Nakon regate tradicijskih barki koja je u Iku privukla brojnu publiku, naredni će vikend ovo kvarnersko mjesto obilježiti brojnim originalnim i sjajnim sadržajima. Udruga "Ikarski barkajoli" i ovog će puta, pojačana suorganizatorima, ponuditi sjajna događanja, od kojih je svakako najpoznatija manifestacija "Vino i vruja", koja će se održati deveti put na ikarskoj obali.

U suradnji s Europskim Vinskim Viteškim Redom, Gradom Opatija, TZ Grada Opatija, G.O. "Goge", tvrtkom "2MD" te Hotelom Villa "Schubert" Ika, udruga priprema cjelodnevni program koji će zasigurno oduševiti sve one koji u subotu dođu u Iku.

Za one koji ne znaju, "Vino i vruja" je jedinstveno događanje koje u Iku privlači brojnu publiku, ali i brojne sudionike – vinare, koji svake godine u morske dubine ikarske uvale (u vruju) polažu kaveze s bocama vina i tu ih čuvaju godinu dana, kako bi vino "živjelo" u takvim uvjetima i dobilo poseban tretman koji se itakako osjeti u njegovoj kvaliteti.

Tako će biti i u subotu 5. kolovoza, s početkom u 11 sati, kada će ronioci zaroniti i za dizalicu kačiti metalne kaveze s vinom koji će se izvući na površinu te će se vino odmah i degustirati. U moru ikarskog akvatorija trenutno se nalazi preko 5 500 boca vina koje su u more položili poznati vinari i vinarije: Boris Acinger, Bruno Ferenac, Herman, Kabola, Ilok, Rossi, Miklaužić, Prelac, Sosich, Fuhtar, Berislav Sušanj, Pepo Vorić, Patricia Rumac, Berislav Srdoč, Mate Kliković, Robert Meglan, Mandić, Marčeta, Jardas, Mrakovčić i grupa "Belica" te će kavezi ugledati svjetlo dana nakon pune godine pod morem.

Napomenimo da će se novi kavezi s novim bocama vina položiti u more te će oni dočekati jubilarno 10. izdanje manifestacije naredne godine. Izvlačenje kaveza bit će prvi dio događanja dana manifestacije "Vino i vruja", koji će se potom nastaviti od 19 sati na ikarskom trgu.

No, ove će se godine u ovo popularno događanje sjajno uklopiti i program "Gušti od ribi" - cooking show u kojem će delicije pripremati dvojica vrsnih i znanih kuharskih imena: Stevo Karapandža i Luka Goleš (Draga di Lovrana). Na terasi restauranta Bellevue Hotel Ville Schubert u Iki, u 12:30 sati, ova će dva kuharska znalca pripremiti dva jela na bazi morskih delicija, uz degustaciju za nazočne te uz kapljice vina upravo izvađenog iz mora. Bit će to jedinstveno događanje koje će dodatno oplemeniti "Vino i vruju", a sufinancirano je sredstvima Europske unije iz Europskog fonda za pomorstvo i ribarstvo.

No, to nije sve. Nakon cooking show-a, započet će pripreme za večernji dio manifestacije "Vino i vruja" koji će se održati na ikarskom trgu s početkom u 19 sati. Uz glazbeni program i posebnu dekoraciju trga, domaćini će ponuditi uživanje u eno i gastro ponudi brojnih vinara, pa će se kupnjom čaše (koja svakome ostaje u trajnom vlasništvu) besplatno moći degustirati vina, a da bi vino imalo i dobru gastro podlogu, potrudit će se domaćini koji će ponuditi nekoliko jela na bazi morskih delicija pa će se tu naći dagnje, salata od hobotnice i još pokoje slasno jelo. Program će završiti u ponoć te će tako "Vino i vruja" "zaključati svoj kavez" sve do naredne godine.

Ipak, tu nije kraj ikarskim događanjima. Narednog dana, u nedjelju 6. kolovoza, oko 19 sati (kada vjetar bude povoljan), u ikraskom će se akvatoriju održati 7. Smotra tradicijskih barki "Ive Sipa", tradicionalna regata koja sudionicima i publici donosi poseban doživljaj i koju nikako ne treba propustiti. Smotrom tradicijskih barki označit će se i kraj ovog izuzetnog ikarskog vikenda te ne treba sumnjati da će Ika opet biti odredište borjnim posjetiteljima koji vole i pohode ove manifestacije.

Nakon regate tradicijskih barki koja je u Iku privukla brojnu publiku, naredni će vikend ovo kvarnersko mjesto obilježiti brojnim originalnim i sjajnim sadržajima. Udruga "Ikarski barkajoli" i ovog će puta, pojačana suorganizatorima, ponuditi sjajna događanja, od kojih je svakako najpoznatija manifestacija "Vino i vruja", koja će se održati deveti put na ikarskoj obali.

U suradnji s Europskim Vinskim Viteškim Redom, Gradom Opatija, TZ Grada Opatija, G.O. "Goge", tvrtkom "2MD" te Hotelom Villa "Schubert" Ika, udruga priprema cjelodnevni program koji će zasigurno oduševiti sve one koji u subotu dođu u Iku.

Za one koji ne znaju, "Vino i vruja" je jedinstveno događanje koje u Iku privlači brojnu publiku, ali i brojne sudionike – vinare, koji svake godine u morske dubine ikarske uvale (u vruju) polažu kaveze s bocama vina i tu ih čuvaju godinu dana, kako bi vino "živjelo" u takvim uvjetima i dobilo poseban tretman koji se itakako osjeti u njegovoj kvaliteti.

Tako će biti i u subotu 5. kolovoza, s početkom u 11 sati, kada će ronioci zaroniti i za dizalicu kačiti metalne kaveze s vinom koji će se izvući na površinu te će se vino odmah i degustirati. U moru ikarskog akvatorija trenutno se nalazi preko 5 500 boca vina koje su u more položili poznati vinari i vinarije: Boris Acinger, Bruno Ferenac, Herman, Kabola, Ilok, Rossi, Miklaužić, Prelac, Sosich, Fuhtar, Berislav Sušanj, Pepo Vorić, Patricia Rumac, Berislav Srdoč, Mate Kliković, Robert Meglan, Mandić, Marčeta, Jardas, Mrakovčić i grupa "Belica" te će kavezi ugledati svjetlo dana nakon pune godine pod morem.

Napomenimo da će se novi kavezi s novim bocama vina položiti u more te će oni dočekati jubilarno 10. izdanje manifestacije naredne godine. Izvlačenje kaveza bit će prvi dio događanja dana manifestacije "Vino i vruja", koji će se potom nastaviti od 19 sati na ikarskom trgu.

No, ove će se godine u ovo popularno događanje sjajno uklopiti i program "Gušti od ribi" - cooking show u kojem će delicije pripremati dvojica vrsnih i znanih kuharskih imena: Stevo Karapandža i Luka Goleš (Draga di Lovrana). Na terasi restauranta Bellevue Hotel Ville Schubert u Iki, u 12:30 sati, ova će dva kuharska znalca pripremiti dva jela na bazi morskih delicija, uz degustaciju za nazočne te uz kapljice vina upravo izvađenog iz mora. Bit će to jedinstveno događanje koje će dodatno oplemeniti "Vino i vruju", a sufinancirano je sredstvima Europske unije iz Europskog fonda za pomorstvo i ribarstvo.

No, to nije sve. Nakon cooking show-a, započet će pripreme za večernji dio manifestacije "Vino i vruja" koji će se održati na ikarskom trgu s početkom u 19 sati. Uz glazbeni program i posebnu dekoraciju trga, domaćini će ponuditi uživanje u eno i gastro ponudi brojnih vinara, pa će se kupnjom čaše (koja svakome ostaje u trajnom vlasništvu) besplatno moći degustirati vina, a da bi vino imalo i dobru gastro podlogu, potrudit će se domaćini koji će ponuditi nekoliko jela na bazi morskih delicija pa će se tu naći dagnje, salata od hobotnice i još pokoje slasno jelo. Program će završiti u ponoć te će tako "Vino i vruja" "zaključati svoj kavez" sve do naredne godine.

Ipak, tu nije kraj ikarskim događanjima. Narednog dana, u nedjelju 6. kolovoza, oko 19 sati (kada vjetar bude povoljan), u ikraskom će se akvatoriju održati 7. Smotra tradicijskih barki "Ive Sipa", tradicionalna regata koja sudionicima i publici donosi poseban doživljaj i koju nikako ne treba propustiti. Smotrom tradicijskih barki označit će se i kraj ovog izuzetnog ikarskog vikenda te ne treba sumnjati da će Ika opet biti odredište borjnim posjetiteljima koji vole i pohode ove manifestacije.
