Iako djeci s deformacijama zubiju zdravstveno osiguranje pokriva čitav trošak aparatića za zube (čija cijena iznosi do 17.000 kuna), djeci koja moraju nositi naočale ono pokriva tek deset posto ukupnog troška, piše Novi list. 

- U HZZO-u sam dobila doznaku u vrijednosti od 130,10 kuna, koja bi trebala biti dovoljna za korekciju vida mog djeteta. U optici me, međutim, dočekao šok: osnovne leće za astigmatizam stoje 1.400 kuna, a one tanje, jer bi zbog izraženog poremećaja, kako mi je rekao optičar, naočale bile dosta teške, stoje 2.200 kuna, rekla je Zagrepčanka M.T., koja je naočale svoje petogodišnjakinje platila 2.669,90 kuna.

- Naravno da sam uzela skuplje i lakše leće jer mi dijete tek počinje nositi naočale i želim da ih dobro prihvati, rekla je majka djevojčice, čiji je račun prije HZZO-ve pomoći iznosio 2.800 kuna, a nakon 2.669,90 kuna.

- Smatrala sam da djeca imaju pravo na besplatnu zdravstvenu zaštitu, no ispalo je da nije tako. Očito je da su djeca s poremećajem vida u Hrvatskoj građani drugog reda, jer za razliku od ostale djece, kojima država osigurava pravo na zdravlje, liječenje naše djece ovisi o roditeljskom budžetu, dodala je M.T.

Zakon o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju tvrdi da Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO) osigurava plaćanje zdravstvenih usluga u cijelosti za cjelokupnu zdravstvenu zaštitu djece do 18. godine života. U stvarnosti vrijede drugačija pravila, što su potvrdili i članovi udruge OKO, piše Novi list.

- Slali smo molbu HZZO-u da sufinanciraju iznos naočala ovisno o dioptriji jer su one još uvijek sufinancirane s 20 kuna. Oni imaju izgovor da se za taj iznos može dobiti okvir, što je točno, ali za odrasle, a ne dječji. A ako dijete ima veću dioptriju, ta stakla ne mogu ići u bilo koji okvir, rekla je Nada Bjelčić iz Udruge i dodala: - Djeca koja naočale nose već u dobi od šest mjeseci ili jedne godine, moraju imati specijalni okvir jer će bacati naočale, a moraju biti i dovoljno elastične da se ne potrgaju kad ih dijete skida, rekli su.

- Moj sin ima dvoje naočale, jedne za čitanje, a kad mu je doktorica uz to preporučila i leće, HZZO nam nije priznao pravo na nove naočale za čitanje, čak ni tih bijednih 80 kuna, 20 za okvir i 60 za stakla. Jedno naše staklo košta 1.000 kuna, i to samo zato što uzimamo najjeftinije, ne idemo na maksimalno stanjivanje, nego prihvatljivo. Ponekad kažem da sam sretna što mi dijete vidi samo na jedno oko, jer možete misliti koliko bi to inače koštalo, rekla je još jedna ogorčena majka i objasnila da ne gleda kako djetetu stoje okviri, već da joj je samo bitno da su funkcionalni. 

Udruga Oko tražila je i 2017. godine od HZZO-a da pokrije veći udio cijene okvira i leća za dječje naočale, ali bezuspješno: - Cijena pomagala iz lista pomagala utvrđuje se sukladno pravilnicima kojima se detaljno razrađuju mjerila za stavljanje pomagala na liste pomagala te mjerila za određivanje cijene pomagala, a po zaprimanju prijedloga trgovačkih društava za stavljanjem pomagala na liste pomagala, objasnili su iz HZZO-a proceduru formiranja cijena naočala koje pokriva zdravstvena blagajna.

Također su istaknuli da pomagala propisuje specijalist oftalmolog na temelju kliničkog statusa i prema indikacijama utvrđenima u osnovnoj listi pomagala te da se cijena pomagala utvrđuje posebnim pravilnicima.

Iako djeci s deformacijama zubiju zdravstveno osiguranje pokriva čitav trošak aparatića za zube (čija cijena iznosi do 17.000 kuna), djeci koja moraju nositi naočale ono pokriva tek deset posto ukupnog troška, piše Novi list. 

- U HZZO-u sam dobila doznaku u vrijednosti od 130,10 kuna, koja bi trebala biti dovoljna za korekciju vida mog djeteta. U optici me, međutim, dočekao šok: osnovne leće za astigmatizam stoje 1.400 kuna, a one tanje, jer bi zbog izraženog poremećaja, kako mi je rekao optičar, naočale bile dosta teške, stoje 2.200 kuna, rekla je Zagrepčanka M.T., koja je naočale svoje petogodišnjakinje platila 2.669,90 kuna.

- Naravno da sam uzela skuplje i lakše leće jer mi dijete tek počinje nositi naočale i želim da ih dobro prihvati, rekla je majka djevojčice, čiji je račun prije HZZO-ve pomoći iznosio 2.800 kuna, a nakon 2.669,90 kuna.

- Smatrala sam da djeca imaju pravo na besplatnu zdravstvenu zaštitu, no ispalo je da nije tako. Očito je da su djeca s poremećajem vida u Hrvatskoj građani drugog reda, jer za razliku od ostale djece, kojima država osigurava pravo na zdravlje, liječenje naše djece ovisi o roditeljskom budžetu, dodala je M.T.

Zakon o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju tvrdi da Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO) osigurava plaćanje zdravstvenih usluga u cijelosti za cjelokupnu zdravstvenu zaštitu djece do 18. godine života. U stvarnosti vrijede drugačija pravila, što su potvrdili i članovi udruge OKO, piše Novi list.

- Slali smo molbu HZZO-u da sufinanciraju iznos naočala ovisno o dioptriji jer su one još uvijek sufinancirane s 20 kuna. Oni imaju izgovor da se za taj iznos može dobiti okvir, što je točno, ali za odrasle, a ne dječji. A ako dijete ima veću dioptriju, ta stakla ne mogu ići u bilo koji okvir, rekla je Nada Bjelčić iz Udruge i dodala: - Djeca koja naočale nose već u dobi od šest mjeseci ili jedne godine, moraju imati specijalni okvir jer će bacati naočale, a moraju biti i dovoljno elastične da se ne potrgaju kad ih dijete skida, rekli su.

- Moj sin ima dvoje naočale, jedne za čitanje, a kad mu je doktorica uz to preporučila i leće, HZZO nam nije priznao pravo na nove naočale za čitanje, čak ni tih bijednih 80 kuna, 20 za okvir i 60 za stakla. Jedno naše staklo košta 1.000 kuna, i to samo zato što uzimamo najjeftinije, ne idemo na maksimalno stanjivanje, nego prihvatljivo. Ponekad kažem da sam sretna što mi dijete vidi samo na jedno oko, jer možete misliti koliko bi to inače koštalo, rekla je još jedna ogorčena majka i objasnila da ne gleda kako djetetu stoje okviri, već da joj je samo bitno da su funkcionalni. 

Udruga Oko tražila je i 2017. godine od HZZO-a da pokrije veći udio cijene okvira i leća za dječje naočale, ali bezuspješno: - Cijena pomagala iz lista pomagala utvrđuje se sukladno pravilnicima kojima se detaljno razrađuju mjerila za stavljanje pomagala na liste pomagala te mjerila za određivanje cijene pomagala, a po zaprimanju prijedloga trgovačkih društava za stavljanjem pomagala na liste pomagala, objasnili su iz HZZO-a proceduru formiranja cijena naočala koje pokriva zdravstvena blagajna.

Također su istaknuli da pomagala propisuje specijalist oftalmolog na temelju kliničkog statusa i prema indikacijama utvrđenima u osnovnoj listi pomagala te da se cijena pomagala utvrđuje posebnim pravilnicima.

Roditelji djece s poremećajima vida zgroženi: ‘Očito je da su naša djeca građani drugog reda‘

Iako djeci s deformacijama zubiju zdravstveno osiguranje pokriva čitav trošak aparatića za zube (čija cijena iznosi do 17.000 kuna), djeci koja moraju nositi naočale ono pokriva tek deset posto ukupnog troška, piše Novi list. 

- U HZZO-u sam dobila doznaku u vrijednosti od 130,10 kuna, koja bi trebala biti dovoljna za korekciju vida mog djeteta. U optici me, međutim, dočekao šok: osnovne leće za astigmatizam stoje 1.400 kuna, a one tanje, jer bi zbog izraženog poremećaja, kako mi je rekao optičar, naočale bile dosta teške, stoje 2.200 kuna, rekla je Zagrepčanka M.T., koja je naočale svoje petogodišnjakinje platila 2.669,90 kuna.

- Naravno da sam uzela skuplje i lakše leće jer mi dijete tek počinje nositi naočale i želim da ih dobro prihvati, rekla je majka djevojčice, čiji je račun prije HZZO-ve pomoći iznosio 2.800 kuna, a nakon 2.669,90 kuna.

- Smatrala sam da djeca imaju pravo na besplatnu zdravstvenu zaštitu, no ispalo je da nije tako. Očito je da su djeca s poremećajem vida u Hrvatskoj građani drugog reda, jer za razliku od ostale djece, kojima država osigurava pravo na zdravlje, liječenje naše djece ovisi o roditeljskom budžetu, dodala je M.T.

Zakon o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju tvrdi da Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO) osigurava plaćanje zdravstvenih usluga u cijelosti za cjelokupnu zdravstvenu zaštitu djece do 18. godine života. U stvarnosti vrijede drugačija pravila, što su potvrdili i članovi udruge OKO, piše Novi list.

- Slali smo molbu HZZO-u da sufinanciraju iznos naočala ovisno o dioptriji jer su one još uvijek sufinancirane s 20 kuna. Oni imaju izgovor da se za taj iznos može dobiti okvir, što je točno, ali za odrasle, a ne dječji.
