuna i poljudskog kluba koji je u ljeto "zabavljao" javnost time je dobila novi zaplet. Podsjetimo, Hajduk je krajem lipnja Gojunu dao izvanredan otkaz zbog osobito teške povrede ugovora. Obrazloženje kluba bilo je da je Gojun optužio sportskog direktora Sašu Bjelanovića da je od njega uoči utakmice Hajduk II – Šibenik tražio da pomogne klubu sa Šubičevca da izbori direktan ulazak u prvu ligu.

NO Hajduka je izvidima utvrdio da nije bilo navedenih nepravilnosti te da je došlo do narušavanja odnosa i povjerenja. Hajduk se pozvao na to da ugovorom ima pravo na raskid ako postoji opravdana sumnja na počinjenje bilo koje radnje koja ima obilježja kaznenog djela, u ovom slučaju klevete. Gojun je tada te navode iz Hajduka demantirao te poručio.

- Nakon uručenja otkaza još sam ponosniji jer se nijednom nisam ogriješio o vrijednosti Hajduka. Pitajte Upravu i NO tko je i zašto donio odluku o otkazu.

Krešimir Gojun tužio je Hajduk Arbitražnom sudu Hrvatskog nogometnog saveza. Bivši voditelj Hajdukove Akademije "Luka Kaliterna" tužio je splitski klub i osporava otkaz koji je dobio u lipnju ove godine. Na temelju toga Gojun potražuje isplatu plaća koje bi mu pripale po uvjetima ugovora do isteka istog koji ga je s Hajdukom vezao još godinu dana, do ljeta iduće godine.

Sapunica oko razlaza Gojuna i poljudskog kluba koji je u ljeto "zabavljao" javnost time je dobila novi zaplet. Podsjetimo, Hajduk je krajem lipnja Gojunu dao izvanredan otkaz zbog osobito teške povrede ugovora. Obrazloženje kluba bilo je da je Gojun optužio sportskog direktora Sašu Bjelanovića da je od njega uoči utakmice Hajduk II – Šibenik tražio da pomogne klubu sa Šubičevca da izbori direktan ulazak u prvu ligu.

NO Hajduka je izvidima utvrdio da nije bilo navedenih nepravilnosti te da je došlo do narušavanja odnosa i povjerenja. Hajduk se pozvao na to da ugovorom ima pravo na raskid ako postoji opravdana sumnja na počinjenje bilo koje radnje koja ima obilježja kaznenog djela, u ovom slučaju klevete. Gojun je tada te navode iz Hajduka demantirao te poručio.

- Nakon uručenja otkaza još sam ponosniji jer se nijednom nisam ogriješio o vrijednosti Hajduka. Pitajte Upravu i NO tko je i zašto donio odluku o otkazu.

Taj slučaj je i predmet zanimanja DORH-a.
